Shanika the nurse practitioner always treats me well here as her patient, I’ve seen her a few times and she is so helpful and gentle! Wait times aren’t bad either
I came to see Dr. Faika Khan to change my PCP. The place is very clean, Austin is very friendly and super attentive and fast.
The Dr. is very sweet and thoughtful in everything you need.

Thank you very much.

Doctor was very unprofessional and was more concerned about my decision to decline voluntary surgery rather than the illness I came in for. She outwardly bashed my previous doctors and their decisions, which I felt rude and irrelevant to the reason why I came in. The clinic did not send in my prescription and there was a lot of back and forth with them and the pharmacy. I would not recommend this urgent clinic.
If I could I would take away the only star I'm giving, yesterday I had a meeting scheduled at 4:10pm at 1440 Broadway, I was there from 4:05 to 5pm and no one attended to us, I wasn't even notified that they were going to close, today I arrived ten minutes early and I have already been here for an hour waiting to be served, it is an absolute lack of respect

As a foreigner, I am so unfamiliar with my health insurance and relevant stuff. Austin and the doctor helps me a lot! Especially when the doctor gave me the referral to another doctor, Austin helped me to set everything right by walking me through the process of making an appointment and making sure that it would be covered by my insurance plan. Huge appreciation! One of my best clinical experiences ever!

I chose Doctor Khan in this facility as my PCP as it was close to me. I went few times there and never had a chance of seeing the doctor. The last time I went there with extreme pain on my knee and I knew that something was going on that I needed a MRI. I met a young woman PA that was so negligent about my pain. I didn’t even have crutches to walk and she refused my request for prescribing MRI. Although I explained to her that I came from ER and they wanted me to ask a MRI from my doctor. She insisted me to go back to ER where I was just before going to them cause definitely ER took care of the emergency thing and my PCP needed to prescribe this for me. She was absolutely without any knowledge or human sense and not a listener. I had to go to un Urgent care with a lot of pain. They took care of everything and helped me to get the prescription for MRI. The result shows that I have a high grade torn ACL. They even didn’t help me to reduce the walking as I was limping and in pain. The secretary was just sitting there and she didn’t even come to me to give me the paperwork. I went to her and got the documents and left the office in a shock. I’ve never seen such careless behavior in any other facilities before. The owner should definitely do some supervision to see what is happening in their office.
Initially I wrote a positive review upon the request of the person working the front desk on my first visit to urgentway. They incentivize guests to write reviews upon their first visit, I imagine to combat any negative reviews they may receive. I visited urgentway almost a year ago as someone who is uninsured and needed to get a routine physical for a job. I paid a fee upfront and had tests run as well as a couple vaccine updates. I am well aware that these things cost money but I was not informed that I would be receiving a $600+ bill after paying an initial fee upon each visit I had to make to the office. They asked me to come in person and have my results read to me after my first visit. I did, I was told after making that trip that they did not even have all my results but the worst part was that when reading me the results that they did currently have for me, they read me SOMEONE ELSES results, told me i had an STD, and upon realizing they were reading me someone else's results, they shrugged it off and gave no apology. This was meant to be just be a routine physical for a job but I walked away deeply scarred and somehow slapped with a hidden $600 charge. In total spending around $800 dollars and having been given the runaround and read someone else's test results, with absolutely no thoughtfulness.

I was seen by a woman NP Melissa Morrison and she was terrible. This was the worst experience . She was so rude and condescending. I work in the medical profession and I would never treat my patients like this . I will not return to this clinic. It’s unfortunate because when I was here before it I was treated so nicely .
Both the nurse practitioner (Shanika) and the woman who did my intake were friendly and personable. I deeply appreciated that both of them were wearing masks and that there were multiple high quality air filters running---a lot of doctor's offices have dropped taking any precautions against Covid or other airborne diseases, which I think is a mistake---doctor's offices are literally where sick people go! They had me in and out and it was a very pleasant and efficient experience
Great experience. Great office. Great doctor.

You are well taken care of by everyone here. They are polite. In terms of the services they offer, they streamline and expedite the process. The office is well-maintained, well-designed for comfort and health, and staffed with professionals.
Waited an hour for the NP to tell me she couldn’t refill my prescription. If someone makes an appt online for a medication refill why would you not ask what the medication is before accepting the appointment if you’re unable to refill all medications?!? Waste of my time.

I went there for my flu shot (mmr) and booked an appointment after going there which was scheduled after an hour. But there wasn’t any patient so the doctor let me in. She was incredibly nice and helpful her name was Amalia if I’m not wrong. it was so nice and easy. Loved the environment. But the pharmacy areas employees are not so helpful and they’re unwilling to answer your questions.
We had an amazing experience with Robert, NP at the minute clinic. We were visiting NY from out of town and my son needed to be seen for an ear infection. I’ve never seen a nurse practitioner have to do so many admin tasks (vitals, chief complaint, take co payment), do it with grace, while providing exceptional care. He even called our hotel to see if they could refrigerate our antibiotics since we didn’t have a mini fridge. As a health care worker myself, I was very pleased with the care and education provided while Robert seemed to be manning the whole clinic alone. It was busy, but that didn’t stop us from receiving great care. Thanks again for making our NY trip a little easier!

