J'ai fait réparer mon gravel Specialized 2 fois dans la meme journée. La premiere fois, pour dévoiler ma roue. Mon pneu crève comme par magie juste 1h après alors que ca ne m'étais jamais arrivé quand je posais mon vélo dans la rue. Deuxième réparation le meme jour pour remplacer le pneu troué et fixer le dérrailleur. Je repars, 5 minutes après le dérailleur casse, je peux plus pédaler, mon vélo n'est plus utilisable. La réparation de mon vélo va me couter plus de 600 euros sans compter le cout de la reparation chez Velo Time.

Super atelier j’y ai acheté un vélo de course très bien et Karim est super bon conseiller! Je recommande! Au lieu d’acheter tout neuf chez décathlon!! Allez plutôt là

Après de mauvais conseils chez franscoop pour une analyse sur une réparation, je suis venu ici car juste à côté. Ils ont été très efficaces: pièces disponibles et réparation immédiate sans compter les heures (ils ont terminé à 20h30 un samedi...)
Cela s'appelle un excellent service client. Je reviendrai sans hésiter

Super expérience je reviendrais réparer mon vélo pour des problèmes de roues anti crevaison et surtout pr changer le frein tambour.

Prise de RV facile, diagnostic & réparations efficaces (et dans le temps indiqué) ,facture et bons conseils. Vraiment pas mal.

come to get bike night light. There isn't one we want. it only has 3 hours and not water proof. The store is clean and lot of varieties of goods but I couldn't find what I want but I recommend this store for sport equipment

J'ai mis 5 étoiles 🌟 mais si je pouvais en mettre plus, je le ferai..,le cœur y est...! Petit compte rendu : j'ai entendu parlé de cette petite boutique via des très bons avis et franchement je ne regrette rien..,j'habite Clichy et j'ai traversé Paris avec un VTT Lapierre qui ne roulait pas..,les vitesses étaient déréglées..et il a pris le temps et l'énergie de régler tout ça et des autres choses et pour un prix très correct..! Ce mécanicien c'est une très belle personne qui est dévoué, patient, accueillant, il est à l'écoute de ses clients et il aime ce qu'il fait, il est très consciencieux et en plus il donne de très bons conseils..! C'est une très belle petite boutique avec un petit atelier très bien entretenu et des bons accessoires pour se faire des bons périples en vélo 🚵‍♂️.
Je suis répartie chez moi avec un vrai VTT qui roule très bien à ne plus pouvoir s'arrêter tellement il va vite et sans forcer, c'est un plaisir...! Mille mercis🙏🙏🙏🙏. Je recommande cet endroit magique..! Sylv

Mécanicien particulièrement sympathique et professionnel ! Après une révision désastreuse effectuée ailleurs, il a réglé mon problème de frein et resserré ma roue en un rien de temps, le tout gratuitement, et avec le sourire. Honnêtement je n’en revenais pas, j’irai faire toutes mes révisions chez Vélo Time à partir de maintenant !

I've been happy from the quality of service and their human relation since the very first day. Good advices, great products, delivery in time and without flaws. One of the best bike shop in Paris, if not the best (IMHO).

Was able to order what I needed and have it delivered in a few days.

A decent place to buy all sports items, staff are friendly but during holiday time too many people inside the store and you won't get any chance to try

Bon personnel et savoir-faire, néanmoins plus de transparence tarifaire en amont des réparations serait appréciée afin de ne pas se retrouver avec une facture doublée en fin de journée.

Très content d'avoir pu trouver cet atelier: accueil professionnel et compétence technique -- les mécaniciens annoncent ce qu'ils feront, en disent le prix, font ce qu'ils ont dit de faire et expliquent ce qu'ils ont fait (difficultés rencontrées, par ex., sur vélo vintage). Le tout sans esbroufe. Je recommande chaleureusement.

Professionnel et honnête, ainsi qu'à l'écoute.
J'ai fait changer tout mon système de freinage et ça marche nickel.
Allez y les yeux fermés, je recommande fortement.
C'est vraiment agréable et rassurant de tomber sur des gens qui font bien leur boulot et sont sympathiques.

