La Cakery has the best cake in London Ontario. Visited the store severely and every of my experience has been nothing but the best 💯. Their cakes are super moist , beautiful, delicious and worthy every penny spent .
I must commend the bakery for the wide range of variety you have to choose from , trust me every single cake looks amazing and I have tasted at least 10 different flavours which keeps me going back for more 😄
Another amazing thing about this bakery is the excellent and top notch Customer service they exhibit , this makes me look forward to shopping from this wonderful bakery, Keep up the good work La Cakery .

Customer Service sucks, the girl working there shouldn’t be there am sorry but she needs to be more friendly I told her it was my first time trying Cakery. She looked like she was mad, instead of helping and telling us which pieces to try out she kept telling us “it’s this it”purchased about 9 different pieces to try.
Tres leches was dry when it should be moist with tree types of milk or maybe it’s just called tres leches.
Would I go again? Probably not

We ordered a cake for a 50th birthday....what an amazing cake. It was so brilliantly decorated and was absolutely delicious. We also bought some of the pastries.....I highly recommend this place. The service was definitely worth it. We will be back for sure!!!!!!

I've been a loyal customer of this bakery for years, but after my recent experience, I am done. If you have issues with your cake, good luck! I spent $80 on a cake for my wife’s birthday, and it was a disaster—dry with almost no fruit stuffing. This was not the quality I’ve come to expect from them.

When I went back in person the next day to address the issue, the lady I spoke to was a nightmare. She arrogantly claimed to have baked the cake herself, denied any problem without sympathy, and not once did she apologize. Instead, she was condescending and dismissive, demanding that I bring back a piece of the cake to prove it.

We drove all the way back home to bring back a piece, only for her to declare that the dry, tasteless cake was “moist” and perfectly fine. Even if she believed it was fine, good customer service would be to acknowledge a customer’s issue in some way regardless, but she did absolutely nothing but display a “we got your money” attitude.

This was supposed to be a special birthday cake, and they ruined it without any remorse. I’m done with this place. Save your money and go somewhere that values their customers because this bakery sure doesn’t.

This place is a gem! The supreme lemon cake is a must have and the carrot cheesecake with carmel drizzle was beyond decadent! I haven't had a ginger cookie with this much flavour in a long time. Lovely. Thank you for being here in London!

Highly recommend the ferrero rocher cake! It was so moist and had an amazing crunch to add texture. I also placed my pickup order on the wrong day but was able to leave with my exact order and customization in less than ten minutes. They have so many other sweets I want to come back to try

It would be great if one juice box per child was included in the party package. Other than that, the space is very good and the staff manage the party time perfectly. We chose to have the party during the week so it was very peaceful and the children had plenty of space to play.

Literally the best place for the kids young and old! Basketball, trampolines, jousting, rock wall climbing, arcade, kids birthday parties, high flying trampolines, crash mats for acrobatic practice, dodge ball....and on and on! Bring your kids and chill in the massage chairs!!

We had my daughters birthday party here - highly recommend, Vanessa!! She was absolutely incredible! She was attentive to not only the kids but the adults as well, ensuring we were well taken care of in every aspect. She was friendly, talkative, personable and made this Mama feel relaxed and as if the responsibility was off of me! She wouldn't let me help with anything and went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday incredible! By far the BEST employee! Great job, Vanessa!! We ordered a customer cake for my kids Birthday and the bake shop was creative with their ideas, all of our guests were super happy with how the cake tasted and the kids were happy on how the cake looked. Great time here. Would recommend it to anyone. The neon lights on Friday and Saturday are well worth the money. We have had 4 different birthday parties here as well. Great price.

My 14 month old son and I have been attending the little gym since he was around 6 months old and I absolutely love attending each week with him! The staff are all very kind and knowledgeable. I have seen tremendous growth in him both physically and emotionally through the curated themes each week. Ms. Mari was an amazing teacher when our son was in the bugs class and showed us lots of exercises we can do specifically tailored to our son. Now Miss Emma is our teacher for the birds class and we enjoy her bubbly and kind personality. We are so excited to continue to make more memories at the Little Gym!

We LOVE little gym! My daughters have built up their confidence so much and are so excited to try new things! The teachers are amazing and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.

We could not be happier with our experience at The Little Gym. All of the instructors are amazing ! The time they take with all the kids and the way they make the kids feel comfortable is awesome. I love that they are able to deal with anyone hurting themselves or the kids getting upset without involving the parents it’s truly amazing .

