The store has an amazing selection of home decor, and accessories at budget-friendly prices. I found everything I needed to refresh my home with a modern touch without overspending. Manager Larry provides poor customer service . On 12/16/24 the cashier forgot to give me one of my bags . Two small items with a value under $9.00. I called the store and was told they did have my items and the cashier realized after I left she forgot to give me my bag. I was told the bag would be held with my name on it . On 12/19 I went in to pick up my bag and they couldn’t find it . Manager Larry told me to go get the same items and he would replace them. I got the items and stood in line again . At the register Larry came over and asked for my receipt ? He never mentioned I needed my receipt and I didn’t even have my purse . I was told my name would be on my bag that they forgot to give me . I never thought I needed my receipt because I was told they would be in a bag with my name on it . Larry refused to give me the items stating it’s company policy that I must provide my receipt before he will replace the items that his associate forgot to give me .So .. they forgot to give me my bag , found it , supposedly put my name on it for me to pick up but lost it and now Larry is saying I need proof to get the items that they forgot to give me . Reminder this is 2 items totaling $8.18 . Larry was very dismissive and repeated that he will replace my items or give me a refund when I come back again with my receipt . Larry definitely needs to be trained in customer service .

I went in recently looking for hello kitty Halloween merch. It was my 1st time there and I was excited about the Halloween merch so I took my time looking. I went in after the gym so I was in an old t, etc. The Mgr(possibly) was watching me like a hawk, and as I looked at items near the front she stood in front of the doors staring at me. (Mind u, I'm not a tweeker, nor am I the type to steal stuff.) The cashiers were very pleasant to talk to and polite. However, due to the lady watching me for no good reason, I will no longer be spending my money there. [I gave 1 star for the cute decor, and the 2nd star for the cashiers]

Larry was dismissive when I requested a deduction from a scuffed/scratched item(see photo of buff snowman ornament).
He lifted his glasses and said he didn’t see any damage and the “scuff” markings came that way. Okay, so you admit it is damaged then?
You’re mocking your customer by giggling and handing it back and walking away as you give your answer.
You’re not offering support, nor making this experience pleasant or helping. Do you even comprehend what customer service means?
Your empathy was lacking, you didn’t listen and there was no problem solving and especially not building any positive habits to assist customers in the future. Why are you in this position if you can’t handle something so simple?
Larry is taking it out on his customers because he is below average in intelligence.

Feedback and other concerns:
- Your endcaps and tables need to be worked on… they look like crap.

-Your Halloween needs to be a) markdown or b) marked out of stock. Many items not being marked.

-Several broken items on the floor or on shelves. Have your employees recover the aisles. Trash and merchandise doesn’t belong on the floor, it’s a hazard.

- Two associates provided as cashiers for a lengthy line? Come on.

Honestly the worst Homegoods I’ve encountered and having Larry there probably eating in the office doing nothing is showing for a poor floor. He needs to be provided training or he is just isn’t ready for that position and needs to step down.

Are your sales that terrible that you couldn’t even budge for a 10% discount? SAD.

I definitely love this store awesome stuff and finds .I definitely recommend it to everyone I know . My experience was a 5 star. Very friendly atmosphere as well.Good job to staff on setting and displaying.

I had a great shopping experience at the Corona location, the staff was great and Jose T. loaded my purchased items into my car with care. He took care of customers in the order they were in line with a great attitude and smile on his face.

Thus is a very good Target. Clean and orderly. I do have to say the grocery selection leaves a little to be desired if you are looking for specific brands. For example, they have plenty of coffee creamer options, but my mom specifically likes Chobani Vanilla creamer, which is not stocked. Not a complaint, just an observation. I enjoy shopping here.

The store is conveniently located at the crossings shopping center. With a Starbucks inside the store. A very well organized store. Huge variety of products. Helpful staff.

Toy department is a mess..I came across theft all over. Doesn't anybody zone anymore. I used to work for the company 25 years ago, and toys used to be always well stocked and zoned. What happened? You need to get somebody over there and clean it up. Also, start checking under shelves and lock them down. People are hiding stuff. I'm spoken to managers, Supervisors, and Security about this issue at all TARGET stores I've visited. Hidden stuff everywhere. I even wrote a letter to corporate. I'll be sending another. Thanks

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I ordered a toy online for pick up same day because it was cheaper to order online than buy directly in store. I was at the store and saw they had the item. The store then cancelled the item because it was “out of stock”. This has happened several times. I believe whoever is working same day pick up just cancels the orders when it’s late because they want to clock out for the day. Also, customer service at this store is always awful. I wish there was another target closer to me that I could go to. I also tried to call to tell them the item was indeed in stock since I just got home from target and they absolutely do not answer their phone under any circumstances.

Experience was terrible. Well it was pretty good until I got up to checkout at register 5. While I was trying to explain to the cashier that the machine literally could not hold my card, she blatantly ignored me and played on her Apple Watch instead. I’m a department manager at a retail store in Texas so I understand the annoyance you can feel through the day but I would NEVER treat someone like that. I guess hospitality is just something you experience in any state but California.

During this pandemic, I have grown to appreciate the Drive-Up Service at Target. Easy to use their website/App, service is fast and convenient. But there are quite a few items they show out of stock for pick up and/or delivery. Wishing their friendly staff nothing but the best, to stay safe and sane =)

They never answer the phone, called to see if they had any PS5s in stock they didn't answer, called back like 10 more times still didn't answer. My girlfriend called six times in an hour and no one answered. Called Best Buy, they answered, went there instead.
