This has quickly become one of my favorite boba spots! On a very hot day, I wanted to try something new, and they recommended the Mangonada slushy. It was incredibly refreshing with a nice spice to it and I topped it off with their delicious mango jelly! The place is small, but don’t let that fool you—the decorations and overall atmosphere are lovely. I highly recommend stopping by!
Caution do not order from here. Store is not even open. And has a sign on it saying that is closed for a private event. Still accepted orders and took my money. No response from them or the company.
Update: They did nothing to help so I had to dispute this charge with my credit card company. I will never come back to this location!

I went to try the new cereal milk tea on Sunday, was charged for the drink, and then the barista realized that they didn't have the supplies to make the drink!! The store has a no refund policy so I wasn't able to get my money back for her error. She wasn't able to even issue a store credit or gift card. Horrible customer service. Go elsewhere.
This is a great place to eat if you hate yourself. Go to Potbelly if you want your mind blown by the pure, unbelievable incompetence of the staff. It would be one thing if they just got your order wrong, but they not only get it wrong, they also seem angry to have even been asked to make you your meal. Entering this store feels like you have entered their break room and they seem offended by having customers in their vicinity. If you need a bite, go to the many far superior restaurants nearby.
I’ve been to this place a couple of times. The lady that was there a couple of years back has really good customer service.
But now with the guy there he doesn’t do the bubble tea that great. He always messes up with the Thai milk tea tbh. Idk if it’s me but isn’t Thai milk tea usually has a orange color? It’s always a gray color that they make mines and it also leaves a chemical after taste as well in my mouth…

This is the place to eat at Rockefeller. Dip your sub into the broccoli cheddar soup and watch your brain melt!! Their milkshakes are hand scooped the old fashion way too, amazing! An icy coffee shake from here’s like no other available.
My bread was moldy and when I brought it back, they didn’t even say sorry.
We had the Avo turkey & Chicken Club sandwich, they were delicious and fresh. Staff are very friendly and they have a nice area to sit down , also their oatmeal chocolate cookie is delicious . I highly recommended it .
I was in the store the other day, the young lady blew her Nose in front of me out in the open... then she tried to make my soup using the same hand. Then she got mad because I told her that she need to make another soup using glove.. now very time I go there she give me a evil look as if I did something wrong.. I worked at Rockefeller Center for 27 years and the customer service sucks... i may go to corporate or upper management if this doesn't stop. And when she gave me my Change back she flung it in my hand so disrespect.... im old enough to be her father.... this had to stop...

Come to this Potbellies if you want to watch the most ineffective assembly line of your life where all the sandwiches pile up while all the employees do nothing and then they give you someone else’s sandwich with your toppings.
And then also come here if you call telling them what happened because the website directs you to the store for any issues and they act like it’s your fault and pretend to comp your order to get you off the phone.

The Food was meh-isch. But the service was unacceptable. That Woman was incredibly unfriendly. We ordered a APPLE walnut salad and the lady said they had it. But shortly after she said they didn’t have apples. That is just one example. Spare your self the pain and just go to the subway down the block or even better get your sandwich or burger from burgerology midtown.
So yummy boba tea and fruit tea. The best in the area. I fall in love with Kung Fu Tea when I traveled in NYC. People here are so nice and will introduce the special to everyone! Super recommended 💞💞💞💞

I had the medium chai tea with boba.
There were only two sizes, medium and large. The price was $7.40 after tax.
There was a good amount of boba inside, however the chai was very subtle.
The staff was fast and friendly, however they seemed to be in a rush. All three were in conversation before I entered but immediately turned to my attention.
I’d try another one from here next time I’m in Chinatown.

All the employees were absolutely wonderful. I walked to several places looking just for a slice of bread to give my daughter for an unsettled stomach. They allowed me to purchase some bread. Amazing job and helping a momma out. I returned to order the sandwich “A Wreck”. Very good fresh bread and plenty of meat and toppings. I would eat here again. Sometimes having friendly employees pays off.
Ordered a meatball sandwich. The description on the wall did not mention anything about jalapeños and I almost died. I take heartburn medication. This was a big mistake. I will never go there again.
YUM. I love love love how customizable this bubble tea is - non dairy? Less sugar? More ice? You got it. I also love how they use natural ingredients and let their ingredients shine.

