I ordered for the first time (I usually just grab and go) thinking that they will make fresh sushi for deliveries that are booked. I booked to collect afternearly 2hrs. I got there, the guy was surprised I ordered and did not know how to handle this.
It was yesterday (saturday) at 5 pm and he said I will grab them from the counter and attach a sticker as "paid already". I said that the one on the counter are discounted and god knows how long they have been there and I ordered as I thought was going to be made fresh. He removed the stickers (the discount was around 20%) and I ended up paying full price. I asked if I can cancel the order and just grab the stuff but I received no answer - I don't think he knew how to do it.
Not to say that the discount code for first time order did not work!

Ordered delivery from Hana many times, it's always been amazing, hot, and quick. Go to is the teriyaki chicken, which is grilled over coal (I'm assuming) and so so tasty. My favourites are the donburi type dishes, they've all been so delicious. Highly recommended, never had a bad experience.

I ordered 2 boxes of sushi and only 1 came, this is really annoying and a waste of time. Please take 2 seconds of your time to read the order before delivering.

I order from Hana very often. The sushi is just fresh and tasty. One of the best. Highly recommend it!

Not at all fresh, one box stank so bad, you could smell it through the bag.

The other covered in onions so i couldnt smell - unfortunately opened that first and ate half. The bite that made me stop was the bite with the super dry rice that had clearly dried out due to being exposed to air.

Spent last 12+ hours dealing with it.
Requested refund and they tried to tell me to come and bring it back myself - wow - despite being a takeaway order, and them knowing how far i am as they just dropped it off (trying to refuse refund) luckily deliveroo helped me claim my money back.

BIG AVOID.
Get tesco sushi before you go here.

Just seen through past orders it was your Edgware branch which alongside not putting orders as complete so you cant complain to deliveroo - also doesnt have a google maps page, therefore no option to leave a review.

They have best poke bowl I can think of, hands down. Every time it’s super fresh. Don’t hesitate to try it.

Ok so this is my first google review ever. I ordered Special Rolls and Tempura Rolls from this place, and once I was done eating, I start feeling sick and vomited since then. Absolutely horrible. Do not order food from here!!

Great sushi, place is hidden inside Habbas Deli so can be hard to find but really good food and well priced

Cannot recommend this place enough - a hidden gem inside the deli. The ingredients are top quality and fresh and everything is prepared with care and attention to detail. Easily some of the best sushi we’ve ever had.

We’ve had delivery and eaten inside and the staff are lovely too!

They always make the best Katsu curry I've ever had. And never fail to give me extra pickles when I ask. Today they sent me this and I loved it! Thank you

Best sushi I have tasted in London. Friendly staff, a delicious, authentic, wide-ranging menu, with complementary wasabi and soy sauce. Cannot recommend enough. Enjoy!

happy with the food, however you often have to wait 90-120mins for an order which is unacceptable, especially when they advertise 60mins delivery on their website. You have to chase them as well as they don't warn you of longer waiting times.

I ordered a Deliveroo from here. The avocado inside out roles were of top quality. The avocado was soft and the rice was subtle. The order was extremely quick and I really like how the restaurant offers healthy alternatives like brown rice.
However the food was definitely pricey. I thought my 8 inside out roles, at almost £5, given that it’s avocado, were needlessly expensive.

I've been a regular at hana for nearly the past decade, but tonight made me reconsider if I'd order there again. I waited 2 hours for food that was cold by the time it arrived, ruining my evening plans. Big disappointment, as I have enjoyed their food up until this point - unlikely to continue my run as a loyal customer.

Do not order from Sushi Haven!
They always deliver the food to my previous address (despite me putting the right address in the order)..
They are extremely slow and the food is always cold!

We ordered Hanabi Party platter box £40, took about 20 mins to make, staff are friendly, lovely sushi section, they used cream cheese in the sushi, if you are lactose intolerance maybe you could ask them to replace cream cheese with mayo. I personal didn't think it needed cream cheese.

If you ever want the best Japanese cuisine. order from here I guarantee that you will not regret it one bit if your gonna order here first time order the salmon and rice with a drink and the combination is amazing I’ve been a valued customer for over 2 years simply amazing never gets old and if that is not your cup of coffe order some vast collection of foods I guarantee they are the best

I usually like the food here and we have ordered from Hana about 10 times in the past. I called to order takeaway yesterday evening and the woman who took my order was so rude! She kept barking at me over the phone and shouting which was really odd, saying she can't take details over the phone and I must visit with chip and pin. This then changed when I queried it and she said 'need billing address OK?!' I said yes that's not a problem why didn't you say so, she continued to be rude and practically hung up on me. Just awful customer service, I mean it's always pretty bad but this was something else! We would never order from here again just out of principle, you don't want my business and money, fine I'll go elsewhere!! Sort out your customer service and how you treat customers for goodness sake!!!

Fine. Sashimi was great. The rest was just average. Although the fish was good quality. The roll are a bit on the ricey thick side. I roll them about this well myself and I've done it twice.
But totally passable
