The doctors and staff helped us a lot and patient with our situation , doctor ziyad ( pharmacist) is great and doing his best for the patients to get their medication.
Awesome clinic, front desk will always accommodate sick visit on the same day. The clinic is beautiful, and kids love the animal theme. The nurses are kind and patient with the kids, and the doctor took his time and clearly explained everything to us.
I came for a walk in visit after the clinic had just closed. Dr. Satchi actually had his coat on and was about to leave, but instead of turning us away, he told the receptionist to put us in a room immediately. Dr. Satchi and his staff always go the extra mile for their patients. A+++

Dr Satchi is an incredibly caring and dedicated doctor. I had an issue with my son on Friday, and Dr. Satchi kept in touch with me all weekend. When was the last time a doctor called you on a Saturday night with lab results?! I could not ask for more, the quality and compassionate care we received is rarely seen in our healthcare system anymore.
Great staff and always there for the need. Thank you so much for your great work from the nurse to the doctor always there for us.

Great clinic, registered online for same day urgent care visit and we were in and out within an hour. Clinic was pretty busy, but Dr. Satchi took his time during the visit and did a thorough exam. Didn't run out of the room after 2 mins like most walk-ins. Receptionist was also very helpful when we inquired about transferring our kids over from our current family doctor. Would highly recommend this clinic!
Pretty quick despite visiting during holidays. Helpful doctor. I needed a script and the pharmacist on site was very thorough and quick too.

My daughter had fever right before Christmas holiday. We had no appointment and it was the time that the clinic was about to close. The doctor still took us in and gave my daughter medicine. We really appreciate the kindness of the doctor.

Had a very pleasant experience at this clinic today. We just walked in with no appointment, however I did call before hand. My 3 year old daughter saw Dr. Rami Zawi, who was really great. Overall a very positive visit. Receptionist & pharmacist were both great as well !

Dr. Satchi is extremely patient and thorough with his assessment. Takes the extra min to make the parents feel like they're not rushed, and address all concerns. We have not experienced this kind of service from a lot of doctors in Canada, which is why he is truly exceptional and amazing. Highly recommend him as a pedeatrician. Run (don't walk) to get registered with his clinic while they're still accepting new patients.
I have been here multiple times for urgent care when our paediatrician is unavailable, for my son who is disabled and most recently with my infant daughter. The doctors are quick and efficient and so far the diagnoses have been accurate. The pharmacy is in the same clinic as well which is a big help. The clinic is busy as expected from an urgent care clinic but the text system works well. You must register in person and receive a text 10 mins before your appointment, you may wait in the car for a shorter wait, however for a longer wait time you can choose to go home and return. One thing that can be done to further improve this text system is patients can text first and an average wait time for that day can be provided, they can then decide to come in person and register. Since it is a paediatric clinic this change would make a big difference to parents, for instance: if they know the wait time is long such as 2 hours they can come without the the child, quickly register, go home and then bring child when the Dr is ready to see them.
Being an HCP I appreciate the hardwork of the staff and doctors, and that a paediatric urgent care clinic like this exists in our area, because otherwise our only option would be ER.

With our newborn, finding Dr. Satchi and their new office was a blessing. Their expertise, care and support have made this journey much smoother. The new office is comfortable and welcoming, especially for the little ones, adding to the positive experience. A fantastic choice for pediatric care, especially for new parents.
Great healthcare service provider ! We have been to a few place, but this one beats all. Staff is great and we have always great care with attention to details from all doctors we've met there , especially being first time parent. We always recommend this clinic to all our friends and family.

