I'm co-owner of a small start-up lawn business and we were in need of commercial insurance for our first commercial contract. I'd been in touch with another local insurance agency, and despite providing them all the details outlined in the contract regarding insurance, there were still gaps in the general liability quote provided, some of my questions weren't addressed, and we just stopped hearing from them.
