This emergency is nothing I’m waiting from 11:00pm last night to 5:30am there’s no one can not help me.
Just few nurses they are walking around that is it.
Please government should be responsible for this situation.
It’s not the first time happened to me.
It’s multiple times.

Appalling, 85 year old dad suffering heart problems, left in corridor of emergency department for over 2 hours and then taken to cubicle overnight. No food, drink or review, check up, none of his medication given for diabetes, heart, etc. Then woken at 5am and moved to a communal area, with 5 other people in emergency. No morning sugar check, no medication and no food. Still waiting to be seen. Horrendous. Been to many hospitals and Sunshine has to rate as the worst in any place. Third world countries have better practices than Sunshine Hospital. If i were dying, id rather die on the street that be taken to Sunshine Hospital. They should have a negative rating system, one is too good for Sunshine Hospital!!!!

Arrived in the morning with toddler 2yrs old, not much waiting at childrens triage reception, waited for xray tho. Later got best doc David in paediatric emergency, fixed pulled elbow perfectly went happy home, super grateful for his expertise and issue handling.(before him 3 docs did the arm twist to fix it, didnt work, toddler was in pain n uncomfortable)

I took my toddler to Sunshine Hospital Emergency because he wasn't getting enough air due to asthma attack. Was told to wait 5 hours. I told her he isn't getting enough air and she once again told me to wait 5 hours. She didn't show any concern, care or empathy. Feeling as though they didn't care if my son died, I took him to my car to try to find a 24 hour emergency clinic. As we walked outside he stopped breathing. Then his body shocked him into vomitting a huge mucous ball then he started breathing. Please if your life depends upon it go to another hospital if you can. Would give zero stars if I could. Anyone would think this was a third world country.

This one start is just for that rude, incompetent nurse who was in the front desk. I took my son to the ED yesterday as he had high fever. He had surgery 7 weeks back so I didn’t wanted to take any chance. Waited there in line for 30-45 mins and the nurse at the front desk said, “you just came here for fever” and made a very weird face. That made me feel very bad. And then she didn’t ask anything else and didn’t even give a name tag. Seriously lady you have to understand if someone comes to emergency they are concerned. No one wants to go to emergency and wait hours without reason. Very rude with no empathy, no compassion. I wonder why did you even choose this professional if you don’t know how to deal with patient.

I thought the staff were terrific. Not a job I would be able to do. Constant inflow of patients, broken arms, stomach aches, moaning and groaning, and such a variety of pains and a huge variety of attitudes. I observed the staff all working as hard and as efficiently as they could. I watched an emergency dash as someone passed out. I saw them dealing with abusive patients who had been waiting, well , just as long as the rest of us. The waiting room was packed. I was there for four hours, but for me there was constant back and forth from at least 10 people from different departments who were looking after me. They gave me as much attention as was possible and considering the chaotic attitudes of some patients, were incredibly calm, patient, and totally overworked. Thanks team. I know you were all doing your best and I definitely appreciated it. UR NO 5022361

The nurses that took care of me during my time here has been an amazing experience. Special thanks to Bronte, Suman and Laura who took extra great care of me and gave me my life back from a infection that spreads throughout my throat. An infection that makes it difficult/impossible to swallow anything, slows down my breathing and increase my heart rate. Thank you for your service.
