La Cakery has the best cake in London Ontario. Visited the store severely and every of my experience has been nothing but the best đŻ. Their cakes are super moist , beautiful, delicious and worthy every penny spent .
I must commend the bakery for the wide range of variety you have to choose from , trust me every single cake looks amazing and I have tasted at least 10 different flavours which keeps me going back for more đ

Customer Service sucks, the girl working there shouldnât be there am sorry but she needs to be more friendly I told her it was my first time trying Cakery. She looked like she was mad, instead of helping and telling us which pieces to try out she kept telling us âitâs this itâpurchased about 9 different pieces to try.
Tres leches was dry when it should be moist with tree types of milk or maybe itâs just called tres leches.

We ordered a cake for a 50th birthday....what an amazing cake. It was so brilliantly decorated and was absolutely delicious. We also bought some of the pastries.....I highly recommend this place. The service was definitely worth it. We will be back for sure!!!!!!
I've been a loyal customer of this bakery for years, but after my recent experience, I am done. If you have issues with your cake, good luck! I spent $80 on a cake for my wifeâs birthday, and it was a disasterâdry with almost no fruit stuffing. This was not the quality Iâve come to expect from them.
When I went back in person the next day to address the issue, the lady I spoke to was a nightmare. She arrogantly claimed to have baked the cake herself, denied any problem without sympathy, and not once did she apologize. Instead, she was condescending and dismissive, demanding that I bring back a piece of the cake to prove it.
We drove all the way back home to bring back a piece, only for her to declare that the dry, tasteless cake was âmoistâ and perfectly fine. Even if she believed it was fine, good customer service would be to acknowledge a customerâs issue in some way regardless, but she did absolutely nothing but display a âwe got your moneyâ attitude.
This was supposed to be a special birthday cake, and they ruined it without any remorse. Iâm done with this place. Save your money and go somewhere that values their customers because this bakery sure doesnât.

This place is a gem! The supreme lemon cake is a must have and the carrot cheesecake with carmel drizzle was beyond decadent! I haven't had a ginger cookie with this much flavour in a long time. Lovely. Thank you for being here in London!
Highly recommend the ferrero rocher cake! It was so moist and had an amazing crunch to add texture. I also placed my pickup order on the wrong day but was able to leave with my exact order and customization in less than ten minutes. They have so many other sweets I want to come back to try
We ordered a customer cake for my kids Birthday and the bake shop was creative with their ideas, all of our guests were super happy with how the cake tasted and the kids were happy on how the cake looked. Will definitely recommend for Custom Birthday Cakes. Thanks to you, my kid was super happy with his Birthday Cake