It was my first visit to UrgentWay and I had a great time. Everyone was very nice. The receptionist was super nice and very patient and informative when I was bombarding her with questions. I also got my flu shot along with my physical examination. The nurse was very skillful in inserting the needle and I only felt a slight pinch. I also had my blood work for titers done and she did an excellent job. The doctor was super nice with the physical examination and very thorough with the standard procedure and I left the place satisfied and still be energetic after having about 3 vials of blood taken from me 😆.

Will definitely be returning again.

Never in my life have I EVER had a doctor so uncaring, selfish, and unprofessional! The entire thing was suspicious. NEVER go here for high quality care. If I could rate this 0 stars I would! If your team truly cares, then you need to start showing it because you have not shown me a single ounce!

My family and I are traveling. I came down with a pretty bad sore throat and later little bumps started to appear under my lip, legs, and hands. But the bottom of my feet and fingers were in SO much damn pain to the point where it was painful to hold anything and to walk. My arms were itchy.

So, we came in today, my sore throat was gone and my arms weren't itchy anymore. A woman came to get me. Never introduced herself, not even a name tag! I'm a teenager and my Mom was with me and the woman told my Mom to sit on the exam table and not the stool, because she would need to use the stool. (She never did.) She took my vitals, but not my blood pressure because I get anxious getting my blood pressure done.

After we waited back in the waiting room for a couple minutes, another woman came in. She was not friendly at all (the MA was) and she never introduced herself or wore a name tag. We had to ask her if she was the nurse practitioner because she never said who the hell she was! She was instant on taking my blood pressure even though I told her I get anxious while doing it. She told me it was required for treatment, when asked why, she said it was a “medical thing” and that if I didn’t get my blood pressure done we would have to go to urgent care. Then, she was complaining about how it “only takes a few seconds.” She looked 10 seconds at my toes, but did not examine anything at all before asking me if we’d been around little kids. We said “no.” Then, she fills in a prescription for the same cream and diagnoses me with hand, foot, and mouth DISEASE (HFMD) This condition mainly affects babies and toddlers, but I’m a teenager who’s been around NO babies or little kids! I am concerned for your other patients and no one should ever go here.
This was my first time in this office and it was a very positive experience! I had the pleasure of meeting their worker Maria who is so kind and definitely makes sure her patients are taken care of! I would definitely recommend this place! It is also very clean!

They advertise that minute cliic is open every day here inside the actual CVS, but no on works at it, I called the pharmacy just now and they said they've been closed since 2022. They have a nice set up and it looks great, but if they don't have it open, they should take down the posters that are on the entrance/exit doors and all the signs around the store saying that the minute clinic is open every day, to stop misleading people.
NP, Luft was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about my skin condition, for which I visited the clinic. She was very helpful by accommodating me for my consultation. Somehow, my consultation was canceled, and she was nice enough to make the arrangement to see me without having to reschedule.
Not only was she helpful but she also was caring and patient with me as I explained my condition.
I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

I’ve been going to Dr. Haimoff for close to four years. I’m so happy with his care and attention. The medical office staff are also welcoming and professional. You will be in great hands here.
Dr. Lev Haimoff has been my PHCP for a long time now and I would highly recommend him and his staff. The facility has also just being renovated.
Arrived 8 minutes late for an appointment and was refused to be seen. Tried to call ahead to warn them but there was no person to speak to.

I had my first appointment this week and couldn’t be happier. The staff was really nice and friendly. I met with the nurse first who took my blood pressure and temperature and she was very nice (sorry, I forgot her name). Doc Lev was very professional. He listened very carefully and took time to respond to all my questions. The knowledge of this doctor is powerful. I’m happy I finally found the place I was looking for.

Another cancellation at 10am for a 4pm appointment. No alternative arrangements offered just a link to the usual booking website. I recommend you avoid this place.
The doctor Lev Haimoff listens to you, explains things to you, has a conversation with you about your health. Very refreshing. Also he knows what he’s talking about and has helped me get my thyroid under control. The front desk staff is also really great!

Although it is relatively easy to get an appointment at this location and the staff are quite nice, I have had my appointment here canceled four out of six times. This location is a total bust.
I booked an ear wax cleaning appointment on 3-July-2021 and visited the clinic on 6-July-2021. NP Shanelle was extremely polite, thorough and caring. The clinic's IT systems malfunctioned midway so Shanelle had to call up the Lennox Ave clinic and redirect me there. It's imprudent to expect Minute Clinics to offer ER-level services but for relatively straightforward ailments, this is an incredibly quick option (in comparison, my ENT had an appointment wait time of 2 months!).
I have been a patient of Dr. Lev Haimoff of Madison Medical Practice for many years, and he is the absolute best and exceptional physician whom I have absolute trust. He gives professional, sound medical advice. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The office is conveniently located, and you are able to make appointments by phone, email or ZocDoc. Dr. Haimoff, my trusted PCP, who really does care about you, and your health.
Dr. Haimoff and his team are amazing. Caring, attentive and efficient. Doctor is very knowledgeable and well read, caring and really listens to your concerns. I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you for always keeping me healthy and for continuing to keep your office open during these difficult times.

I went for a vaccination and the nurse practitioner was friendly, professional and painless. Exam room was spotless, too. Great experience, easy in and easy out.
I walked in experiencing a lot of pain, and paid $139 to have a nurse tell me there was nothing wrong with me. I went to a real doctor the next day who diagnosed me with an ear infection and tonsillitis. I needed antibiotics and steroids for treatment.

Incredibly irresponsible.