An indoor trampoline park😁 open for ages 2-60+y/o. Prices start @23CAD (tax not included, you also have to buy trampoline socks) for an hour of fun. You have to fill out waivers either online or before paying. Foods not allowed but for hydration purposes bring your water😅 or buy within the establishment. Dont want to jump you can relax on their massage machines price start @2CAD for 6mins. And the establishment is not responsible of your personal belongings.

I called and spoke to a staff member over the phone and greeted me friendly and very kind over the phone.

Arrived in person and all staff are great. We purchased 1 hr and my little one jumped around and we extended and extra 1 hr for total 2 hrs and amazing.

The staff at the food are also super friendly and I'll mention 1 thing for sure the hot chocolate I purchased tastes delicious and like real chocolate.

It's amazing that they alert you that the wrist bands expire at certain time frames.

This was my first time going here and I will definitely be returning the next time I come back to London.

We signed up for little gym because a couple friends had their kids in it and recommended it, but unfortunately our experience was terrible. Ms Mari reminds me of that elementary school teacher who favours the popular kids and if you aren’t one of the chosen few you’re forgotten about. I’m not sure what it is about our family that she’s decided she doesn’t like, but we’ve been treated differently since the very beginning. We were not given an introductory class which is customary, if we arrive a few minutes late we are given the cold shoulder or the silent treatment (we are dealing with babies who nap and go through sleep regressions sometimes it’s a struggle to be on time), and we were not allowed to book makeup classes despite my asking several times (their policy states that if you give 2+hrs notice for a missed class you can book a makeup class). Being a new parent is challenging enough without being told your child is “delayed”, our son has hit all milestones early and has no delays, he doesn’t need to be bullied before age 1. I understand my opinion may seem like it’s in the minority, but little gym is not for everyone and you may not have a magical time.

Fun place to visit with children, mostly geared toward 4 and up - great way for kids and kids alike to get out some energy and get in some exercise! Relatively clean facility with decent sitting and viewing areas!

Fantastic place to get my toddlers energy out. He had an absolute blast! Only complaint is that it's dirty and nothing get cleaned. The rocks on the rock wall were black from dirt. And the carpet was nasty but we had a great time.

Front staff and managers are incredibly rude. They were screaming at us from across the room saying their restrooms are all not working and saying tickets are non refundable when we didn’t even say a word. We had a lot of kids with us and they wanted us to wait in the rain when I called and they said doors are open. They really need to be re-trained and how to respect human beings. They also had huge blood stains on some of the trampolines. I’m shocked health department hasn’t shut them down. Very disappointing! Owners need to wake up and hire new staff!

Paige did a spectacular job taking care of us for my son’s birthday party. She greeted us warmly and explained the party protocol very clearly. She was extremely attentive, making sure every last detail was perfectly cared for. She jumped right in to help me with the outside fruit/veg and she saved the day with birthday candles. I was able to enjoy the party without having to think about the details.

I also want to recognize Olivia, who was very accommodating about a last minute illness-related reschedule.

It was a great experience everyone had a ton of fun..a bit pricey..especially for the socks..I did recommend something other then just pizza for the dinner or lunch..but over all the experience was awesome! Would definitely go again soooo much stuff for the kids to choose from in the jumping area..and love it how you can be there as well and watch your child and very comfortable setting great job

I tried cupcakes and Fudge, they have a good number of varieties and they are delicious as they appear.

Did my daughters birthday party here. Was a good experience. It was really nice having the place for ourselves. The service was great and they were really accommodating. The pizza sizes are very small, even though it says 10 slices per pizza and they recommend 4 pizzas for 30 ppl but we needed to order much more because of the size. Otherwise the fruit trays were really big and worth it, and there were plenty of juices.

Kids loved it. The location is a bit far for people coming from the west or south end.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable prices! Great for young kids. Our 3-year old grandson loved it, especially the slides! Lots of different activities. Very clean. Many comfy places for parents and other caregivers to sit, while the kids play. Good coffee. Pop loved the slides too!

Brought my 9 month old here one day when I was trying to kill some time in London. The staff at the front were friendly, price was great and it is very clean. Less 2 stars because the toddler area should be for toddlers only. It's a small space that says toddler area but had kids ages 6-8 throwing foam blocks and running/ pushing. I was hoping to build my son's confidence abit but it was way too dangerous. Glad kids were having fun but wish they were strict on who could go in what section.

Awesome indoor playground! It's big with lots of fun stuff for kids. Went on a busy Sunday, and my little one loved playing with other kids. Also tried on a weekday morning, it’s quieter but still had loads of fun.

