Amazingly cheap prices, you can find items for 6 bucks. Do be aware you have to check in bags at the door (no extra cost)

Lovely store with a diverse collection. Great vintage options in good condition with fantastic options for men.
I think it’s the same company as Urban Jungle? Good stuff, good prices! Come byyyy have a hoot 🦉
Amazing thrift shop! Affordable prices, great vibes. Bags are required to be checked in. They take cash and card! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Can't stand a place that doesn't keep its advertised hours! Here at 6:10 PM on a Saturday and they are closed. Takes an effort to get around in this city and it really sucks when you go somewhere and it's not open. I won't make the effort to come back.

Arrived to a closed up shop at 4pm on a Saturday when hours posted say they’re open till 6. Would be one thing if they put a sign up explaining. Between this and the fact that last time I was here the owner made me an offer then rescinded it, I give this shop a 2/5. They can and should do a little better.

Lots of interesting items! Found two magazine racks at a reasonable price. A little difficult walking around the store but it’s fun to look around :)
Anthony has given this shop the life it deserves! It’s a treasure chest of incredibly sourced vintage and antiques, so much easier to properly shop for items now since the update. Seriously worth visiting

Not worth the detour I ended up taking to see this vintage store. Yes they have some nice things, but overall the collection is not well curated. Unclear what you go to get there or what folks they’re trying to speak to: Levi fans? Yes sure but they won’t have many options. Gen-Z yes some, maybe but also like people who wear with fur? So yeah no - a confused second hand shop, would skip

Any questions I asked at store, all the answers were “you can look at online store.”
-Any other color?
Answer: Look online.

-The pants that was on the catalog cover?
Answer: Look online.

-Bigger size?
Answer: Look online.

She was not joking.

I’ll absolutely not go to that store and shop online so I won’t waste my time.

This person who works there has no idea of any merchandise and not helpful at all.
If you don’t know, you should ask someone else at the store or find out for customer.

This is a vintage shop without a soul. The merchandise is sourced wholesale and you can feel the lack of curation and attention to detail. You know how a good vintage shop makes you feel SOMETHING? Like... how there is a coziness, a quirkiness, an aura- something that makes you feel there is a genuine love and respect for history and for previously owned and loved objects? I have felt more hope and personality in a Dollar Tree.

decent selection and prices.
/Some/ items can be overpriced for a thrift store//used items--but overall worth the visit.
I definitely find a lot of good things to add to my wardrobe
My only complaint is that staff can be rude, unwelcoming, or even unkind.
such a cute shop and i'm so grateful to the person who works there who let me go to their backyard to look for a kitty that i saw through the window lol🧡
They have a bunch of really unique pieces at affordable prices, a rarity for Williamsburg! The person who was working was friendly too. I found my dream coat and left feeling very happy!

Much more affordable than the rest of the area and fun, I found some very cute earrings! It's hard to get earrings of such a high quality for such a reasonable price.

Staff members did not go up to talk to me which I rather prefer as it’s a hindrance to me when shopping for items. However they do respond to questions regarding pieces I wanted and the communication was great. Thank you!

I found the men’s section to offer more wearable pieces, especially if you’re looking for cheap vintage graphic tees ($8-25). I agree with other reviews, women’s selection is not true vintage— lots of synthetic materials and low quality pieces from the early 2000s.

I needed a quick outfit for the night and decided to try my luck here. The people the two employees were texting were deemed more important than me, as I was never greeted nor asked if I needed assistance with anything. Safe to say I will not be returning.

Pretty good shopping experience! There are a lot of items ranging from denim to tshirts to more dressy blouses. Everything is mainly $10 or under, which is really nice. I would recommend digging within the racks because the best stuff is a little hidden. The employees are nice and the place wasn’t too busy.

This boutique is an absolute gem in Brooklyn - wonderfully curated and stylish, while being fairly priced. I found an amazing orange dress for a wedding in the summer, and I love that they have rentals options as well to put their sustainability principles into action. My new favorite neighborhood spot for shopping :)

Had a great afternoon shopping here! I've been furnishing my apartment and looking for unique, one of a kind pieces. The couple running the warehouse are helpful and kind; he even spray painted some stools I found to better fit my style. I was inspired to purchase something new and found what I was looking for. Highly recommend for those who enjoy a treasure hunt and high quality, vintage pieces.

I used Apple Pay to check out and the associate told me I might get an email asking me to confirm my payment method because their system sometimes flags Apple Pay. Not a big deal, but when I received an email the next day it said my payment method was declined and I needed to re-enter my card info. Again, not a huge deal but had I missed the email my order wouldn’t have shipped.
I wish the associate would have just told me not to use Apple Pay as a payment method in the first place if their point of sale system can’t handle it.
Love this cute store. Such a unique place to visit. Its a local antique/thrift store, so imagine going to a place that has basically anything you could be looking for (at a great price)….and then finding things you didnt even know u wanted/needed. Lol the best. And the owners, such a lovely couple. Very friendly and reasonable! Would def go back and I recommend any and all to stop by as well :)

This is a very beautiful store to go to. Not only are their prices great. They have everything from clothing/candles/shoes/ frames/posters/jewelry and many unique vintage items. They have a mix of new/pre-loved items. The owners Steven & Jessica are very informative and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Cute store for boutique fashion. Love that they offer rentals here for a very affordable price.
Massive selection and very good pricing. Especially good for coats and men’s clothing!
L Train is a vintage clothing store located in Brooklyn. It is a good one, seems popular. If you like fur coats you’re in luck. If you want a world war 1 era wooden army coat you’re also in luck. If you’re after a worn out sweater, L Train Vintage is for you. If you want your backpack looked after by counter staff they do that here also. Although across the street is an active truck loading area, so don’t even think of parking there!

