I make a order via Wolt and never got my food, when I tried to call them I didn't get any answer, on second time they hang up after 5 seconds. Service was super bad and rude. We waited over 2h and nothing.

The service is very kind, there is a wide selection of pizzas, Vegetarian and wholegrain option too.

I give 4 stars for one reason, the interior and furnishings could use a little work, the chairs and tables are completely unsuitable, food and drinks cannot be placed on them, they are not stable, and the interior space is small and the walls are dirty from rising grease.

I loved this place, but a while ago I noticed that the quality of the pizzas has gone down, apparently they have been incorporating expired products, as well as prepared pizzas. The most worrying thing is that the staff works under attitudes of dubious origin. I don't recommend it.

A tulajdonos a 10 éves dolgozóit védi és közli lazán ha nem akar innen rendelni nem kötelező...

Friendly place run by Italians doing delicious pizza, great dough. Affordable place open till late at night, perfect for that much needed meal after hitting the ruin pubs in the area. Even the vegan version is phenomenal!
Edit - Liked it so much, got some pizzas delivered from it as well. None of the other stores in the broader region looked as appetizing and fresh.

Ordered a pizza yesterday... 90 minutes in and the pizza is nowhere. I gave them a call at which point they actually remembered us ... Like come on ~~~

Pizza itself was terrible too. The pasta was waaay to thick, we hated it. We hated the whole experience basically. Unfortunate.

Staff is very Friendly and accommodating, and the Pizza was awesome!!!

I tried truffle pizza and mortadella pistacio pizza, both were top. Prices are just as any other meal in Budapest. Kind staff.

Came here late Sunday afternoon without booking a table and got seated straightaway, staff were very attentive and kind getting us drinks straightaway. Food came out super quickly and was delicious! Would definitely recommend and would come again

One of the best pizzas in Budapest, thin and crispy crust, really tasty 🤤 and delicious tiramisu, all at a reasonable price and in a nice location, definitely worth a visit 😋

We came here on a Saturday evening without a reservation. They didn't have any available tables, so we opted for takeout. The waiting area was very small as we looked through the menu. The place looked very cozy, and they had a large bar just inside the door where we waited. We placed our order and waited for just over 10 minutes before receiving our pizza. Unfortunately, our hotel was a 30-minute walk away, so the pizza had cooled down a significant amount before we arrived, but despite that, it was very delicious. The pizza dough and crust were perfect, and the flavors were delicious. It was a bit oily, but other than that, there was nothing to complain about. I would definitely visit again.

Without any doubts, the best pizza you can have in Budapest. Every time I have to celebrate a special occasion or my parents come to visit me from Italy, we come here. And every time the pizza is amazing and the staff is incredible. Would give more stars if it would be possible.

Naples in Budapest! This is the best pizza in Hungary. The most authentic raw materials go great with excellent service and a magical place. I come back to Budapest every time especially for this place. Ricardo you are a champion!

The service and the place had really good vibes, I loved the whole interior design! And the pizza, oh my god… I asked for one of the specials (la zuccona) with pumpkin and truffle oil and it was delicious! The sweetness of the pumpkin perfectly matched with the saltiness of the bacon. It was 10/10, truly one of the best pizza places in town. Pro tip: they also make pistachio tiramisu but that’s not on the menu, you have to ask it but it’s definitely worth it! (If I could have one remark, the music could have been a bit more authentic but other than that I had an amazing experience.)

Foodoráról rendeltünk cezar salátát egyszemélyes tállal. Rendben voltak az ételek, az árak es a kiszállítás is gyors volt. Koszonjuk.

Rendeltünk egy csevaptálat és egy Butter Chicken indiait. A csevap hús jó volt, de csak rá volt dobva a krumplira, se ajvár, se kis saláta, semmi. Az indairól csatolok képet, sajnos se állagra se ízre nem érte el a közepest sem. A húst se vitték benne túlzásba. Összességében nem ajánlom, először rendeltünk innen és utoljára is.

Service is attentive and professional, nice wine / drink list and, of course, amazing pizza. It's not a case that they are 50 top pizza Europe.

Ma este rendeltünk Wolt-on keresztül vacsorát de az étel minősége amit kaptunk elfogadhatatlan! Rágós kemény száraz rettenetesen furcsa ízű húst kaptunk, cafatokban a nagy része panír volt! (2100ft 2 db vissza taszító valami) Ennyi pénzért cserében ez pláne minősíthetetlen! Szégyelljék magukat akik ilyen ételt ki adnak a kezükből.

Good spot for a (couple of) slice(s) of pizza. Fair and correct prices. The slices that we ordered and tasted were good. You take away or sit upstairs. Service was quick enough as well.

