I ordered sushi at 7:30 PM, and after 3.5 to 4 hours, I still had not received my food. I called the restaurant over 20 times. Several times, they hung up on me, and when they did answer, they kept telling me the driver was on the way. However, the food never arrived. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Poor customer service and zero accountability.

We placed an order via thuisbezorgd at around 5:30 and we called at 6:30 to see if the order was already on its way. The person pn the phone responded by saying that our order was just about to leave the door, we waited more then an hour and mind you the restaurant is 5 minutes away from me. Then we called again and the order still hasnt left the door.
All and all its been more then 3 hours since weve ordered and still havent received anything.

I’m customer since 3 years and can see that that quality of food is not the same it used to be. They have some attractive deals but quality should go above quantity. Last order we didn’t receive kropoek and despite my few attempts of contact the restaurant, my inquire was left without respond. Therefore 1 star for services.

They are really rude! I tried to give an order and the responses were childish. I do not suggest anyone to order from here Kralingen.

We tried the Super Sushi menu which is the basic 2-person box. The presentation and packing are very nice, quantity is more than enough as well. The sushi was ok but not outstanding, just according to the price. If you have sushi cravings for eating home is a good option

Stopped in for a quick bite and were very surprised with the quality and service after reading previous reviews. The sushi is excellent and the staff were very friendly. Two sushi rolls came out within 5 minutes or so. Tables were very clean and overall everything was great!

However i had a very bad experience on 16th Dec, when i ordered through the website, payment was processed and they didnt deliever the order. I called more than 30 times, without a reply. On the next week when i contacted them, it was said that they tried to contact me, but i havent received a single call.
Until this moment they didnt give back my money. I sent several emails and still trying to call, without answer.

It’s the most convenient sushi place next to my home. I often go to pick up the sushi myself and then eat at home. There is a particularly rude lady serving there, the one older than the rest of staff. I am a regular customer, she forgets to put soya sauce on my sushi box and when I ask for it she charged me 80 cents for it!!!
So I have made a habit that if I see her when I go to the door of the restaurant I go away and go get sushi in Albert Heijn instead. She might be the owner because she is grumpy with the staff as well. However the staff is kind, polite and helpful. The sushi is average quality, Albert Heijn sushi is better, I just feel lazy to walk 4-5 minutes more sometimes.

The tables had oily foodstains from earlier customers. When asked for assistance to clean the tables where me and my lady were sitting: the guy behind the counter blaitantly ignored me at first. Very rude behaviour this. Me, thinking Im about to spend hard earned money here, at least the tables should be descent right? So, I politely walked up to the counter, made clear eye to eye contact with this gentleman, and asked if the table where me and my lady were sitting could be cleaned before we got served food on them… Well, well well… this guy started muddering and cussing in a brabbeling manner, while he angrily abliged to my polite request and was damn near nearly stamping towards our table….with the sanitizer spray. Sprayed the table in such an agressive manner while my lady is still sitting at the table….totally not caring that the spray was also now landing on my lady and her bag and stuff….
His attitude was: Here! Here! Yu want clean table?! Here!! …(while agressively spraying and wiping the table)
Totally not the right vibe you would expect from a sushi joint in rotterdam, on the coolsingel of all places?!wow!

The delivery boy didn't get change form the restaurant so I told him he can bring it by another time. They never came. I even called them the next day and they told me they would bring my change. They stole my money. Plus they were so late with delivery. They could have returned the money and keep me as a customer now they missed out on that.

I've been ordering from Sushi Point for years and have never had any complaints until yesterday. In comparison to all the tasty and fresh food we've gotten previous times from them, when our order arrived the sushi did not look as fresh as usual. The rice was discoloured, the avocado was brown and it overall looked stale and old. I tried my sushi and it tasted off, my partner did the same with the same result. We called them and they sent us the same order anew for free. I appreciate that but at this point it didn't matter because the damage was done. Soon after, from 3 pieced of bad sushi I had to spend the night in the toilet. Now is the next day and I'm still sick from it.
As someone that has been a happy customer for so long, you've lost my trust and just because of that one time we will not be ordering from Sushi Point ever again.