The overall experience at this place deserves a 5 star rating right from front desk special mention goes to Mathusi for helping us scheduling appointments in a timely manner and making us feel welcomed to the place, the doctors here are very passionate and caring towards their patients, Dr.Satchi helped us identify the vaccination gaps for kids and gave us a detailed schedule of future vaccination requirements, he was very patient in answering all our questions. Overall best place to be!!
Leaving this review for the receptionist. Called to check if they were taking any new patients and got a no and bye then hung up. Had no time to say anything or ask a question. As a new parent trying to figure things out, it’s stressful to just be dismissed and leaves you feeling helpless.
Dr. is very knowledgeable, I have seen 4 Dr.s before this and he was able to tell me what my 18 month old has within the first minute of explaining it. Very quick but efficient. The receptionist is very nice as well, and there was no wait time. The only thing I will say is the place could he alittle cleaner (vaccum floors and sweep). Other than that no complaints.
We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Satchi. He was thorough and warm in his approach. We never felt rushed, he put us at ease. He was truly attentive, caring and very competent. Dr. Satchi diagnosed our child in a timely manner, provided us with an appropriate treatment plan and even followed up with us! We are so grateful for his expertise and utmost care provided to our child.
Best experience at a doctor's office ever! The wait time was less than 5 minutes and when we saw Dr. Satchi, he didn't rush through the visit. He explained things thoroughly and actually took the time to listen to our concerns. My son was super comfortable being there too which I was pleasantly surprised with! Thank you Dr. Satchi :)
Dr Satchi is amazing, he cares and he really takes his time to explain everything to us, he’s very through, my son had very severe allergies Dr. Satchi actually called me to follow up and see how my son was doing after starting his new medication”. Tyler is doing so much better, the meds he prescribed are working. He really listens to our concerns and follows through to specialists if need be. I’m so happy to have met Dr Satchi. Thank you

Today I got an amazing experience in this walking clinic! The staff are professional and pleasant! Doctor definitely knows what he is doing! Before prescribing antibiotic he checked my daughter, took a blood test, listened carefully for describing the symptoms (you know how it is important to find a doctor who is listening)! My friend recommended me this clinic and I highly recommend everyone who has kids to come for help here!
These people tried to send me to the ER because my child’s toenail was falling off. I consulted with a friend who is a family physician and he laughed and said I can treat that at home. Which I did. I wasn’t sure if she would need a tetanus so I wanted to bring her in.
This clinic was dismissive, they were quick to tell me this was “wound care” and to go to the ER, without even seeing a picture or ANYTHING. Whoever that “patient care coordinator” is needs to be fired. People like that are the reason the ER is so full.
My child drops her iPad on her feet often and this is the result, I wasn’t sure what to do and wanted guidance from a doctor, I wasn’t even offered a phone appointment.
If this is a reflection of your staffs education I’d be scared to visit a doctor here. Please take your child somewhere else where people who are educated and qualified can care for them.

Short wait time (20-25mins from walking in the door to speaking with the doctor) despite being a Saturday afternoon. They let us go outside and sent a text message telling us to return within 10 mins when it was our turn. The doctor seemed a bit rushed but understand he was trying to see other patients and he did answer all of my questions thoroughly. Overall very happy with the visit.

We took our daughter here as our family doctor's office was closed on a holiday. My expectations were average but I was impressed with both the pediatrician that we saw (Dr. Tavares) and the overall experience. The receptionist took my phone number, advised me of the wait time, and allowed us to leave the premises and she texted us 10 minutes before our appt. It was about 1.5 hours all told before we were seen, which is what I expected.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1-star. Receptionist was rude and doctor was impatient and not knowledgeable at all. He didn’t even try to understand how my little one was previously vaccinated in US, and just kept on repeating “this is what we do in Ontario”. He was going to let me administer the oral vaccine for my 6-month old. And when I refused, he administered it in such an unprofessional way that caused my son to vomit! Instead of comforting the baby he turned and ask me “do you want me to continue or to stop”. For cry out loud who is the doctor here! It is so unfortunate that people, especially infants and children, have to seek medical care from such a incompetent bunch.

I took my 11 year old stepson here. The service was quick and professional. The doctor was super friendly with my son and really made him feel comfortable. He was thorough in his examination and explained the illness clearly.
Dr. Waseem was wonderful when I brought my kids in to see him. He has such a wealth of knowledge to share and took his time to explain. The wait wasn’t too long and the clinic staff were also so kind and helpful.

