Sehr schönes Ambiente. Die Preise vom Essen sind angemessen und es schmeckt lecker. Im Cocktail waren ein bisschen zuviel Eiswürfel, wodurch das Getränk an sich wenig war. Ansonsten kann ich dieses Restaurant weiterempfehlen!

The food is freshly prepared and delicious, definitely worth to try.
Service: as of now you have to order at the cash register but food is then brought to your table.
While the place is nice, it relies too much on "simplicity" so the atmosphere is somewhat of a typical kebab/döner place - this can be improved but still absolutely fine.

Hands-down by far the best food place in Berlin (food quality, friendliness of the crew, price-quality ratio). I‘m here 3-4 times a week and very much like it!

Amazing place. The creamy peanut rice dishes are so good; the portions are pretty big. 10/10 would recommend.

Das Meena kumari Restaurant haben wir zufälligerweise nach eine Spaziergang entdeckt und es hat uns wirklich begeistert. Es ist alles schön beleuchtet, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und der Preis ist auch super. Der Speisekarte ist auch sehr vielfältig und durch die gute Auswahl gibt's viel zu entdecken, egal ob mit Hähnchen, Fleisch, vegetarisch oder vegan. Es ist aber leider schwierig einzelne Gerichte zu empfehlen, weil es hier viel zu viel Spaß macht, immer wieder etwas Neues zu probieren. Auch die Schärfe wurde nach Wunsch für uns angepasst - prima. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!
Meena Kumari is a truly special place. The Indian food is on another level and amongst the most authentic and flavorful in Berlin. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance of ethnic touches and cozy dinner setting. Aamir is such a nice host who runs his restaurant with utmost care. So happy having discovered Meena Kumari after a long search for truly great Indian food in Berlin. Come here once and you will return every week :).
Alle gewählten Gerichte haben uns äußerst gut geschmeckt. Ein gewähltes pakistanisches hat es besonders gut getroffen, da es für mich wirklich eine neue Gewürzkombination war und nicht nur wieder altbekanntes (für mich) reproduziert hat. Nur das Naan-Brot hat uns nicht so überzeugt. Auch waren die Gerichte für mein Empfinden günstig (um 10 €). Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir mal wieder in Berlin sind.

It's one of the best indian restaurants in Berlin, I would say. They serve authentic mutton and chicken dishes with real indian Spiciness. Definitely recommended!!!!

one of the best food places in berlin, the curry is a family recipe and the best I’ve ever had. Food comes super fast, staff is nice and the atmosphere is amazing, definitely try their homemade lemonade! (the raspberry one is delicious)

I can not believe how this restaurant got a star. Unlike other reviews stated, service was good and fast for us since we had told we were in a hurry at the beginning. BUT not single dish was good. Nothing special. Desert was some chopped strawberries. I was disappointed and do not recommend here for fine dining. I ate at several Michelin restaurants and this was the worst. I am sorry..
These guys do an amazing job. We ate 2 times here a plate for 2, 21E. Delicios, big and freshly made. Can only recommend as good choice

After we arrived, things didn't take time to degrade, the 5 courses set menu took an agonogizing 3h45mns to come to end, a slow death by all means, it took them 1hr between fish and meat and even waited 20mns with empty glasses, we were forced to call someone to refill our glasses with the water bottle laying on a service table 2 m away from us.
We had to resend my meat dish which they confirmed will come without pork, but was covered with iberico, showed how their room to kitchen communication works.
So Stuffing ourselves on bread while waiting desesperately for food to arrive, at 23h55 when deserts (finally !) got to our table, we immediately asked for the check fearing to have to wait perhaps till their closure to pay.
Almost 4 hrs of agony, waiting for 5 dishes, is what I will remember from this place. Total kitchen & service failure, despite good dishes. The diner was longer than a round trip flight to Paris. I do not see how this place deserve a michelin star,

It is in effect a corner of China in the middle of Berlin. We came in without a reservation and had to wait a while, but not much. There has been a line for the whole time we have stayed there and it is understandable, since the restaurant is quite nice and the food is even better. The customers were 90% Asians and that was enough to understand the authenticity of their food. Extremely recommended, will come again if in Berlin.
Best vegan duck I’ve ever had ❤️ every time I’m in Berlin I make sure to swing by. The chili and coconut sauce rice plates are divine.
Very good service and food, I tried traditional Nepal food, Momo with chicken is the best I had in Germany and it really worth a 4.6 source overall. It is located in a residential quite place, good choice for summer!

