Pizza Mester

I make a order via Wolt and never got my food, when I tried to call them I didn't get any answer, on second time they hang up after 5 seconds. Service was super bad and rude. We waited over 2h and nothing.

Konkrétan még te kérsz elnézést amiért a diszpécser 10 perc türelmet kér és a háttérből hallani hogy messengerem hívják 😃😃😃😃😃.
A futár elvárja a borravalót 20 perc késés után...
A tulajdonos a 10 éves dolgozóit védi és közli lazán ha nem akar innen rendelni nem kötelező...
Igen a legjobb hely mindenkinek ajánlom......

Ordered a pizza yesterday... 90 minutes in and the pizza is nowhere. I gave them a call at which point they actually remembered us ... Like come on ~~~

Pizza itself was terrible too. The pasta was waaay to thick, we hated it. We hated the whole experience basically. Unfortunate.

A Legigénytelenebb pizza amit életemben láttam, a távtartót csak beledobták a dobozba és fel sem vágták a pizzát, nehogy könnyű dolgom legyen megenni.

A pizza minőségéről már inkább nem írok a fotó magáért beszél.

Remélem segítettem azoknak az embereknek akik nem ismerik ezt a helyet.

I only had problem with their delivery guy, and it the next day when I ordered and we call them when we can expect the food the girl said the delivery guy had a problem with me. He was rude he actually didn’t delivered the food, he just rang me cause he said he not gonna use his phone for call and than asked for tip. I think it’s unacceptable from the delivery guy and from the restaurant after this they didn’t even call me what was the problem and they talk to us on the phone like we are the stupid ones. I love their food but this is unacceptable.

I wouldn’t even put a one star.
I placed the order from Wolt, which they didn’t deliver at all, not mentioning that they weren’t even trying to help hearing me speaking English. Their delivery system needs more communicating skills, then just accusing their customers to get delivered their order, when they actually did not.

Great pizza and very polite staff. Highly recommended!
