I absolutely love this space it is stunning on all levels, I hope they will list themselves to host a DNC Democratic National Committee event. I would love to see Chicago highlighted through this event space.

Really really like this hotel, big rooms, nice spaces, nice bathrooms with a huge soaking tub only negative being that every single shower I have ever used here smells like mold, not at first but eventually and there are companies that make some devices that prevent water from ending up outside the shower, I have one at my home. Other than the mold smell, fantastic spot
A more beautiful venue does not exist, we're convinced! From the bright airy windows in the ceremony/reception space, to the large dancefloor, to the art gallery cocktail hour space, to the greenery-filled outdoor garden space, this venue was perfect for our fall wedding! We knew we would likely be enjoying the inside space more predominantly than the outside given the questionable Chicago November weather, but the outdoor space was still much appreciated by our guests who wanted a moment to cool off after breaking it down on the dance floor. We even got some fun night photos as the bride and groom as our photographer was heading out!
Spencer was the most amazing venue owner we could have hoped to work with, and was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout the whole process. Like super super responsive. I don’t think we ever waited more than a day for an email response from him and gave off this air that as long as a request was reasonable, the sky was the limit for our special day! From our first tour we knew this was the space for us, but every day after just reaffirmed our choice. Almost all of our vendors that we selected ended up having nothing but amazing things to say about the venue and Spencer, and them all knowing eachother definitely made things easier.
We had the most incredible venue coordinator on our day, who worked so well with our day-of coordinator and other vendors we felt super comfortable that the whole team could handle any curve ball thrown their way. The space was the perfect size for the seating chart we were hoping for, and the attention to detail was so appreciated (like making the parent's table was perfectly perpendicular to the sweetheart table). We could not recommend this venue or Spencer more!

I was lucky enough to attend a wedding at Greenhouse Loft some years ago, and remembered the space when my now-husband and I were looking at venues. Management had changed, but the space remains a beautiful canvas on which to paint your wedding. It's "industrial" enough if that's your vibe, but it was easily flexible enough to accommodate our more "rustic" theme.
We can't have been the easiest couple they've ever worked with—I had annoyingly specific notes for the graphic designer, and our reception included a karaoke hour!—but the team somehow made everything happen for us. (Special mention goes to Niko, Brian, and Lisa here.) Not only that, the space is just neat; we were really grateful for the cool of the Sky Garden at night after an hour of frantic dancing. Plus, not having to find a DJ made our planning process that much easier, and Max (one of many choices) kept us moving and really got our feel. Unfortunately this is not the review I had hoped to write. This hotel is " 4 stars " I would say 2 star at best. I called a month ago requesting the nicest room available for this weekend. Upon calling to confirming being I did not receive confirmation, I am told that there was no record of my reservation. So I would need to go online and see what is left available TWO DAYS BEFORE OUR STAY. I booked the king " suite " as well as an addition rose decor and bottle of champagne as a surprise. We arrive and are greeted with a very rude unprofessional young lady, we go upto the room to find non of the add ons were complete, had to go back down trying to not spoil the surprise and let the front desk know... took an additional 30 minutes for them to " fix it " and it look absolutely NOTHING like the photos. No candles, maybe 20 rose pieces, very very lazy. The bed was wrinkled with previous hair, the towels had black specs that look very similar to MOLD along with a foul Oder of cigarettes. The floors were scratched and dated...The shower was absolutely atrocious with a used towel on the side. No garbage can other than in the bathroom. Hair was everywhere it was disgusting as if no one attempted to clean. We were told no other options were available, and spoken to very disgustingly our entire stay. Parking was a nightmare in its self, NO WHERE on the site does it say you walk two and a half blocks to park. And to top it all off, we were charges for snacks we did not consume. The biggest waste of money I've ever spent. I would recommend any other hotel along the magnificent mile but AVOID this one at all cost. The owner should be disgusted with their staff.
Overall, this is a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again. There are just some minor things that should be addressed and slightly impacted the stay. The wifi wasn't very good, at least on the 7th floor anyway. The bathtubs need new stoppers. You had to fight with them to get them to hold water, and they need to provide more sudsy soap for the baths. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice. It was also in a great location, within walking distance to so much.
Looks nice but missing point here and there. Bathtub did not have hot water, shower was hot with great pressure, loved it but tub hot water never got hot. It was big and nice tub though. Bathroom did not have adequate fan to remove moisture, all fogged up and I saw molds on the ceiling. Otherwise, nice stay. Umbrellas you can borrow in closet, that was handy. Plenty of drink and some snacks at bar (with fee). Bed and desk area is separated so good for work quietly.
When my wife and I were looking for wedding venues, we were immediately drawn to Greenhouse Loft given the venue’s design, amenities included, open catering policy and spotless reviews. Having now had our wedding in September 2023, we could not be happier.