One of my favorite sushi places in Rotterdam for takeaway/delivery!
Unfortunately so good that I even travel 25 minutes to get their sushi. The store in west Rotterdam closed. My all time favorite are the fried salmon crispy rolls.
Price absolutely fair, you can order for pickup or delivery if in range. Normally I order in advance and pick up or just simply go there and order for takeaway. That can take up to 20 minutes which are worth every second. So far only good experience.
You get also chopsticks, soya sauce (a very good amount!), wasabi (good spice) and ginger. Safely packed in a paper bag.
My all time favorite are the fried crispy salmon rolls. If you don’t finish the sushi you can easily fry them in a pan with some soya sauce or sesame oil!

I’ve been ordering food from Hayai sushi for the past 3 months and every time the food is amazing and there’s not a single thing missing. Every ingredient is fresh.
Today I ordered from them and it said that the food will arrive in one hour, but today’s kind courier Akram was super fast; he arrived in 20 minutes since I placed and paid for my order. Moreover, he was so kind, full of energy and totally made my day!!!

Still lots of options besides sushi’s, like cold and warm pokebowl’s, as well bento boxes. Prices have increased a bit, but the quality and quantity have gone down as well the service. They used to have friendly staff, but they don’t greet you anymore and even looked annoyed that a customer has come in. I don’t understand what happened to the friendly staff, especially the older man at the counter was very grumpy like you are a pain to come in. It will be the last time to come here to eat, really a pity.

Amazing vegetarian bowl, but the sushi was not that great. Prices are OK. The place is calm ànd you can watch people from the inside. The overall experience is worth it.

We always get take out from I love Sushi and most of the time it’s good! But this time they put way too much rice in the sushi rolls and they were incredibly thick! Considering it was €40+ for the set, it was incredibly disappointing!

Overall nice sushi with good price and fast delivery, however would recommend to the owner to change a bit the recipe - cause the sushi are too dry…

I did not have extremely high standards for this sushi and it was relatively inexpensive, but I was really disappointed that the avocado used in all my sushi rolls was rock hard and unripe. I am not being overly dramatic- I literally could not pierce the avocado with my chopstick, it was that hard. I think it is unacceptable to use severely unripe avocado like this as it ruins the taste/texture of the entire roll, and having relatively soft avocado is like the baseline for sushi. Sad to have spent 40+ euro on a box in which some rolls were completely inedible due to the crunchy avocado.

I ordered a year ago from this place and they took more than an hour to deliver. I ordered today again bc I forgot that they were so slow. The delivery was taking forever, so I called to ask. They told me that I was wrong, that I ordered 10 min ago and that “they cannot be that fast”... Very rude service. Anyway, the food arrived an hour and 15 min after. The warm sushi was cold. Never again.

I have already ordered a few times from this sushi place. Usually there is a delay in the delivery, the estimation says 30 minutes and it takes 1 hour and a half.
Also, I like very much the sushi with cream cheese, but it looks like they are putting a cheap cream cheese now, it tastes bad.
So why do I still order from them?
Usually for the price... for the lunch in a Wednesday, I’m not willing to pay much.

I have been ordering for over two years through delivery; the food has consistently been of high quality and very fresh. It was always delivered in a timely manner. It’s a very trustworthy place; I can’t recommend it enough!

Disappointment!! Ordered a Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl. Got delivered in almost 2 hours. It says 40 minutes delivery time. When it arrived, it was a total mess in the bowl. The food was not delicious at all. Definitely not ordering anything else again.

I am a regular visitor here. Very good quality of sushi with fresh ingredients, and good taste too. One of my favorite sushi place in Rotterdam. Price is ok. If you do take away they give 5% discount from the total bill.

Terrible experiance,I definitely do not recommend this restuarant. I have waited for my order for more than 2 hours, in the meantime I have called twice and was lied to about that delivery.As a cherry on the cake comes a fact that main office called me to apologize next day (very thoughtful) and they offered voucher, which never came, also email to ask what happened was never answered.

I'm so thankful for my lunch at Shabu-to-go today. I was having sushi craving and I know they prepare fresh sushi varieties but as I'm pregnant I can't eat raw fish. However, the kind waitress that took my ordered went out of her place to help me choose safe California rolls to combine. She even got the inside-out salmon roll extra grilled and changed the normal covers for sesame seeds. It was so good and the service so nice that I had to write a nice review.

The menu offers packs of sushi which will safe you around 1.5€ so I think you're better off buying what you like the most.
I have to recommend sashimi which while expensive it was so delicious that melted in my mouth and felt like a Spanish piece of ham.
Our meal for two costed around 30€. Being Spanish I'm used to have more sushi for that price but it's ok for Netherlands. Btw WC is free for customers.
