I booked a table for 2 for tonight, which is Friday. I asked if gluten free pasta was available as reported on the website: they answered that on weekends they do not cook it. We booked anyway. We arrived on time and saw 2 guests leaving a table for 4 persons in the veranda; as soon as we were attended by the owner, she spoke to us very rudely offering a table inside. The guests kindly offered their table but she insisted that she didn’t want to give that table to us. It was 9pm, the table had no reservation and could have been split in two. In order to calm her bad temper, I pointed out that we had a reservation. She persisted to make us sit in a table inside. In front of such unkindness we decided to leave. She could have talked to us in a completely different way and persuade us to stay, but she decided to lose two clients.
This place was so good I had to go twice during my stay. It was the only restaurant where I ordered pasta as my dinner that there was enough to be a meal. The pizza was also excellent as was the apple strudel. The only recommendation I would make is a little more gelato with the strudel. You should certainly give this place a try!😋
Nice find in the heart of Stresa, but away from the hustle and bustle. Great place to come if you want a chill and no fuss meal. Service was very helpful and efficient, and the whole place had a nice vibe. Food was great overall. The steak was cooked perfectly. Pizza was also nice, but there were some inconsistencies in the toppings.
Whenever I return to Stresa, I make it a point to have lunch at this restaurant at least once or twice. Never disappointed, it offers a fantastic atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff, and delicious meals. The value for the price is outstanding. Today's choice was the grilled tuna with vegetables, and it was excellent! I highly recommend it !
The only place that was open, in the end still a super decision. The gnocchis and red wine were good.

On 1st January we don’t have much choice. Lots of restaurants closed. So we choose this restaurant coz it’s open.
First waiter is quite friendly and give quick service (to take an order)
Then when the food comes, it’s other waiters.
They forgot our wine.
The pizza is horrible. Very bad taste. The dough is very soft, there is no crispy on the edge as normal Italian pizza. No taste cheese at all. Only mozzarella.
Beef tartar is also terrible. The cut of the beef is too thin, seems like chopped with machine.
The spice is too limited. Not enough taste.
Can’t say many thing to this restaurant.

Not the most promising location, on a main street corner opposite the railway. However, the welcome and the service put us at ease immediately. Clearly popular with locals, families, children, well behaved dogs. Not fancy surroundings, plastic chairs. Food was really very good, I had beef with porcini mushrooms, delicious. My friends enjoyed their fish. Good selection of wines at sensible prices. Deservedly popular.

Unbeatable prices for the high quality! We’ve eaten there three times now. This place has the best pizza crust around town, and the Filetto di Maiale (Pork Tenderloin) was the tastiest thing I’ve ever eaten. It was wrapped it bacon and had caramelized onions on top too! Didn’t get a picture of it. But will update with one when I order it again next time!

It was an amazing choice to visit there! They all really nice to welcome people and i love the atmosphere so much! So clean and organized and many servers to give comfortable service ☺️ the pizza and pasta are sooo delicious 💖💖
Zucchini flowers were very disappointing, and so was the service. Waiters seemed unhappy they had to deal with customers.

Die Pizzas waren hervorragend. Idealer Boden, sehr guter, sehr hochwertige Zutaten. Der Salat war mittelmäßig und recht klein. Den kann man sich sparen.
Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, trotz recht voller Terasse. Preise etwas etwas zu hoch, aber bei den guten Zutaten auch wieder gerechtfertigt.

Really great pizzas! Stunning presentation. Reasonable prices. Lots of vegetarian options. They were fully booked but were accommodating and squeezed us in on a small table. 10/10!!
Wir sind sowas von überwältigt von dem leckeren Essen,wir gehen öfters italienisch essen, aber das ist das beste was wir je gegessen haben, der Service ist auch sehr freundlich, alles hat gepasst, Preise sind auch sehr gut.

Wir haben den Fischteller für 30 Euro und frittierte Calamare mit Kartoffeln für 19 Euro plus ein gemischten Salat und eine Pizza 1 sprite und 2 Fanta und lagen bei 78 Euro für italienische Verhältnisse viel zu teuer. Die Portionen sind etwas klein . Das Essen war sehr lecker und auch sehr schnell auf dem Tisch. Die Bedienung ist perfekt und sehr freundlich.
Eine kleines und gemütliches Restaurant mit verschiedenen italienischen Gerichten. Ich kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen, da man hier noch traditionelle Speisen erhält die nicht nur auf Touristen ausgerichtet sind.

Amazing food. Excellent and friendly staff. Highly recommend this place. Need to book in advance. Staff is super busy …. But they still manage to smile and make some jokes…!! It shows that they enjoy working..!!
Good pizza’s and a quick service. They also have a kids menu. Prices are reasonable. Our cola came without a proper glass with ice and lemon. No regret move for a quick lunch or diner
At peak times, weekends in the summer, expect long waits for food. Very friendly but busy staff serve traditional Italian food, like pizza with Burrata or pasta with porcini, yet way too salty. The seafood pasta came with lots of good quality seafood. The location couldn’t be better and the atmosphere is vivid and bubbly.
We arrived to eat pizza a few minutes after closing time. The waiter went to check if it was possible to order food, and returned with a positive answer. Pizza in a closed charcoal oven. The pizzas were delicious, the beer was cold and the service with a smile. We found free parking close to the restaurant
Really good pizza along with great service the family that runs this place are incredibly nice can’t wait for lockdown to be over so we can enjoy a meal in the dining room
