Horrible customer service. I went there to withdraw some money, there was only one employee in the branch the teller, it took her for ever handling one transaction, after waiting for a long time I just left without getting what I went there for.
I spent over an hour in line at the 11th and G street location. Although there was a teller in training there still should have been additional teller/rep available to get customers in and out.

Hans Hoffmeyer is the best! I highly recommend him for all your tax preparation help and needs. He's responsive, savvy and well versed in his field. Tomia will take care of you. I was in distraught when realizing my information was not updated. The branch 1099 New York Ave NW, Suite 100, ARE LAZY AND NO GOOD I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Tomia service was fast and friendly. She really made my experience something to remember at this branch. I recommend if your at 1100 G Street Branch look for Ms. T W.

This company was very prompt with communications, always got back to us timely, answered numerous questions. Our taxes were a bit more complicated than usual and Kevin was able to answer all our questions and discuss various options and implications. We will definitely be using them to file for the coming years and have recommended them to our friends.

02/12- (ATM BLUES) MY HUSBAND goes to the ATM to deposit money into HIS SUNTRUST account, only for the machine to take his deposit and never add the money to the account. Get this, the machine does not dispense a receipt for your transaction!! HE GOES INSIDE THE BRANCH ONLY TO BE TOLD TO CALL A 1800- NUMBER AND THAT HE HAS TO WAIT UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THEM TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE....COME TO FIND OUT THE SAME ATM WAS BROKEN DAYS BEFORE TODAY AND CAUSED ISSUES FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS! WHY NOT TEST OUT THE ATM BEFORE PUTTING IT BACK IN SERVICE FOR THE PUBLIC USE??! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

I'd been in touch with another local insurance agency, and despite providing them all the details outlined in the contract regarding insurance, there were still gaps in the general liability quote provided, some of my questions weren't addressed, and we just stopped hearing from them.
I searched online and found Alliance Insurance and decided to complete their online contact form. The next day, Ken contacted us and after providing the details of the contract with our new commercial client, Ken Daveler and Patti Longnecker expeditiously worked on our request. Additional questions they had for us while preparing to obtain quotes were very thorough, with additional recommendations provided to us based on our particular business operations. I could tell they knew and understood our business needs and we were able to get our COI issued to the client timely.

One teller, long line, manager nowhere to be seen
I own a small painting and home improvement business and needed some new commercial general liability insurance as my old company had stopped offering this type of policy. I contacted a few brokers and Alliance was by far the easiest to deal with and very responsive.

Worst costumer service ever!!!!
Kevin and his team were amazing. I had a problem with my taxes left over from a previous accountant. He took care of that and then give me strategy to help reduce my taxes moving forward. I had never had that before. All previous accountants simply put the number in the computer and handed me a bill. He is terrific and will keep coming back for years to come.