Receptionist does an excellent job coordinating reschedules and immediate appointments. Dr Dhekne is the best pediatrician one could ask for. She is very patient and does an outstanding job of walking the parents through the entire checkup
I had a good experience here. The registration was smooth, waiting time was less than 20 minutes (although it varies each day). The doctor was amiable, patiently listened to our concerns and was thorough in checkup. I generally keep this as a backup option when my family doctor isn’t around, and they’ve never failed me.
We have had to rely on this clinic many times. All of their staff do the best they can considering they’re the only paediatric urgent care around besides the hospital. Have patience with them and your visit won’t actually be negative. Follow what their rules and policies are and you won’t be confused, and lastly if you don’t know… ASK! It’s ridiculous seeing people leave negative reviews for long wait times or because they can’t get through on the phone. Be glad you have the option to wait in the comfort of your car and have them text you 10 minutes out. Be glad you don’t have to wait on hold and can text them during their business hours. And be glad that the doctors care and will actually want to follow up with you!! Thank you Dr. Mansour and thank you to your staff!
Had a good first time experience here, my family doctor was booked and I had to look for a walk in clinic. I called prior to ask if they had any availability and at the time they didn’t but did offer to call if there was an available spot. They returned the promise and called back after a spot opened up and I was able to get an appointment. Waiting time was long but that’s fine, and everyone was really nice and accommodating.
Walk-in was busy but the office manager booked me a same day appointment. Upon arrival, I was immediately taken to my room with a very short wait time. The doctor listened to and acknowledged my concern, completed an exam, and followed up with a prescription for some testing. The whole process was quick, clean and simple. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Both my kids are patients at Tiny Oaks and have been seen regularly by Dr. Dhekney since the summer of 2021. She’s very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. This week alone we’ve had 3 unplanned visits, with both my 4 year old sick, followed by my 22 month old. Sandy at reception accommodated all three appointments and is always friendly and patient (no matter how busy she might be). We’ve also never had to wait for more than 10 minutes to be seen.
I have a referral sitting for this office for 3 weeks now and zero follow up. I wasted so much time waiting. My baby needs care faster than this. They NEVER answer the phones, I have been trying for a week. For a portion of the week the phones were just off I think. Go elsewhere.
I live about an hour away (I take the 407 which only takes off 20 minutes from my drive) and gladly willing to do it to keep Dr.Dhekney as my child's pediatrician. Very thorough, kind and gives so much information and knowledge to you. I don't mind if I have to wait a bit (I usually don't though) because I know she is giving the best care to all her patients. Extremely happy to have a great pediatrician like her. The staff has always been pleasant, compassionate and accommodating when I have spoken to them.
I was so happy at first to find out Dr. Pfeiffer was able to provide a consult to my son. We were wondering about his development and a potential diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. The actual assessment interviews were great and at the end the diagnosis was confirmed. That was in the end of October and here I am mid December with no diagnosis letter, calling them and hopefully getting to speak to someone. The few times I was successful in speaking to the receptionist, all I got was a "I will talk to Dr. Pfeiffer and get back to you". The other times there was no option to leave a message or the calls simply got disconnected due to their "busy call volume". It is frustrating, it is painful and just cruel to leave families in this situation, begging for a document that ultimately can determine a child's developmental outcome in the years to come. I am not only disappointed but hurt with the whole experience. All I need is a letter. It is what is preventing us to have access to funding and resources to help my son. Please, be very careful when considering this pediatrician for ASD diagnosis.
Almost impossible to get in contact with anyone from this office, which is a huge deal when you have a sick toddler. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the doctors at the practice are caring and know what they are doing, despite the lack of communication.

Dr. Dhekni, who took over from Dr. Kraninger is beyond amazing. Dr. Dhekni is through, kind, and very knowledgeable. She listens to your concern and makes you feel less worried with her kind words. She will refer to specialists right away when needed.
I've had 4 pediatricians so far for my 3 year old and with confidence I can say shes the best!! I'm so happy to have her!
