Great and efficient service at this dealership. Took my Grand Cherokee in for maintenance, was expecting a 1-2 hours time for them to be done but they got it done under 1hr despite being super busy. They also have great customer service!
We had a really good experience with our last visit and the time before with both of our jeeps. Both times James was a great help and the repairs went smoothly and quickly. We appreciate the care and concern that James puts into helping his customers. Thanks very much!
I would definitely take your vehicle to another service location. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a mechanic in a long time. I made an appointment to drop my jeep off for electrical issues. It took a long time to get in for the appointment, but I was excited to finally have the issues resolved. I dropped off my jeep on a Tuesday, and they told me when I dropped the vehicle off that it would take about three days to have my Jeep diagnosed and that they would get back to me. I told him I wasn’t prepared to be without a car for that long, but I would work to get a rental car in the meantime. That is exactly what I did. When I reached back out to the dealership a few days later for an update, they tell me that my jeep won’t even be looked at until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. So, I have been paying for a rental car all week while my primary vehicle has been sitting at a dealership in a parking lot. Once I expressed frustration, they said I could come pick up my jeep until it was closer to being serviced. This is something that should’ve been communicated with me upfront and different decisions would have been made. Now I am financially in the hole for something that should have never happened. I have found their customer service to be poor and inconsistent.

UPDATE: While I appreciate the auto reply blanket message to my initial bad review, I would like to note that I STILL have yet to talk with a manager after requesting it 4 different times. My car still has not been diagnosed/ seen and it has been over a week since my appointment.
Mason was very polite and professional. He communicated throughout the day regarding my 60,000 scheduled maintenance service on my jeep. The mechanic did a good job and addressed all my concerns.
The only thing I wish this dealership/service department would do is wash my windshield. I think it’s just a little thing on their part to say, “we appreciate your business”; especially after spending $3,000.
I took my new Grand Cherokee in for recall fixes and an oil change. Scheduling was easy. Everyone communicated very well with me and everyone was very pleasant and kind... Almost like they enjoyed their job! I actually popped my head into the managers office to let him know that I had a great experience.
The worst service I have ever received anywhere. I brought my Jeep in 11 months ago under warranty to have it fixed. They popped the hood and saw an aftermarket blowoff valve and refused to even do a proper diagnosis. They said the engine was blown and wanted me to pay out of pocket $24k. I just picked it up to tow it to another dealership. The battery was dead so I had to jump it. It started and ran fine. It later threw a low voltage code and caused it to run rough. After 11 months of them not doing any work on it, I'm having another shop complete the electrical repairs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! This shop is terrible and wouldn't even diagnose my issue without an $1,800.00 deposit. The new shop charges $200 diagnosis no matter how long it takes.
Had a recall done here, scheduled online. James checked me in right away. Made a coffee in the waiting area. Service was explained to me and was offered a ride on the courtesy shuttle since it might take a day or two.

Took about 15 min. From check in until courtesy shuttle. Driver was safe and courteous.

Work performed was faster than quoted and was done professionally.
Took my Jeep here to diagnose a smell from my air conditioner. The team were very transparent and looked to do the cheapest/least invasive option. Christopher was very professional and kept in touch via text throughout the process. Mason was also very polite and personable when I went to pick my car up. Had my car back faster than expected and paid less than was quoted. Also utilized the ride service, as my car needed to stay overnight. Don’t remember his name, but we had great conversation in the car. Definitely feel comfortable taking my car here for service again! Thanks guys!

The Service & Parts Department showed me excellent end-to-end service when I brought my vehicle in. A few days after I had my appointment, I unfortunately had a small mishap (my fault) with my passenger side rear mirror and decided to take my vehicle back in to have it accessed and acquire a list of parts for replacement. The service representative I worked with previously recognized my vehicle and asked what brought me back in and to see if there were any issues with the maintenance that was recently performed. To my surprise, the tech who worked on my vehicle happened to be present and inquire about my situation and even offered to fix the mirror without additional labor charges. Upon ordering the part I needed (which arrived within one business day) I returned with my vehicle to the department, the tech met me and had the issues fixed within minutes. In a world where quality customer service is hard to come by, this team at this dealership really showed up and shinned. Best place to handle any of your vehicle service needs. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had.
I've brought my car in a few times to get serviced. The staff seems knowledgeable and are helpful. The pricing is fair and they worked with me to make sure work was submitted to warranty. I will continue to bring my car here for services. Shoutout to Elva who was very helpful and kind yesterday!
I had open recall work needed on my 2016 Escape. They told me I was crazy when I said the car wouldn't start (even though i paid a mechanic already to diagnose the problem). They told me the Recall would never make the car not start, but they were wrong! They wouldn't get me in for 2 months! Then tried to scare my by telling me about the huge $500 diagnostic fee they would charge. They did everything in their power to dissuade me from bringing my car there, and it worked. I took it to Groove Ford who fixed it in 24 hours at no charge under the recall.
Imagine scheduling an appointment for a recall, weeks ahead of time, taking PTO to drop the car off, and being told that they won't make a decision on whether you can have a rental until someone inspects it for the recall in 2-3 days... That's what I was just pleasantly subjected to. How am I supposed to get around for those 2-3 days while they inspect a recall by the manufacturer they represent? Their scheduling service only asks if I'll need transportation to the service center, not if I needed a rental. I can get the car there just fine. I called the service center and went through 3 automated systems before being routed to someone who gave me the number of the rental person. I called and they didn't pick up. Leaving me in the dark. Just extremely poor communication and service. But hey, at least the building looked nice, glad they know how to invest in what's important, aesthetics, instead of customer service.
I recently visited AutoNation Ford Littleton and I would like to give a special shout out to the gentleman that greeted me and assisted me at his station. His name is John W. He made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I asked about different places I could grab a bite to eat while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. He suggested about 4 places. I ended up going to Wendy’s and he even joked with me asking where “his” was. I feel that he went above and beyond with providing customer service and needs to be recognized. I waited about an hour for my for my 30,000 mile service and he made it feel like it was 30 minutes. At the end, he explained everything that was done with my vehicle and made the experience very smooth for me.
Oh my heck!!! I love the pick up and delivery valet!! Great communication when they are arriving. A plus is that the service was done correctly. They send pictures of all the readings as they take them.. Really impressed.. servicing used to be a hassle. Now it's a joy!!
Vehicle needed to go in for a major factory recall. I find it best to talk to the service department in person, as call centers aren't always on top of things. Scheduled the car to go in the next Monday. Drop-off was easy, getting a rental was easy, everyone was very friendly, the car was done on Friday - ahead if schedule - and pickup was seamless. I was kept informed by text the entire time. No issues, very happy with the service.