They will answer any and every question you have. The day of, the opening and closing liaison’s couldn’t have been more helpful ensuring the setup and wedding went smoothly.
The open catering list allows for great flexibility and many caterers are familiar with the venue - we highly recommend The Hearty Boys!
For our wedding DJ, we were paired with Duke from their DJ partners - Style Matters. Duke took the time to meet with us and listen to our pre-made playlists for each part of the evening to get a feel for what we wanted and he killed it. He did an incredible job and all of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great he was.
We could go on and on, but there isn’t much more to say than if you are considering it, please have your wedding here. You and your guests will never forget it and love your big day.

We had The Geraghty host our wedding. The event space is huge but working with Kehoe Designs and The Geraghty they designed the space to feel intimate with incredible energy. Guests were absolutely in awe and many considered it to be the coolest and best wedding they have ever attended. We had a large wedding and there were no issues with lines for bars or restrooms. The lighting was stunning and custom designed to make the perfect environment. Could not recommend The Geraghty enough for hosting your wedding or any event!
This is an awesome venue for anyone who desires a clean slate to make a magical event! The views are breathtaking and the space is endless!!
We cannot thank Greenhouse Loft enough for hosting our wedding and helping us tremendously. Spencer, Callie, and our day of event liaisons Becca and Lisa were all over-the-top incredible. Also, Brian, the graphic designer, is incredible and helped design a beautiful welcome display as well as the photo booth prints. We had the absolute best day thanks to their hard work, constant communication with us for over a year, and expertise. They definitely know what they are doing and our day went perfectly (without a wedding planner or coordinator) thanks to their help. Your vendors will make or break your day and these guys helped ours goes soo smoothly!

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Ivy. The decor is quite nice and the front desk staff are helpful. Thanks to a weekday deal, we were able to get a suite room for $200/night and 2 free drink coupons from the excellent rooftop bar! The bed is spacious and comfortable, with nice lighting. The bathroom is very luxurious, with a rainfall shower that gets very pressurized and hot, and a separate soaking tub. There's even a small TV inside the bathroom mirror with speakers in the ceiling, although it was glitching out when we tried it. The sitting room is also quite nice, with motorized curtains, although some furnishings like the ceiling lamp and chair are starting to show wear.
Room was decent. Wasn’t spotless but was reasonable I guess. Decor was pretty. Staff were friendly. TV was old and did not include any streaming services or the ability to use my own devices.
My issues came with checkout. When I went to repack my bag I noticed a pair of headphones and a gaming controller missing. Never used them in the room because I couldn’t connect my console to their TV. But somehow they were not there. I do a detailed video recording of all my rooms when I check out, so them being “lost” is not likely.
Then upon checkout the hotel attempted to charge me an additional $150+ over 2 different transactions. Couldn’t even tell you want they were trying to charge me for, because they never sent a final bill.
I just concluded there was some dishonest people working here and I refuse to give them my card information for reimbursement.

Loft Lucia is an absolute pearl. It was literally love at first sight when we saw this venue! From the entrance to the end of the balcony, it was simply beautiful. Rebecca has been nothing but the sweetest. She was extremely helpful when we asked questions to her. We are very grateful to Loft Lucia for allowing us to have our Chicago spring wedding. It was a dream that I never want to wake up from 🤍
Loft Lucia was an absolute dream come true for our wedding on June 3, 2023! The venue is a gorgeous loft with exposed brick, large windows, and a beautiful rooftop space which is perfect for a ceremony. As soon as we toured, we fell in love with the space and knew it was perfect for our wedding. Rebecca was a pleasure to work with! We booked the space 1.5 years in advance and she graciously let us tour the space after we booked to show our parents when they were in town. During the final walkthrough, she expertly put together the seating chart and was so accommodating every step of the way. The list of preferred vendors made wedding planning so easy. We can't thank Loft Lucia enough for providing us with the most enchanting backdrop to celebrate our love! This venue seriously belongs on the cover of Brides magazine!
Loft Lucia made our Chicago wedding dreams come true. We hosted our wedding of 111 people on May 26, and have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Rebecca was communicative throughout the planning process and shared great ideas to maximize our use of the space. Armando was fantastic “boots on the ground” day-of. As the bride, I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the big day. As an event planner myself, I appreciated the easy logistics of hosting ceremony/reception in the same place (plus having an outdoor ceremony in the middle of the city!), all furniture and gorgeous greenery/decor included in the venue fee, and the venue being situated in a great neighborhood (west loop) near hotels and restaurants/bars for out-of-towners. I truly can’t recommend Loft Lucia enough!
An incredible venue that I've visited on multiple occasions for a variety of events. Each time, however, the experience is new - a testament to their ability to curate unique spaces for their clients.
I've photographed multiple weddings at Loft Lucia over the years. It's a great venue with tons of natural light that fills the space. The patio upstairs can be used for ceremonies, but this can be tricky with the hot afternoon sun. Not so much an issue during cocktail hour/sunset. The staff has always been friendly and most helpful. One of my favorite places to photograph weddings in Chicago.
Loft Lucia is one of the most well-known wedding venues in Chicago for a reason! As a wedding photographer, getting the chance to photograph a wedding there was incredible. The owner, Rebecca, was super helpful when it came to answering not only my questions as another vendor, but our shared client's questions as well. They felt so taken care of by the staff and had the best night of their lives. The space is versatile, stunning, and comes with both indoor and outdoor space. It's also located in one of the coolest neighborhoods in the city. You cannot go wrong by trusting Rebecca + her team to help you put on the wedding of your dreams! :)
Wow, what an amazingly unique and beautiful venue right in downtown Chicago! I couldn't imagine a more dream-like venue for our Bengali wedding to come to life. All of our guests were awestruck by the venue and it created an energy that resonated throughout our entire evening. It's also very convenient to major hotels like The Hilton and Marriott Blackstone, which was very convenient for guests.
Jessica, Anna, Shiela and team were are all really nice and great to work with! They accommodated us as much as possible while also setting firm boundaries. I do wish there were a few more catering options to choose from, but we absolutely loved our caterer regardless!