Lovely restaurant in the Hackescher markt area of Berlin, close to museum island. Very friendly staff and owner recognised many people coming in, do must have regulars, always a good sign. Food was served very quickly was very tasty. Fully vegan and lots of choice. Everything was clean and despite it being quite busy, I was not rushed with my meal.
We recently dined at a local spot that offered a distinctly Chinese ambiance, adding a pleasant and authentic touch to our experience. Our meal selections included M7 (crispy fried duck with sweet and sour sauce) and E1 (crispy fried duck with eight delicacies). Contrary to the waiter's suggestion that our choices might not be enough for two, we found the portions to be generous. M7, featuring an out-of-this-world sweet and sour sauce, was enough for one person, while E1 could have comfortably fed two or even three.
The quality of the food was top-notch. The M7's duck was cooked to perfection, and the sweet and sour sauce was simply divine. The E1, meanwhile, impressed us with properly done shrimps and the intriguing flavors of the eight delicacies.

We took 4 of the small dishes and oh lord was it good! Everything had its own distinct taste, food came out hot and fried to perfection. A personal favorite was the seaweed spring roll.

Service was good. The soup was tasty. But I can’t rate more than 3 stars for the dish I ordered. It was fried beef with onions. I didn’t understand either by taste or by appearance that it was beef.
We absolutely love this place. Stumbled across it in October 2022 & now couldn’t wait to return! Their food is so delicious & reasonably priced (but cash only). I had bun & my partner had com nieu & we shared starters; all was amazing. Our aperols were so good too! When we went in October we were lucky to get a table at the back, so this time we came at ~5pm & enjoyed a window seat in the quiet restaurant. This place is a must go for vegans in Berlin :)
Amazing food and service! We had a great time and the food was very affordable. The meat was very tender and really well seasoned. After a whole day of exploring Berlin this was a great meal to end the day with.
Overrated, you should take heed of the negative reviews! Schnitzel was dry internally, meat inside paper thin, lacked taste really lacklustre. Of every restaurant I ate in over 4 days in Berlin this was utterly disappointing.
Waiter accidentally spilt a drink over my friend, all down his shorts and seemed aggrieved to say sorry! Didn’t even pick up all the glass pieces around him. I ended up picking most of them up and even then he didn’t bother to check the floor or sweep after.
Also, initially we were seated inside, no tables outside, no problem. One became free I asked if I could occupy it, was told no as they have reservations. Few min later two customers arrived asking for a table stating they had no booking and were seated outside in the table I asked about!!
The toilets are also gross. Small, tight, the seated toilet door is a plastic upvc stretch door with a garden latch. Considering the reputation and reviews I’d expect something a little more modern and sanitary. You couldn’t stand two small men in the urinals without them touching as they are so compressed together. It’s pretty nasty, what I’d expect from a cheap cafe.
To summarise the staff treat you badly and look uninterested and bored even after tipping a drink over you.

Everything is always fresh. I'm obsessed with their Halloumi. Balanced food. Great kunafa with ice cream. Highly recommend their coffee and tea. All plates are delicious. Fast and friendly service.
Great food. So much to choose from but we ordered from the lunch menu and it was delicious. For lunch you can choose the dish and what protein it is served with. We heard that the crispy vegan duck is famous here so we ordered curry and udon with vegan duck. Amazing. I think Berlin in general knows how to do Asian food right. A bit noisy and rowdy atmosphere due to the neighborhood.

Always happy to explore new Mediterranean places. Took a falafel sandwich. The portion was decent, had vegetables, and the pita was really interesting. The taste was not as impressive as I hoped.

I‘m not exaggerating, when I say that Quy Nguyen consistently serves excellent vegan food. This time we had the Pho Xao for dinner and Mochi for desert and were fully satisfied with the taste and quality. Make sure to bring some cash when visiting, as they usually don‘t accept payment via card.