Nice service! Love the Blueberry Lemon Slush, very refreshing and the staff was very helpful when I was having a hard time making decision. Definitely returning, also very convenience location.
Went in today on a hot day. There’s a lot of people in the store. I ordered through level up app so I don’t have to wait on line. No hassle even though the store is small. The milk tea is the best. A little on the sweet side but cold and firm!
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have never encountered a more ill equipped service provider. I truly regret my decision to choose Corporate Coffee Systems as our coffee solution. Has I known what I was in for I would have chosen literally any other option. We had countless service calls on numerous machines and despite changing them out and having various parts replaced, they all were defective. Nobody on their teams can coordinate with one another so I am forced to repeat concerns to each new rep I work with.
Put in a last minute catering order for an impromptu work lunch 10 mins ahead of time, during peak lunch hours, and the associate who I spoke with on the phone was not only patient & kind with my detailed order, but the staff completed the order in less than 20 mins! 🙌🏽 It’s hard finding customer service like this in NYC, so thanks a million to such incredible staff!
1st time at potbelly shop, it didn't impress a bit. Mediterranean sandwich was dried and lacked flavor. The worst part was the staff. From the moment I walked in, and every staff, sandwich person, and cashier person barely acknowledged my presence, acted as i was an inconvenience to their time. My sandwich seat on the oven after it was done for a while, and i am right there waiting.... Just unfriendly, the shop had 2 other customers that already got their food, so the staff wasn't busy. We had a party of 3.
Poorly run. I always wait 15+ minutes for my salad to be made regardless of ordering online or in person. Quality is consistent with other locations.
Just like Subway! I was sort of expecting that. Which is fine. I ordered the Italian on multi grain with hot peppers. The peppers had a little kick to it. The place is huge with practically no customers. Come eat while the place is still open for business. I am sure whoever owns this place is losing their shirt. The interior is huge and antique looking. Real cool atmosphere.
Great staff and customer service. Tables are usually kept clean when I visit. And food is always fresh. Location is large, with lots of seatings, hence the 5 stars rating.
My only complaint (which is not relevant to the rating)- When I order food through Uber Eats, it is occasionally missing. Either food was mistakenly picked up by someone else or it’s stolen. Is there a better way to monitor who is actually picking up the food at this location? I prefer going up to the counter to provide my name everytime I have a pick up.

Great little hidden gem that seems almost private and exclusive. The food is great, the staff were really nice and there was ample seating. The surfaces were clean but a few of the stool seats were broken but there are booth seats as well. It was nice to have an uninterrupted, peaceful lunch with my husband here, right off the beaten path of Lexington ave.
Tasty meatball sub was great. The drink fountain was rubbish... was practically water. Threw the drinks away. Either way nice sub.
The ambassador for Corporate Coffee Ms. Wilkins is phenomenal. She makes the customer support and service provided by Corporate Coffee worthwhile!
i’ve went to different king fu tea and gotten this drink before and this store made mine bad. it taste like water and although i shake it before drinking it, the oreo’s sank to the bottom. the only good thing was the guy that was working there customer service but 1/10 wouldn’t recommend

I got the wreak with pickles mayo mustard oil lettuce tomato and it was perfect!! If you want a good New York City sub go to potbelly.

First time in a potbelly , excellent experience the staff was so kind especially the man with long dreads he made my sandwich delicious and was helpful and patient with me.

the drinks r kinda weird and expensive at this location i got oreo wow and it was 7.62 but at other locations it was 5.70?? also it was missing the syrup so it was just milk with crushed oreos and bubbles . kung fu tea is great just not this location
I order here very frequently through the uber eats app and I have never once had an issue. The food is always adequately packaged for transport and it always arrives hot and fresh (or cold if I get a milkshake!) Today my order came with a handwritten note which made my day. I appreciate the staff and the food is excellent.
We have been a customer for years and now cannot get anyone on the phone. My customer service representative does not return phone calls or emails. I've placed an order and it doesn't arrive, but I get charged $45 a month for "low volume fee". The Long Island office manager called and promised a new client services rep and promised to give me better service but I can't get the new person on the phone and the manager guy doesn't respond anymore either. Maybe they are no longer in business. Does anyone know????
I got two drinks here and while the drinks themselves were good and tasty, I feel the service guy could have been a bit more cheerful and friendly. He wasn't "unfriendly" but then again, he wasn't "friendly" either.
There were two small chairs next to the register and all three of crammed into that section of the store. It was also a bit dark inside. I think if we just went by with the drink quality and did a carry-out, I would rate this place higher.

This is where I first had my hot taro milk bubble tea and it was absolutely delicious. Friendly staff and pretty clean inside. I would recommend people try what I had.

We purchased a very expensive machine from this company last year. After six months the machine stopped working. We called them and they came out to fix the machine. Evidently they had to order replacement parts, so we waited. They came out and couldn’t figure out how to fix the machine. So now, we have had a very expensive paper weight for ten months since the company stopped answering our calls and emails.
You should use ANY other service provider before turning to these guys.

I decided to call the President/CEO, David Henchel, directly to see if I could escalate the issue and maybe get a resolution. He answered in a very rude manner, but at least I got someone on the phone. I told him my name and the company I am with and he hung up on me. Customers beware - this is what you will deal with if anything goes wrong with a machine you buy from them.

Staff is friendly enough, line can go quickly, though twice I've ordered and had to wait because they lost my sandwich in the oven conveyor... How is this possible? Star removed for repeat mixups, another star because price is pretty high vs more authentic sandwich shops within a 2 block radius. Final 2 stars removed because the restaurant is simply dirty. The vents above the toasting conveyor (image attached) are "dripping" with greasy dust just dangling and waiting to fall on your food. Lamps over the order line look like they've been long forgotten and are covered in a film of grease. If these customer facing parts are this dirty, what does this lead patrons to believe about their food prep cleanliness behind the scenes?
I think this is a great Pot Belly. They have plenty of seating, and the customer service is usually good. 5 stars because the combo of good food, seating, and cool environment make it so for a chain sandwich shop.
Love their sandwiches and milkshakes here. Usually during lunch time it's gets busy. So go after lunch or before lunch. Their soups are good and hearty. Staffs are nice and friendly but they work really slow. Overall great sandwiches and will be coming back soon.
