From start to finish Sarah was amazing she made me feel at ease as was nervous no pain at all feet feel brand new highly recommend.

Called 2 weeks ago to get blood test done as I am pregnant in first trimester and did not test blood/urine yet. I was told they will get it done that week, 2 weeks later after going in and ask I was told nobody requested blood test for me and we cannot schedule an appointment until they talk with the midwife that had to put me on a waiting list. Another 6 days past. I tried to call and the robot told me they are busy and hang up.

No problems with the actually practice infact once you there they operate really well.
Unfortunately there is a man on reception that talks ridiculously fast and unclear even when told to talk slowly after he was asked by my elderly grandparents , He sounded quite oppositional when met with criticism and barely changed how he spoke to my grandparents instead decided to rapidly repeat his question which really flustered my grandma to the point she made me calk in to see to her request.
The ladies at reception have all been great but the guy seriously needs some humbling and learn some compassion and empathy to people requiring care.

I would give this surgery a 0 if I could. Horrible horrible treatment, lack of compassion or empathy towards those who genuinely need help. When e consults are sent and specifically request a phone call, text messages are sent. On one occasion no response was sent. Cancelling blood tests last minute when you have to wait over a week to get one in the first place.

Not sure, how someone who is medically qualified can have such a lack of compassion. In my case someone who is pregnant.

First visit and was made to feel comfortable and become more relaxed.
Treatment was efficient and professional.
The two together made for a good first appointment.

Sarah-Jayne is amazing. Really helped me with my heels and infected toe nail. Will definetly come back as should have come to her a long time ago already!! Thank you!

Had to wait 3 months to get my medical records due to a fumbling of paperwork by the admin team, which has set my career back months. The only saving grace is the clean building and kind reception staff

I would absolutly recomend this clinic for all your podiatry needs. Had been in pain with my tonail for weeks went and seen the lovely lady who treat my ailment in half an hour. Shes great at what she does makes you feel at ease and the treatment was painless many thanks.

I feel a 1 star for this shambles of a surgery is far too good. My medication was labelled undetermined, I rang the prescription line to ask why this was ,she flicked through my notes saying you have to come for bloods and have your blood pressure taken. She said she would allow my medication for the next 2 months then it will go back back to “undetermined” ( I have been on this medication for 10 years)

I turned up for my bloods and blood pressure as instructed to only to be told by the nurse (who was very apologetic ) shedidn’t know why I was told to attend as no doctor had requested any such tests. What an absolute waste of an appointment.

I have been with this surgery for 62 years and I can honestly say I have witnessed this surgery go from being first class to its current state which I can only describe as shambolic.

I have recently taken my son to Sarah-Jane to remove a verucca he got from swimming. Sarah was welcoming, kind and she really knew how to put him at ease. She was gentle and the treatment worked really well. Highly recommend!

Absolute joke, they ask me to come in for a last minute appointment and I do but since I can't check in on self check in I have to wait ages to see a receptionist. Whilst doing so I get a text to tell me I missed my appointment, by time receptionist gets to me she tells me she can only book me one at North Ormesby now. This doctors is ridiculous! Doesn't actually do anything!!!!

If I could give zero I would.
I care for my 86 yo mother who unfortunately is with this practice and the bottom line is no one cares.
The reception staff you speak to on the phone (I am guessing it is a call centre) are worse than useless, not passing on information to other relevant departments, giving incorrect information, giving incorrect phone numbers, and cutting a call off is just a few of the things that have happened this week alone (it's only Tuesday) and I won't even go into past issues.
Needless to say I will be going through the quality care commission and higher if necessary.

Amazing service, had my toenail off in less than 20 minutes! Sarah is kind and reassured me through the whole process. Aftercare was explained thoroughly and i had no worries :)

Just had an appointment at Teesside Podiatry Clinic, Sarah-Jayne Ferguson was so lovely.
She put me at ease straight away and explained all procedures.
I cannot thank you so much, would highly recommend.

I have had 2 nail bed removals. It was absolutely marvellous no pain at all. Sarah-Jane was the best podiatrist I have ever been to. Cannot praise her enough so caring and making sure I was ok through all of the procedures. Thank you so much Sarah-Jane will see you very soon xx

I think the issue with this GP is the management cutting down too much on cost at the expense of peoples lives. Imagine 3 weeks wait time for someone who was told by an A&E doctor to ''see your GP immediately''. Another experience I had with this GP is that someone I suspect to be a senior nurse at this GP saw my 2 year old son with a little bit of eczema when he attended his appointment and prescribed a powerful drug that has never been tested on children. The Pharmacist warned me not to use it as it has never been tested on children but my wife trusted the GP more, used it as directed on my son and the result was devastating. Using this GP practice is like playing games with your life! No wonder many people are living this GP practice with such a terrible experience. NHS please do the needful and investigate this GP practice immediately.