I'm picky about vintage shops. I visited over 20 vintage shops in NYC before, only got disappointed. But Bedford, curated by two lovely girls, is one of the best and the cutest vintage shop in Williamsburgh. Fantastic collections filled with surprises, 100% my style. Worth the money and time.

Eh. The selection here has gotten a tad more limited and the customer service isn't really there. Associates will greet you and thats it. I always end up browsing and just ordering online bc nobody ever really offers help or assistance
This small place stocks local and/or ethical, approved brands. The area has many boutique stores that fit with the vibe, but this is a unique one. You can even rent clothing and it will get discounted after return. This is also the closest I got to fair fashion stores far away in Berlin, so this gave me an impression of those boutiques, like Wertvoll in Prenzlauer Berg, which also reminds me of Cobble
Hill-Carroll Gardens-Brooklyn Heights-Boerum Hill.

really lovely little shop with nicely curated and genuine vintage items that are all unique and fashionable! ive checked out almost all of the vintage stores while in NYC and this was one of the best, other stores had way too much stuff and lower quality so it felt a little overwhelming. bedford was perfect for a half hour or so lookie around 😊 super cute tote bag also ❤️

Very overpriced. I saw an Old Navy top for $20 (?!?) and an embroidered Hawaiian shirt for $125. Eek. Just because it's "vintage" doesn't mean people will pay three-four times the market value to buy it. SMH.

Popped into Rue Saint Paul the other day as I was strolling down Court Street. Really cute store with a great curation of clothing, shoes, bags and accessories. Am in love with all of their jewelry pieces! Could have gone home with all of the items they had. The owner Kelly was so helpful and just a delight to interact with. Love the company's sustainable mission. The website is great, seems to have all the items from the shop in case you can't make it to the store. Will be supporting this small business!

This is the kind of thrift store that young, well-off kids come to shop at because thrifting is trendy. All of the clothes are expensive, but I came when there was a 20% off deal so I got some good finds. It’s a decent store.

Do not trust their descriptions. Sold me a chair that was advertised as quality velvet. It was neither quality nor velvet and was actually stained worn-down felt. Didn’t allow me to return when I realized it was nothing as advertised and blamed me for trusting them and not reading their policy. Lived and learned but learn from my lesson and buy from someone else.

Oh, and to their response, I didn’t review the chair in person because I had to run in to pick it up. Yes, my bad again for trusting them that they were selling me something as described. When I got home to review and try to clean the chair I realized it was beyond repair or cleaning, which is when I reached out. I was polite and described how different the item was than the described and I offered to drive back to return it. Again, said it was my fault for not reading their return policy. Do better.

See pictures of this “quality” “velvet” chair

How is someone supposed to consider buying something here when the entire shop is piled from floor to ceiling? The prices are very high for dirty, damaged items in poor condition. A few cool things but would only consider if looking for something super specific and had a big budget.
Update: the owner has responded to this review and completely made up story about me attempting to offer $1.50 for a vintage lamp LOL what wackos -- STAY AWAY

I am so excited to have Rue Saint Paul in the neighborhood! Adorable well priced sustainable clothing that you can either purchase or rent. They handle dry cleaning after you rent and the renting period is on a two week window. Similar to RTR but better because it's local and the clothes are friendly to the environment. I spoke with the owner who was working who was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to begin renting clothing here.

The store is big enough to find what you want. Majority of the items here are in almost good to great condition for used vintage merchandise. I purchased a leather jacket for $16 and long sleeve shirt for $6 which is a convenient bargain. Highly recommend people to go for a visit, buy, or both. Make sure you pick what you want accurately because there’s a no refund/return policy.

BUYER AND CONSIGNOR BEWARE - the owners who now own this shop just sold their two other consignment shops (under the name Eleven Consignment) to new ownership without notifying consignors, letting them get their items back or paying them as per contract for what their items sold. I consigned in November to their previously owned east village store and now no one is answering emails, calls and many of us are left to file small courts claims. Really disgusting people. You’ve been warned!

Very cute stuff in the shop, and the store owner seemed sweet. I ordered a custom anklet which was ready promptly (within 4 days) but the clasp broke and I lost it within one week, which is a bummer especially given the price point.

My wife and I have never left this place without a healthy bag of items we couldn't have dreamed of before walking in. Lots of one of a kind (or low volume at the very least) Japanese wares, very thoughtfully curated, and sensibly priced. We usually do a once over together, and while she's trying things on, I'm usually pumping the dressing room with more gems. We usually have to put back 30% of the selects, because we blast through our intended budget very quickly. The women's selection has a wide range with something for just about every style; the men's section, on the other hand, is more narrowly Japanese hipster, new wave, and mod, with a touch of norm-core--doesn't really suit my tastes, but I'm pretty much straight Americana and cycling-tech focused, so not the intended audience. About Glamour and Rue St. Denis rank among the best vintage houses I've ever encountered, and I love that they're both in NYC.

I love this little store, the shopping equivalent of a mug of hot chocolate with mini-marshmallows. In the front are various Japanese-influenced gift items, like great odd stationery and TinTin notebooks. In the middle is a well-curated selection of vintage clothes for men and women at reasonable prices. In the back, behind the Vivienne Westwood socks (dirt cheap!), is a tiny neighborhood art gallery that's always showing interesting stuff. Clearly the owners have vision, and they're executing it very well.

About Glamour is the type of business that belongs in Williamsburg. Part card shop, part thrift store, and part gallery, About Glamour is hip and current without even trying. The selection of goods is top notch. Whether you are looking for an outfit with style, an affordable piece of artwork, or a piece of jewelry that is so understated and elegant, About Glamour is worth a look. Take a gander and take home a one of a kind.