The location is very good, just opposite the zoo, very convenient. I highly recommend their signature dish - Mao Xue Wang, the portion is large and the flavor is very fragrant and spicy. In addition, their soup dumpling is very melt-in-your-mouth, and Rice noodle with beef (a type of noodle dish) is also very delicious. The service of the waiters is very thoughtful, which makes people feel satisfied.
This place is located in a great neighborhood of Berlin and has absolutely one of the best Indian dishes I have ever tried. In a 5 day trip to Berlin, I ate dinner at Maharadscha twice and both times the place was filled with people. I was well served by the staff, the food came quickly, and it was simply delicious. There is indoor and outdoor sitting and the environment is cozy. I highly recommend. No complaints just gratitude.

Grilled leek and mussle dish worked very well and we enjoyed it.
Also really enjoyed the seabass with the rich, meaty sauce. That was the highlight.
The lamb was nice too, well-cooked and high quality but didn't feel elevated enough from the way I can make it at home to be memorable.
Dessert was disappointing. Some nice ice sheep milk ice cream with okay walnut ice cream, but an unspectacular spiced apple. Again, we liked dessert at the other restaurant better. Enjoyed the rich cider that was paired with it.
One of us paid a supplement to have a cheese dessert instead. I expected a selection of cheeses but it was one bigger piece with a spiced cracker and a compote. It was underwhelming, especially at an extra charge.
We got a lemon amuse right at the end, which I enjoyed.
Really enjoyed the wine pairings, though I would have preferred the price of full pairing to be more obvious in the menu beforehand. A request to drink half glasses was declined when we asked, which I thought was kind of strange, but we just shared a glass a few times and it was fine.

We stayed within walking distance to Yarok and decided to give them a try due to the high ratings. We enjoyed it so much, we
enjoyed it on two separate occasions. That’s saying a lot because we were in Berlin for 3 days, which meant I had limited meals.

Me and my child got a food poisoning after eating here. Now taking care of a poor child throwing up and with a diarrhoea all night while me being nauseated is not what I expected when choosing to eat here. It is unfortunately hard to have this proven but this was the last place we ate something and things went down….
I had the dal makni and shahi paneer and it was out of this world. The naan was very thin and fresh, just as it should be. I also had desi chai which hit the spot... I'm here on a work trip and have been missing my chai time so to have it here was great.

All in all an excellent experience. Spectacular interior. The omnivore menu was thoughtfully composed and executed masterfully. Minimalistic presentation - portions which are luckily accompanied by sensational bread and extra gravy… wine choice by sommelier was courageous with some unexpected trouvailles. Highly recommended.
Hands down best food I’ve had in the area, gambled the pumpkin gourd drink but it was refreshing. Enjoyed the motif of the restaurant, it’s different.

Great schnitzel in Bergmann Strasse area. Old-school Austrian vibes, quality eats, beef one is a bit overpriced. Will visit again.

Nice option if you are looking for vegan food near Oberbaumbrücke. It's definitively worth crossing Sprewa, especially if you are looking for stunning river views during the walk.
The food was quite unusual and service was all right, also in fluent English.

Located 3 blocks from KaDeWe, far enough not to have the crowd, but close enough to have dinner in.
We lived in a hotel near by and came for dinner.

Tried the Palak Paneer at this restaurant and was pleased with how tasty it was, especially considering the affordable price. The spinach and paneer were well-cooked and had a nice balance of flavors. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option for good Indian food, this restaurant is worth a try. Lunch time till 16:00 👍

The food is delicious, but it is a bit expensive for an everyday restaurant, and the interesting thing is that all the dishes are vegan, although you see the names of chicken and duck in the menu, they are simulated They are not real meat

You can choose from 2 menus: one is vegetarian and one is regular. I chose the regular one and I enjoyed every single course. The sole was absolutely delicious, the meat too.