Out of 2 bowl of soup, 1 pizza and 1 potato with chicken breast wrapped into bacon, and some cake for my birthday, only the pizza and the cakes were okay (likely because the cakes were from a shop).
- the tarragon ragout soup was sour
-the fruit soup tasted like it was already spoilt
-the potato and meat was unsalted (like zero salt)
- and the bacon was thrown on the meat, which was burnt

We ordered 1 pizza, it didn’t came after 1 and a half hour.

I only had problem with their delivery guy, and it the next day when I ordered and we call them when we can expect the food the girl said the delivery guy had a problem with me. He was rude he actually didn’t delivered the food, he just rang me cause he said he not gonna use his phone for call and than asked for tip. I think it’s unacceptable from the delivery guy and from the restaurant after this they didn’t even call me what was the problem and they talk to us on the phone like we are the stupid ones. I love their food but this is unacceptable.

Horrible, disappointing and just plain pathetic pizza. A frozen pizza is by all parameters better. Dough sucked, topping sucked, and it took forever to make. Can not be recommended.

A Wolton keresztül rendeltük a pizzatekercseket, és ilyen formában kaptuk meg. Szenes és ehetetlen! Jeleztük a Wolt felé aki meg az étteremnek szóltak, de válaszul azt kaptuk, hogy minden pizzatekercsük így megy ki és ez egy hibátlan pizzatekercs! 8000+ forintért a 20 db.
Az étterem, mivel szerinte semmi baj nincsen vele nem fizeti vissza a pénzt! Senkinek nem ajánlom, hogy itt egyen vagy innen rendeljen!

Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food. They never delivered my order of 2 pizzas, the phone they provided doesn’t work, and they were offering fake promotions to get more orders. This is a scam, never consume from this place.

I wouldn’t even put a one star.
I placed the order from Wolt, which they didn’t deliver at all, not mentioning that they weren’t even trying to help hearing me speaking English. Their delivery system needs more communicating skills, then just accusing their customers to get delivered their order, when they actually did not.

The pizza was cold when it arrived with Wolt. It was pikant but tasty. 3190HUF price, great in comparison to other pizza restaurants.

I have ordered 2 pizzas. Found a hair in one of them and had a stomache problems after. Would not recomend it. Although the delivery via Wolt was fast.

Just ordered deal with 2 pizzas and 1L drink through wolt. Crusty edges were very thick (enough to make a whole pizza). They also don't allow to select drink instead send a cheap fruit juice by themselves. Not a good experience at all. Don't recommend....

Ordered with FoodPanda. I ordered without looking up reviews on Google Maps and they are absolutely terrifying. I thought that I wasted my money and I will get something absolutely unedible if anything.

However, pizza arrived in time and it was warm. Sure, it wasn't the best pizza in my life, but a very solid 4/5, it would've been 4.5/5 if the pizza had been hot. The pancakes were really nice, very homey and with a good amount of filling. Based on my overall experience and having seen a decent rating of this place in FoodPanda (4.0/5.0 or sth) where you can't rate sth without having ordered, I have a slight suspicion that these 1-star reviews here are fake.

