Top General practitioners in Invercargill, New Zealand

My friend had some blood tests. They never notified her of anything, never sent the results, never told anything. After couple of weeks she asked them an e-mail the results.
Some of her results were high. She have not got any explanation and treatment from doctor Susan Pears. They have not uploaded her results on My Health app. Compare to another city less than a week they contact her regarding results. Also they upload blood test results on My Health App 1-2 days. This is so unethical. I wouldn't recommend this place anybody.

Was once a great medical centre but now it’s impossible to get an appointment without a week long wait.

Went to an appointment not long ago and the nurse did not do a proper assessment of my ankle injury. I had to go to physio to get a proper examine on my ankle and who also wanted x-rays done which your guys nurse didn't think I needed to. Also the nurse only gave me 1 week off work. Do you guys actually think someone will magical heal over a week after falling down stairs and rolling their ankle? My friend had the same sort of injury and his doctor had him off for 2 weeks and had an x-ray and was told to go physio? I think you need better practiced nurses. On top of that I booked a following up appointment and the lady on the phone said it was this Friday morning. I turn up today the admin lady says it was yesterday morning? Why didn't I get a reminder text like every other time to confirm; so this would have been avoided? And I get a no-show fee?! What is wrong with you guys? I'll be lodging a complaint asap.

Reception, admin, accounts staff, and nurses are all fantastic. 5 star customer service and support, really amazing. I have a great doctor here, best I've ever had. Doctors have different styles, i got lucky as current doctor matches my style. If you don't feel comfortable with your doctor then see a different one. I've always managed to get an apt when I needed one. Because of demands on practices, just do your best to be prepared and not leave things to the last minute as you may have to wait some days to see your preferred doctor. In a hurry, any doctor will suffice. The practice has been great at recalling for regular screening apts, they're onto it. I really appreciate this practice. They are kind and helpful when you are feeling sick or stressed. I hope I keep this practice for a long time.

Went for a routine doctor's visit and got Dr.Grzegorz was polite doctor who did a great job.
Some waiting time can be expected but within norm.
Have visited quite a few times for Covid test(boarder worker).Fast exceptional service.

Always had nothing but exceptional service from all staff members. Everytime I call the staff are friendly and welcoming. The doctors are all fantastic and go above and beyond to help regardless of situation.

They were good in 2019, but since covid, they are weird. alert Level 1 when I write this in NZ, but they still act like level 3. And they haven't accept new patient enrollment. I change my review from 5 starts to 3 stars.

Great doctors and nurses that go the extra mile to make sure your healthy. Is close to town center and is great for studente. When i needed to see a doctor they let me register even though they were full because it was urgent.