Literally the most authentic indian restaurant I have eaten in Europe. On top, they served Mutton haddi which and other Mutton dishes which are really Mutton, not lamb like in other Indian restaurant. Dum Biryani is also one of the best. I literally felt so emotional to have eaten here and the nostalgia brought back memories of India. Oh, and they also serve real Chapati! On top, the staff is super friendly and service is top class. Although it is one hour from my home, I still make sure to eat here once every two weeks, or when I am missing authentic Indian food.

This is a hidden gem. Never crowded but very decent. The sushi are great, there’s a good variety in the menu with all the must-haves, and you get your food fast. The owners are always so nice. It’s cash only.
The food is very good, significantly better than their other restaurant in Mitte.
The location, on the out side, is much less charming as it's inside a commercial center and e.g. the toilet is the one of the center.
Portions are generous but prices are at restaurant level, a bit too high considering it's a commercial center.
I'd recommend it for a tasty Chinese meal.

A friend recommended this place to me and it didn’t disappoint. Decent menu with nice prices, I opted for the chicken shawarma plate and it was delicious. The hummus, potatoes, vegetables, and bread worked in perfect harmony. The service was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area or check out their other location.

I had Knödel and Kaiserschmarrn. Both solid, but I have not been blown away. I am a vegetarian so didn’t eat the Schnitzel, but it looked amazing.
This pace is so amazing, the prices are cheap enough and the quality of fish and other food is great! Always not a lot of people inside. We were glad to find this place
My first meal in Berlin, and it did not disappoint! I had the meat variety platter which was recommended by one of the staff members, and everything was delicious! Not much English is spoken, but staff was friendly and accommodating. Meals were very filling and fresh. I enjoyed it so much I went back again a couple days later but got their vegetarian platter instead, which is equally as good as the meat. The yogurt drink had a lovely mint aftertaste which I love that subtle garnish taste. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious Austrian food. Had the goulash for dinner and Kaiserschmarrn for dessert. Both were fantastic. Service very professional. Five stars!
The food is great and especially Momo's(Dumplings) either vegetarian or chicken both are great even though we are vegetarian. Mr. Chandan is a great host and he knows everything about what we want and how much spices are required. Thanks to Solti and Mr.Chandan for serving great food. 😇
This place is just awesome. I visited this restaurant 9 years ago and I made a recent return. Visit. The food the people were just awesome. I had the samosas and a platter with lamb curry butter chicken and it was oh so good. I would have to say it is the best Indian food that I've had in Europe. This would be my go-to place whenever I want Indian food and I am in Berlin . Do yourself a favor and if you have a desire for Indian food. Do yourself a favor and go here.

The big Wiener schnitzel is a very big dish, very delicious.
For dessert we got the apple strudel with vanilla sauce, which was excellent.

Great place, definitely not a “miss” in terms of food and drinks selection. The taste is sophisticated, however, a little bit plain. But in general I prefer spicy and “sauced” food rather than more classy taste which is served here.

Meh sushi, it’s quite cheap if you have the craving and not too much money… the appetisers (dumplings and skewers) were the best part, tasty chicken and well filled dumplings.

Amazing Schnitzel, they have pork and veal, I usually order one of each and share them. You have normal and small portion, the small is now that small, hehehe
The pasta with cheese ain’t that good or at least it was my least favorite. I’ve been more than 5 times and I still recommend it as a must for schnitzel. Good wine, cheap litter bottle and normal more expensive so you have for all taste and wallets

Super tasty food, friendly staff, excellent and fast service. Portions are huge, and the prices are pretty decent. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, but also great variety of food for meat lovers. Indoor and outdoor seating, dine in or takeaway, or delivery, they got it all covered. I'm a regular for 3 years now, and was never disappointed. Would recommend this place 100%.

Very tasty food and the staff is very friendly and the restaurants is really calm and beautiful. Ordered lamm korma , samosa and mango lacie and were all super. Will definitely go back there again

This is my first time with Nepal restaurant. I think it was nice and taste was good and service too. It was really close in taste to India restaurant in which was not long time ago. That's why it wasn't so exciting for me this time. Still I think it's a nice place. Prices are also fine.

The reason it gets a 3 star rating is because there is a big smoking room at the back, but apparently no system to keep the smoke away from the non-smoking section. So, throughout the meal the smell of tobacco drifted into the room, which was quite off-putting.