Péntek fél 5-kor rendeltem egy pizzát a z Angel pizzériából a foodpandán keresztül. 50-60 perces kiszállítást írt az oldal. Úgy voltunk vele, hogy annyi még belefér, még csak kezdtünk éhesek lenni. 1.5 óra várakozás után gondoltam rákérdezek, hogy mi a helyzet a rendeléssel, mikorra várhatjuk a kiszállítást. Felhívtam a pizzériát, a hölgy a telefonban azt mondta, hogy a futár már úton van ide, csak áll a dugóban, mert volt egy kis eső. Megköszöntem az információt, majd elköszöntünk. Újabb 30 perc várakozás, 2 órával a rendelés után újból felhívtam a pizzériát, mivel a pizzéria és a lakásom között 3.5 km a táv, kocsival 5 perc, a Google térkép is megmondhatja (és akkor is 5 perc menetidőt írt, Árpád híd, Dagály utca magassága).
Azon gondolkodtam, hogy mi történhetett a futárral, talán a nem létező dugóval ő is köddé válthatott, mert ennyi idő alatt onnan gyalog is kiért volna a pizzámmal, főleg, mivel nem azt mondták, hogy még másik 10 címre is megy. Ismét beszéltem a hölggyel, mondtam, hogy én telefonáltam félórája, mi történt a pizzámmal, mivel csak 5 percre lakom. A hölgy kiröhögött, majd közölte, nem 5 perc az út, mert ők nem az Angel pizzéria, hanem az Ángel pizzéria. Gondoltam valamit biztos félrenézhettem, de ellenőriztem, és a hölgytől is megkérdeztem, hogy nem az Árpád úton vannak (Újpest-Városkapu közelében)? Mondta, hogy de, ott. Mondtam neki, hogy akkor viszont 5 percre vannak tőlem. De ahelyett, hogy inkább az éterbe veszett pizzámmal foglalkoztunk volna, ő inkább kötözködött velem, majd közölte, ha én 5 perc alatt odaérek, akkor kapok egy ingyen pizzát. Hurrá, gondoltam, akkor nem 1 hanem már 2 pizza után érdeklődhetek, hogy merre járhatnak.
Majd közölte, hogy ő éppen úton van a pizzámmal. Kérdeztem az, hogy lehet, mert én egy vezetékes számot hívtam.
Esetleg vonalas telefon van a kocsiban? 😲. Mondta, hogy ja nem, de ő is szokott kiszállítani (good to know).
Megkérdeztem a hölgyet, hogy kész van egyáltalán a pizza?
Mondta, hogy igen, de felhívja a futárt. Kértem, hogy ha belátható időn belül nem várható a pizza, akkor lemondanám a rendelésem. 2 perc után visszahívott, majd közölte, hogy a futár már a liftünkben van, és szeretne felajánlani egy ajándék pizzát. Na, gondoltam ez már a 3. pizza lenne, ami után szaladhatok. Természetesen mondanom se kell, hogy a pizza meleget már csak nyomokban tartalmazott. Ezek után ha úgy érzem, hogy 5000 forintot akarok kidobni egy hideg, sokára érkező pizzára, akkor az Angel pizzériától rendelek, de ebből okulva, köszönöm, de nem kérek többé.

Sajnálom, hogy nehéz értelmezni, szerintem érthetően fogalmaztam.
Nem is értem, hogy honnan jött a diszpécsernek, hogy az Angelino pizzériát emlegeti nekem, nem is ismerem azt a helyet, illetve, hogy azt zárta be a NÉBIH, nem az önök pizzériáját.
Azt írtam le, ami történt! Készíthet képernyőképet a véleményről, de ha feljelent azért, mert a valós történéseket írtam le, abban az esetben én is feljelentem önt, mivel nem járultam hozzá, hogy a személyes adataimmal bármit kezdhessen, illetve azzal sérti a szabad véleménynyilvánitáshoz való emberi jogomat, amit nem hazugság kovácsolására használtam.
És ne haragudjon, de a rezsiválság nem lehet kifogás arra, hogy a vállalt idő duplája alatt szállították ki a pizzát, hidegen. De még ez sem lett volna gond, ha emberi módon, megfelelő tájékoztatással kezelik az ügyet.
A normális eljárás az lett volna, hogy elnézést kér, utána jár, majd tájékoztat.
És kérem ne sarkítsuk ezt a témát, mert nem csak a vendéglátó helyek szenvedik meg a resziválságot, hanem mindenki más is.
Engem értek az életben komoly negatív események, de gondolom az kit érdekel, önt kell most sajnáljuk, csak önnek nehéz.
Kivettem azt a részt, ahol a diszpécser a NÉBIH-et említette, de ha továbbra is így kezelik, lekezlik a fizető vendéget, hamar meg fog ugrani a negatív értékelések száma.

Ui.: Nem a panaszt kéne emberi úton kezelni utólag, fenyegetések, követelődzések után, hanem alapból emberi módon kéne kezelni a vendéget.
És nem egészen értem, hol írtam olyat, hogy "FELJELENTEM", mert nem szállít?🤔🫢

Terrible, after ordering a pizza and a meal with BBQ sauce only the pizza arrived, stone cold. Before i could open the door the courier was already on his way back to the car, i was just in time... after calling them for a complaint they just hang up without saying anything. Never order from Pizza King.

We ate foccacia, and it is THE BEST foccacia sandwich I ate. It is 1500 HUF which is a bit pricey considering it is on the small side, but so delicious it is worth it. Also we took pizza cut with pistacio pesto to go, and it so good I couldn't reccomend enough. So so good, when we go back to Budapest we will visit this place for sure.

I wish I could give reviews with minus stars. Horrible. They delivered us food via Foodpanda after 90 min of waiting though it was promised - after 30 min. And then.. the food... it was something disgusting. Soups were absolutely disgusting and tasteless. Really, guys, it was like some fat absorbing kitchen sponge was boiled is clean water and then frozen vegetables and some pieces of chicken would be added. I just wanted to throw up on this all. Mashed potatoes - the consistency was like a soup. Basically... never ever try food from this place. Horrible.

