I am giving a 4 star rating only because their hours said open at 9am, but they didn’t open until after 9:30am. Other than that, I was able to see the doctor right away. He was very thorough and took his time didn’t rush like most do.
Fantastic clinic ever from staff to doctors specially Dr Amar Ladwa he is very well detailed; a great listener ; empathetic to the concern’s of his patients and compassionate. We are so grateful and thankful that we found dr ladwa as our doctor we’re truly blessed to have him to take care of our health❤️
Highly recommended this clinic👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
Fantastic experience here. The medical receptionist was so nice and understanding, she also had quick phone call follow up. Dr. Nelson was also great to deal with… it’s never easy when you have a sick child but both the doctor and receptionist were great. Thank you.

Walked in at 1130 walked out at 1230 with a prescription staff are exceptional
I wish I could give this practice demerits, instead of 0 stars. Today I waited four a half hours to see a doctor, two and a half of which were spent waiting in an exam room. I truly believe It’s possible to die waiting to see a doctor at this clinic, and go unnoticed, as no one checks in or updates you. I confess my mood devolved from stressed and sick to downright antagonistic, and it is truly not in my nature to express my frustration towards staff that are st the mercy of our medical system, people who I truly admire. However the appalling lack of consideration for patients at this practice.. let me just say …this is no way to treat sick people. I understand that there is a dismal shortage of of doctors and nurses right now, but bedside manner aside (understandable at a busy and understaffed clinic).. it’s downright irresponsible to run a VITAL MEDICAL OFFICE in this manner. I have backpacked through severely underdeveloped countries, with truly overworked and understaffed medical practices, and still found better duty of care than i experienced today. Absolutely appalling.
Great clinic! We were quite sad when we moved to BC because our daughter’s paediatrician and our family doctor in Montreal was really good.

I am so lucky to have come across this clinic. Everyone, from front office to nurses to doctors, everyone is so good. We really liked our visits and consider ourselves lucky to get you guys as our family clinic. Thank you for being so nice to everyone.

Best experience I've ever had with a walk-in clinic. Staff were friendly, and the doctor was great. The pharmacy attached were very helpful too.
Waited from 6:30am to see a Dr. for lab requisition, not only did he refuse, would not listen to why I wanted them or explain why he could not give them. CONDESCENDING. it has been years since I met such an egotistical, consescending @!$#&@of a Dr. Their oath prevents them from doing harm, but conversely they do no good, especially if you are trying to find ways to take charge of your own health. GO ONLY IF YOU WANT AN RX and take only 3 minutes of his time, because he doesn't talk to patients (you are below him) The front desk & nurses are five star.
I had to take my original review down to ensure care....
Now that I'm back to work I can post the whole story.

One things..
Dr. Somani is very caring and looked after me the best he could when I came in for walk ins. He sees hundreds of people a week and probably didn't remember me. He treated me and my back like he knew me.

When I came in for walk in 2+ months ago, I had to get 3 pages filled out ....it cost me over $200. When I questioned them , I was told
"They aren't in the business to make money.."
Then why are other clinics charging ONLY 1/3 OF THAT !!!!!!!
Don't lie and say we aren't in the business to make money.
Yes you are , just don't treat me like an idiot and gouge me for 3x what every other clinic does.

Fast forward 3 weeks. I needed to get reexamined. The older nurse (65+)... Escorted me to the examination room. She asked me my name... She made a disrespectful comment about my Google review. Asked me if I was going to take it down. I said , "no I don't think so...I have the right to post what I want"
She then stated that they didn't think they could serve me today.
I had already PREPAID for an additional insurance form to be paid..
So because SHE didn't like the review they were going to refuse care.

Pretty sure that's illegal.

I removed my original review because I wanted to get looked after. I shouldn't have to live in fear that a spot on Google review is going to have my healthcare in jeopardy.
If you don't like what you hear.....
CHANGE!

DON'T charge triple what other clinics charge , just because you can.
DON'T threaten to revoke healthcare just because you know there are limited clinics in the area.

Be the better person.

I won't be going back. Ever.

