Good on you, Freedom! You first told me that the Luka 3-seater sofa I bought is ready to be delivered, and I made the full payment and arranged the delivery date with you. However, no show no call on the date. And after numerous attempts to your dispatch centre, no one was answering the calls. Have managed to call the store but was only told that the particular sofa that was allocated to us didn't pass your QA check??? Why was I sent emails & texts advising that it was ready and full payment was demanded? Now you're telling me that I gotta wait for the next shipment in the New Year and we're not gonna have any for X'mas ? I hope this is not a pre-X'mas joke as we were the first one on your waiting list for that sofa, but the people that were behind us were able to enjoy their Sofa before us!!! This is totally non-acceptable and I found the excuse very lame.
Why do you wait until you're ready to delivery the goods, and do the QA check ? Isn't this done beforehand and before you notice the customers that their order has arrived and take the full payment from them? 😤😤😤

I LOVE BUNNINGS😁 helpful staff, easy to find stuff, especially from website that helpfully tells you what aisle to go to find your stuff! Good prices, and I always end up with something extra in my trolley. This time it was a karcher attachment and deck paint. Undercover parking is super helpful especially in West Auckland rain😅 good garden/plant section as well. Cafe not too bad for a toastie and coffee. I highly recommend Dulux Timbacryl(photos are Karaka Leaf). The finished product looks amazing, very happy with application and coverage!

Most of the store is great, most staff are great. The bear hunt event is just disappointed when people over spend one hour finding 16 hidden bear, ended up with 2 lollis. The bears were really hard to find by an adult. How about a child? What we got from social media is the reward would be a bear toy. Just felt like being tricked.

As expected from a freedom, although smaller selection than other stores. Staff members I found were only helpful when approached (and I went into the store when there was only one other person). I was also misinformed about a gift voucher by a staff member when I made my purchase m and the manager made me feel like I was the one who have must misunderstood what the staff member said and tried to twist my words, and made excuses for the staff member rather than addressing my concerns that I was misinformed about this.
Overall, I would recommend any other Freedom store, Westgate Freedom does not hold itself to the same high standards I usually experience from Freedom.

Very disappointed in this store, ordered a rug in store that was in stock in the warehouse and would be delivered the following week for pick up have since been given the run around for 10 weeks with a different story each time, very poor customer service with no to little communication will not be using this store again

Went to Bunnings Westgate on Monday to sort out a Kaboodle kitchen for our renovations and was absolutely impressed with the support I recieved from team member Krystal. She helped me without warning, she showed me my selections in store, made adjustments to complete my plan without being condecending and gave great advice without judgement on budget friendly options. Thank you Krystal for taking care of us.

Joseph at the store was very helpful with our furniture purchase and accommodated our request to buy the stock in store but pay online the next day.

This is a SUPER Bunnings. It's massive and it is stocked to the brim. What a nice experience walking in here and all the friendly staff.

Always a better deal here than the other big store. The variety is heaps more too. Dunno why I even bother to shop the other way. Same product but at Bunnings is about 10 to 20 percent cheaper. Thanks team Bunns!

I recently visited Bunnings Westgate and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience there. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with my purchases.

As someone who is a big fan of this brand, I've visited many Bunnings stores in the past, but I have never seen such a comprehensive range of Ryobi products available in one place. It was so refreshing to be able to browse through the entire range and find exactly what I was looking for without having to go to multiple stores.

The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed, and the staff were able to provide expert advice on which products would suit my needs best. I found the prices to be very reasonable, and I was particularly impressed with the quality of the products I purchased.

I don't want to leave any stars, but I have no choice but to leave a review here. I ordered a dining table set with a bench in early March 2023 with the expectation that it would be delivered in early April. However, the goods were delayed without any notice or follow-up email. Only one dining table has finally arrived, while they were all supposed to be delivered together as promised. I have been chasing up my goods every single weekday, and now they say the rest has been dispatched in the system but I have no idea when it will be arrived. The delivery service number for New Zealand never picks up, no matter how many times I try calling.

Honestly, should I bill you for the hours I have spent chasing this up on behalf of your duties? I am confused as to who is responsible for providing customer service after payment. If you have the patience of Buddha OR even HIGHER THAN HIM, then you can go and get your goods from Freedom.

PS. The deliveries have also arrived late by more than an hour. What a waste of weekends. Awesome team.

I went to westgate Burning Warehouse in the gardening section for plants, tools, and fertilizer. They had good stocks with a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and approachable. Downstair had lots of parking spaces. However, they could arrange some rubbish bins in the parking area.

Ordered online and shocking experience from a prestige company. Makes you dont want to shop with them again. Delivery delayed and on top of that they delivered the wrong size of the slats! Called them straight away and even emailed them the pictures and they were even shocked of the size of the slats. A week after we emailed them for the update then we were asked again for the sizes then confirmed in email that we have received the wrong size. What a bloody joke! They said they are going to sort out asap. And they delivered it on the weekend without even telling us or notifying us on the delivery and we were not even at home and they didn't even leave the parcel somewhere safe so we had to wait for couple of days to be delivered again! No compensation from them!

we understand and appreciate the global shipping issues, the problem is being sent incorrect items, waiting over a week for the soloution, getting told they wouldn’t wait for us when they came for delivery and we didn’t know about. No notification from you guys! Our new winkl mattress should be open a week from receiving it but because of the hassle we have gone through of our order it was not opened for a month. Our orders should be delivered by between end of July to 4th of August and we were patient enough on the 2 weeks delayed after the said date however its the annoyance when were given the incorrect order and the time it took to be resolve. So please don’t use the global delays as an excuse. If you read your other reviews you will notice the same issues your company is doing. So please sort out whats the ongoing problem in your logistics or deliveries for your future customers.