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our July 2022 wedding! Spencer and his team were amazing to work with - organized, quick to respond, and accommodating with any requests we had. The space speaks for itself and is absolutely beautiful. We did both our ceremony and cocktail hour outside. Leading up to the wedding, I was worried about the highway/metra noise; however, we didn’t hear it at all on our wedding day! Our guests are still raving about the venue and how beautiful everything turned out.
Describing this venue as beautiful, is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Intention was placed into EVERY detail (from the fixtures, to the furniture pieces, down to the acrylic guest seating). I HIGHLY recommend this space off of its beauty alone. It can be used for ANY event category. I attended a wedding conference there. It was sectioned perfectly for the conference's day to day operation. 5 stars!
There are not enough words to describe how great the staff at Loft Lucia was with us. The venue is gorgeous, staff members were very professional and so helpful during our entire process. We planned our wedding during the pandemic, what we thought would be such a hectic process turned out to be easier than expected. We emailed and staff members responded in a timely manner. I had no idea where to even begin when planning and they walked me through all the steps, recommended different vendors and were very helpful.
Fast forward to our wedding day - Sept 2021 and everything came together so perfectly. The staff members were super attentive, so kind and made sure that everything was in order from start to finish. Amazing views of the city and Saturday night fireworks from the 10 floor! The staff were fantastic, and the venue provides a great space for large gatherings.
Spencer is literally the best wedding venue manager ever! Our wedding that was disrupted and replanned due to the pandemic would have been an absolute nightmare without him. If the gorgeous space and amazing price point for all of the amenities (including your DJ!) aren't enough to decide if this venue is right for you, choose Greenhouse Loft for Spencer alone! He's so efficient, patient, and kind in responding to your questions (and believe me, our questions were ENDLESS!), he has so much industry knowledge to offer amazing suggestions for other vendors you're looking for, and on your big day, he is smooth, confident, and calm in making sure your day runs like a well-oiled machine with your entire day-of team! We got so many compliments from guests and we couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to go with Greenhouse Loft!
I photographed a wedding last weekend at Loft Lucia! It was my first time shooting at this venue! I am in LOVE with the space, the light and the staff. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Jason, was the event manager on site and made sure that the vendors were also taken care of.
As a photographer, I can't say enough good things about Loft Lucia! The space is very versatile and I love the flow from inside to outside. All of the windows provide such beautiful natural light and WOW when the sun sets...the light pours in!!! Here are a few photos to show off this stunning venue!!

This venue is one of the best in Chicago. Feinberg Theater is a top-notch facility equipped with all the amenities. Spertus Institute offers a wide array of smart classrooms when not in session. The 9th and 10th floors offer an open canvas for all types of events, and includes a terrace overlooking the lake. If you're looking for a state of the arts facility in downtown, look no further than Venue Six10.

A brilliantly designed event venue from the outside in. Impeccable landscaping with breathtaking floral designs of geraniums to Hibiscus trees and more. A perfectly appointed seating area is situated at the entrance, where Valet parking is available. Ample parking can accommodate large events. Entering the venue you are met with an opulent foyer, perfect for photography opportunities and welcoming guest. The built in welcome/ host station makes registering your guests a breeze it opens into an expansive space with one of a kind designed golden chandeliers, and oversized light fixtures, a perfect contrast for the black floors that glisten with sparkling flecks and your choice of lighting hues. The bar seems to float in the space designed with an open air see through back to back look. There is a stage which provides space for excellent acoustic sounds for speakers, bands and performances. An oft unappreciated feature; the spacious powder rooms are any woman's dream with luxurious soaps and drying towels, Art Deco mirrors and side tables. Perfect for events from weddings,parties and conferences to Car shows and Trade events.