My leg could have a arterial bleed and I could be bleeding out and glover medical could be steps away. I would risk losing my leg before I would be treated with such disrespect from that nurse..
Big Thank you to Dr. Mittens. Really grateful and blessed to have a doctor who takes care of me and my family so much, most specially he takes time to listen and don't leave any concerns unresolved.. Highly recommended most specially with families with little ones..
Today, Saturday morning, three of my whole family visited this clinic to see a doctor as walk ins.
Long story short, Melanie at the front was a truly amazing. Great customer service based on great friendly and professional manner while the clinic was extremely busy. She shown us what the real multitasking supposed to be like, answering questions from multiple the phone calls and receiving payments, printing sheets and continuously checking in patients and smooth communicating with doctors and pharmacy next door and so on…
AND also the Dr.Amar Ladwa on duty was also very professional and witty and approachable and friendly to us. Very patient to our son’s unique character of being not easy with simply opening his mouth.
Thank you Melanie and Dr. Amar. We are already feeling so much better after just an opportunity to see you today at the clinic today.
Came in as a walk-in and my baby saw Dr. Ladwa. He had amazing bedside manner and put my mind as a first time mom at ease. I have a family doctor but it takes months for an appointment. This clinic will be my immediate go to when I can’t wait. Great experience!
Open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. We arrived at 7:30 am and there were already about 10 people in line.
We saw a doctor at 9:30 am.
They had their patients capacity by 9:19 am and were no longer accepting patients for the day.
Arrive early, be prepared to wait and be patient and please wear a mask if you are coughing and sniffing, it's a nice gesture for those of us who don't want your illness.
Reception is very friendly and kind, all are wearing masks, hand sanitizer and masks are available for patients.
The doctors here are attentive and thorough when examining, no sense of being rushed, their attention is focused entirely on you.
Prescriptions were quickly faxed to my pharmacy.
I think Glover is the best walk in medical clinic and serves the Langley community's healthcare needs very well.
This morning I was calling to make an appointment with my doctor over the phone (who is awesome) but my main focus of this review was the receptionist. Her name was Abby. She was incredibly friendly and so genuine, she took the time to answer my questions and carried the conversation so well. By far one of the kindest conversations I’ve had from the receptionists at Glover medical. Thank you abby!
I really enjoy the people at this clinic. They're very friendly.

I gave 4 stars because unless you micromanage what they should be sending/receiving, you'll never get it done.

I've been going to this clinic as a regular doc office since COVID (2021) and it's rare things go smoothly.

Lack of communication and organization with paperwork.

Im trying to get a diagnosis for autism and waited 3 weeks from the date the referral was supposed to be faxed. I called the office only to find out it wasn't received cause they sent it to the wrong place and hadn't bothered to correct the issue till I called, asking about it.

Had I not gone on the internet and found my own info, she would have continued to send it to the wrong facility in different regions...

She had no idea of the process for getting an adult diagnosed. Which is fine, but unfortunately it seems like she didn't really try to find the right answers...

Had a doctor fax a prescription for me to use that same day, then he wrote a follow up prescription for the same birth control but it had the same date as the one I'd collected to use so when I tried to pick up my prescription, I wasn't able to cause apparently you can't use the same date more than once for the same prescription. Which you'd think a doctor would know.....

I will still continue going here as the people are so kind and welcoming.

I just wish there was more professionalism when it came to these processes.

Imagine if I wasn't capable of handling these issues. Like the elderly? Or ESL?

Really enjoy the atmosphere but please, try to do better.
Called at 8:05am, they open at 8am. Was on hold for over an hour. No one ever answered the phone. I have strep throat and am in severe pain. It says on their website to call before entering the clinic if you are sick. Wasted an hour of my time trying to do the right thing. Come to find out now the walk in, is hours long waitime. Waste of time, need a separate line for people are waiting to enter your clinic and don’t want to infect others inside.

Doctor wrote a work safe fit for duty form without even doing any medical examination on my behalf whatsoever regarding my ability to lift and work as per the forms request. because I questioned the staff about why I was asked to come 1.5 hours prior to when the doctor was available to see me I was called rude for asking staff why I was asked to come 1.5 hours earlier then when the doctor could see me. The doctor quoted “we squeezed you in as an extra that’s why”…. not having any respect for my time or my resources spent to see that clinic which charged me to fill out a form in accurately based on the doctors personal opinion not his medical examination.

I will ask for a refund and the fit for duty form be scrapped otherwise I will file a complaint with the college of physicians.
Went there without an appointment at 7am. Receptionist was very friendly and three doctors were working at that time. Patients didn't have to wait long at all. Great experience for a walk-in clinic visit. Pharmacists were very kind and friendly too. Overall a very pleasant experience.

When setting up an appointment they give you a 5 hour window to get a call. If you happen to miss it don’t except them to reach out again. The receptionists are not helpful rather very rude and inconsiderate of the client that is coming to them for help. This clinic may be okay if you have a cut or bruise you need looked at and cannot find any other option,
however this clinic doesn’t seem patient focused so I’d save your time and stress and find another clinic

(I’m aware that the clinic is busy. It took 3 months to be fully seen by the clinic. However with my first visit I never received a follow up call, and with my second it took 3 months to be seen and after waiting hours for a call I missed the call and wasn’t called back, then given a hard time by the front staff when I tried to get ahold of the doctor.)
I wanted to thank the lady the other day that was all by her lonesome but killed it at her job! You made me feel so comfortable and like I was “meant to” come to this location! I’ve had bad experiences in the past at walk-in clinics( I don’t have a family doctor) and they have been anything but pleasant! This lady calmed me down and made my anxiety about seeing a doctor completely disappear! I wanted to thank her in person the next but sadly I
didn’t see her! If you see this THANK YOU! (You have long brown hair and blonde tips). The doctor you booked me in to see was exactly how you said as well, warm and caring. I could see he took his job seriously and I appreciate him taking me on so much! I feel SO MUCH better even after just a day of taking my ADHD medication. So thank you again, you might have changed my life.