They have a special room for babies to play, read, and crawl. The place is really clean; I'd give it a 9 out of 10. The fees are fair, and they offer good discounts for monthly passes.

The food is okay, not super cheap or expensive compared to other indoor playgrounds in the city. The staffs were really nice and friendly!

The best part - lots and comfortable seating for parents and caregivers! Hooray!

Didn’t receive all services they told me about on the phone when we booked.. we had to go to the reception to ask for almost everything like( forks, pizza, wifi, music, cleaning tables, water etc).. plus we didn’t get the room we asked for on the phone… we asked for the second level.. we received first level .. and rooms were totally quality different. Plus no any music devices were provided even though I asked for it specifically on the phone and asked them of I need to bring my own music device and they said no we provide that and they didn’t!! There was no birthday music neither in the room or in the back audio and the tv in the room was not working!!.. guests commented very negatively on the room and the services compared to the charge you got for which 398$ for 10 kids !! This was our first time and definitely the last.. all family and friends were aware of this poor quality service and they will pass this to everyone they know to avoid booking here in the future!! Highly don’t recommend it for birthdays.. very disappointed 👎🏼

My daughter absolutely loves Play Away! It’s a great place for her to burn off her energy for a couple of hours before nap time. It’s so clean and the staff are very friendly.

Came here Saturday afternoon for my nephews birthday. He had the best time and so did I! The ninja course was his favourite part. Spacious, clean amenity. Arya was an amazing host! So sweet and helpful. Will be coming back!

We hosted my son’s 5th birthday party at Aerosports. The staff were attentive and very helpful. So friendly and kind to the kids. Easiest Birthday party I have ever thrown! I would definitely recommend it to any parent looking for a fun stress free party 🎉

Pros; This was cheaper than Flying Squirrel, though not by much.
We went over the weekend and there was no wait time because we had purchased our tickets in advance and already signed our waivers. The kids enjoyed their time on various trampolines and in the dodgeball area.

Cons; The facility was dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. I'm not sure I understand the role of your staff members, as they did nothing on the floor but stand in a circle chatting with one another. Parents should absolutely be supervising their own children but there seemed to be no real structure or rules in this facility. Kids were jumping one after another, nearly landing on each other, onto this large pillowed area. While next to it, in a foam pit, children were tunneling under the foam while others fell from the platforms and landed on top of them. Similarly, children in the ninja warrior section, were falling off of the various obstacle courses and landing in the net below in multiples.

I don't feel the $30 savings makes up for the overall experience. It seems in this facility the waiver is more than necessary. In the future we will continue to go to Flying Squirrel or The Factory.

We just did our sons birthday here tonight! We had the best birthday experience I could ask for. I definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a good time and a fair price to jump. Birthday packages are fair and great they’re amazing with communication to make the experience the best ever. I’m beyond happy with the experience we received. Especially from our host Olivia! Took my two toddlers here to meet up with friends. All the kids had an amazing time. The price is super reasonable and the climbing zone is amazing. I also love the parent seating areas, the couches make it so relaxed and easy to chat and watch my kids at the same time.

There are a lot of extra pay rides and games. The kids are drawn to them and see other people riding and want to ride too. Bring lots of loonies if you don't want to have that battle all day. I also struggled with the fact that it's all open except the rides hallway, which is tucked away from the rest of the space. It made it so I couldn't always watch both my kids from the same spot, meaning I wouldn't be able to come with my kids without my spouse or another adult to help supervise.

My three year olds and I first time here today and it was perfect. As someone who gets nervous about the huge jungle gyms at other play based centres this is perfectly geared towards kids of smaller ages. This is the first play centre my girl has felt comfortable going into alone. You can see your child and instruct them from below, and there is no weight limit if you need to go up in the jungle gym with your child to help. We felt very safe exploring and there’s so many different activity’s. The jumping area was a favourite as well. We had a great time and I was able to relax and watch her have fun and make friends. 10/10 experience. Coffee and food options are slightly sub par but very very cheap so we appreciate that so much. 1$ juice boxes for the win. Looking forward to returning.

A little far from residential areas, Play Away is a socks-only facility that has 4 areas: a general play area, a toddler area, a small arcade and a large sized "bubble play area" (essentially a bouncy mat). The general play area is safe and has a few interesting spots.

Entry prices are really fair and it is not very crowded.

Food and drinks are served here. They are alright and again, not overly priced. There are decent seating areas for parents and more importantly, the facility is designed with breadth and so it is easy to watch your kids from afar.