I will try to be brief.
Im a loyal regular customer to this branch.
My wife went to check her bicycle with some specific notes to be checked shared with the "Atelier Cycle" people.
- Apart from the online RDV platform do not take bookings, you need to visit.
- Apart from waiting there in-line for about 2 hours until her turn.
- Apart from telling them all the specific notes to be checked, they offered a security pack costs 40 euros (in which it covers some or most of the notes she described for them: checking and adjusting brakes, checking and adjusting and modifying the chain, etc...).
- They didnt know when they will finish this check up, so my wife didnt know if she should wait or not, she waited for about 1 hour and they didnt finish, so she left and they told her they will call, they didnt, and she came back after 2 hours and it was done.
She paid, she left and the moment she rode her bicycle, the chain dropped, among other adjustments, that it appeared they didnt modify, adjust ... apparently.
She went back, ofcourse as a normal customer, mad about paying more than 48 euros for a pack that was not applied, she complained, she didnt want to wait, and guess what?

**she got verbally asked to leave and never come back after they repair and do the proper check up again, the responsible of this "Atelier" was rude, have no sense of customer point of view understanding and the time wasted to get this service as well to get a rude unprofessional response from this person!

This is what happens for being a loyal nice respectful customer, and this is how you lose customers.

We really love Decathlon, we are still customers, but we now hate going to this branch.

We tried to escalate this case, but no one even bothered to cater our needs and even simply apologize! really, not a single sorry...

Advise & tip: be careful when dealing with those unprofessional so called experts.

TLDR: bad attitude, take your money elsewhere!

Oh, the arrogance of these people! I came for help 2 times. The first time the pedal broke off mid-may. "le chef" mockingly told me to go and service the bike at go-sport atelier on Republique half the city away. Ok, this can be understood as scrapper bikes have a ton of proprietory parts. But today i came in asking to adjust the brake cables. I was explicitly told off to go try my luck with my "unserviceable piece of junk" (scrapper commuter) elswhere. Can only recommend this atelier if you are willing to take part in a somewhat masochistic custom of begging the one-eyed "maestro" to descend from his ivory tower and grace you with his grudging acceptance to actually do something with your bike.

Ps: and copypasted responses to criticism... So wow, much professional!

Very friendly owner, help me to find a piece for my Brompton I could not find at Decathlon!

I was denied entry because the blond lady told me they closed while there was clearly still people shopping inside and it was 7:53 and all I wanted was to buy a bottle for shakes and water. And clearly on the website they close at 8 pm. She could have asked me if I know what i want to grab it quickly. They make u feel as if they are paying you and not the opposite.

Generally fine but smaller than other stores so limited options. I ended up going to the larger store at Madeleine to find what I needed.

The owner very friendly.I bought brompton bike here for Eroupe trips.I have not bike bag.He lent me a bag.I return bag after 2 weeks and He free bike maintenance.I hope to see you again.

The store became terrible, I went in to buy some fitness bands. I went to the checkout, the cashier was free but sent me to the self-service checkout. The barcode reader in it simply worked terribly; I had to spend a lot of time to scan only 4 products. Then I made the payment and requested a check, but it turned out that the check machine was not working. I went to the exit but the guard stopped me and said that I had not paid for one of the four items, although I had paid for everything in full. He offered to provide me with a receipt, but as I said earlier, the check machine at the self-checkout was not working. I had to prove and prove that I had paid for all the goods, but the security guard insisted. We approached the manager and I again had to tell him that I didn’t have a receipt and that I had paid for all the goods. Until I myself offered to check the cost of all the goods that I bought, and since I did not have a receipt, I had to provide a statement from my bank stating that I had paid for all the goods. In the end, I was right, the guard did not apologize for his biased attitude. And the manager wished me a good day after wasting my time and nerves.

Super service ! J'ai fais de grosses réparations sur mon vélo : les systèmes pour les vitesses, la roue arrière et le pédalier. Réparation nickel, délai respecté et prix serrés. J'avais aussi demandé d'en profiter pour vérifier le reste du vélo; la réparatrice a tout graissé, remis une catadioptre, resserré mes gardes boues qui bougeaient tout le temps pour se coller aux roues,... Je suis hyper contente. Je reviendrai.

Amazing customer experience

Often go to that store and like it.
But today I was just amazed by their customer service.
The store manager - Alex - went above my expectation in solving the issues. He truly demonstrated great customer services.
So thumb up to him and his team.

This is a excellent bicycle shop with a knowledgeable and helpful staff.
I purchased a bike recently when visiting Paris from Les Velos Parisiens. The bike was partially disassembled and well packed for aircraft transport. The van service I scheduled to pickup my bike turned out to merely be a car service, so the shop owner graciously brought the bike to my hotel near the airport himself later that evening. That's great service!

I've found the service here excellent. On the 4 occasions i've been here, not only have I got what I needed, but came away very happy. They repaired my Cannondale today and I thought the price was good too.

Good place to fix your bike. They have good quality tools, guys who know & like bikes. So far i am happy with the service. Thax!
