Five star rating for the hosts as they did so much to make everything run smoothly and seamlessly. The whole party was stress free for hosting parents
The only negative issue was a major issue with the online rsvp system/site which would not allow guests to RSVP or would send emails to spam/junk. This error was mentioned several times for one month and the only explanation was that a third party is responsible for this site and glitch .

My family and I went to a birthday party here. My son is almost 4 and nonverbal autistic. In one of the bounce houses, he went up to one of the workers Mikheela (I definitely did not spell that correctly) and gestured for her to hold him and bounce. She did this with a smile on her face multiple times. I felt very safe here and as an Autism parent and that speaks wonders. Great job to the whole staff!

Perfect place for a party! I really like that your party has its own space so that you aren’t co-mingling with other groups. The way they introduce the birthday kid when in party room is cute and fun! Space was clean - Hand sanitizer available in many spots and given to kids before eating. Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic.

The staff is warm and welcoming, they are very friendly and helpful. We asked so many questions, some were just silly 🙃 but they answered all our questions, the atmosphere is amazing, overall the kids enjoyed themselves, and the birthday girl was happy.

We had a great experience celebrating a birthday party at BounceU Paramus. We loved that it is private and you don’t have to share the space with other parties. Also that the staff is super friendly and helpful. They literally took care of everything from A to Z. I didn’t have to worry about anything. The food was great. The restaurant they use is just great. Everyone left so happy and the kids definitely want to come back! Thank you Anthony, Kylie and Victoria for making our party great with the biggest smiles on your faces and for capturing pictures of our day. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Great place for a kids party. The kids all had a blast. One lady seemed a bit too firm with the kids; she would yell at them when reinforcing rules. She wasn't too kid-friendly overall, but she seemed to maintain her cool otherwise. Some of the other girls seemed more fun & kid-friendly, which is how it should be. The pizza was probably ordered just a little too early because when we all got to it, it was lukewarm. Other than that, it's still a good place to have a kids party and to burn lots of energy!

My child said she had the best birthday ever. She had a blast. The staff were excellent. Would definitely plan another birthday at this facility.