Update after pizzeria's answer: Not only you are horrible cooks but you also are horrible liers. Everyone can easily find you and order your food on Foodpanda, but when one tries to find out where you have disappeared and why the food is not coming, it clearly states that you are their partner who use their own couriers (!) and that for any complaints one have to call your place directly. Let me tell you how this calling ended for me. 4 times nobody picked up, the 5th time somebody picked up and hung up on me!! Wow, what a service.

Let me share the famous "Hungarian" (? - I think if a real Hungarian would taste it they would shut you down) mashed potatoes . See the pic. And my cat who is eating literally everything refused to eat the chicken from that horror soup! Isn't it a red flag?

Finally, they have found me an my partner and threatening via Facebook. Also, the Foodpanda said that the owner has refused to give voucher and requests us to come personally. Wow. Will you want to beat us up? Avoided as much as possible

i would give 0 stars if I could… worst food i have ever ordered in my life: we ordered, then got a call that they don‘t deliver to our address (although they should according to foodpanda) but they wouldn‘t cancel the order so it still said it was being prepared in the app, we were worried that we wouldn‘t get the money back so we called them again and asked if there was a way they could deliver here (restaurant was 7min away from us), they eventually did deliver but it took them over an hour and we were waiting outside in the snow for 20min because they said they would be here at a specific time… the food was completely cold, mashed potatoes tasted like they went bad (somehow sour🤢), the pizza was a mess - it looked like it had fallen onto the ground, i also ordered crepes with jam but got nutella + cream cheese instead…. over all worst delivery experience ever… please do not order here!!!

Legnagyobb csalódásomra a mai rendelésemre javarészt minősíthetetlen ételeket kaptam.
A párizsi cs.mell bundával együtt 2! szelet nem érte el a 10 dkg-ot!!! a mellékelt fotókon is jól látszik a szeletek nagysága illetve vastagsága is.
Ez a mennyiség még a zóna ételek súlyát sem éri el.:(
A csirkemáj bundája feketére égetve, kiszárítva, hiányosan..
Elképesztően dühösen hívtam a diszpécsert, aki a felháborodott helyenként minősíthetetlen stílusú panaszkodásomat, igyekezett türelmesen kedvesen kezelni. Ezúton kérek elnézést Tőle.
Szeretjük az ételeiket javarészt, a pizzájukat ízletesek, bár némi minőség gyengülés ott is tapasztalható. A tésztáik is is finomak.
De ma a vendéglátásban, ez még egy pizzériától is igen erős húzás volt.

I ordered the grilled fish and was surprised when it came in a pasta bundle and it wasn't listed on the menu on Netpincér. I deliberately wanted gluten free fish. Delicious, but disappointing because I have to pick off the soggy pasta bundle....

I ordered a pizza at 22 and it never arrived. Was waiting 20 min in front of the door because net pincer showed me less then 5 min. After I called the service nr and they told me the guy was already here... I didn't see anyone in in the 20 min passing my street. Shameful and will definitely never order again!

I order pizza from this place like 90 min ago, and now they told me that it will be here like 5 min from now (which was 20 min ago!!!!). And of course it came cold as s..t!! People go away from this place. Incredible bad.

Finom ételek

Gyrost és pizzát rendeltünk, de egyik sem nyerte el a tetszésünket. A pizza tésztája olyan volt, mint a papír. Jó pont jár viszont a futárnak, ő nagyon kedves volt.

Owner called me to tell me I was in the wrong about an order with a specific allergy requirement. The pizza was covered in the ingredient that I specified I didn’t want. A note was included in both the order and on the phone at time of order.

Shameful service and I’m glad I never have to deal with this place again. Seriously poor management.

Even in their google review, rather than show the mature empathy any well established business would, they still find the ability to be sarcastic and refute the customer. I’m glad the person I spoke to isn’t the owner, and they frankly would fail at the first obstacle if they tried to own a business themselves with service like that.

Simply put, they’re not worth engaging with, and it’s a blatant abhorrent lie that they’ve included relating to the ongoing pandemic.

They should be ashamed of their regard for customer service and take a look in the mirror.

I tried to make an order online on the website provided in the pizzeria's description on 24.11.19. around 23:50 because on the website as well as on google maps this place was marked as working until 2:00. My order was successfully made according to the website and as you can see in this email that I have received a few minutes after placing the order. However no pizza was delivered to my address and no attempts to notify me about my order status were made. Weird and poor service. Strange why it has good reviews.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered two pizzas on their website and then called them to be sure that the order went through. Even though they weren't able to speak English (like most Hungarians), they told me the pizza would arrive in 30-40 minutes.
It's been two hours and a half and no pizza has arrived. Totally unrecommended. Very unprofessional. Now I'm hungry and I want a pizza.
