Brilliant bargains to be found! Highly recommended if you are a Nautica fan. You won't be disappointed.

You must go at least 1 hour before closing if you go before they tell you at the door that they are going to close the attention is the worst I have received they tell you that you wait until the last minute to go shopping and the most unfortunate thing is that it is the manager who treats you in this derogatory way!!!! In the end I did not buy !!! do not go to this store!!!! This attention upon entering received me saying that the minutes were counted to buy only 4 minutes !!!! you can contact me to verify my information! I will definitely opt for another brand where I am cordially attended to when I enter !! They should close the doors to the public an hour before so they don't treat customers like that. DO NOT GO TO NÁUTICA AT ORLANDO PREMIUM OUTLETS MY VISIT WAS THURSDAY 4/27/2023

Great store and nice styles. I had a friend who worked at one of the Nautica stores years ago who introduced me to them. Not sure why I forgot about them. I will be back to do more shopping!

Great customer service. The socks were buy one get one free, but I didn't notice that in reality they were regular price. I had several items,so I didn't catch that until I got home.

Horrible Service … I got to the store at 7pm with my husband. The store did not close until 8pm. First when we got to the store the employee at the front was folding cloth, she greeted me by saying I’m cleaning because I’m closing the store early if you need anything let me know. I proceeded to grab some pants to try on , when I got to the dressing room the guy that was there told me NOPE we are close. No sorry we are currently close in the fitting room. I proceeded to go the cash wrap and ask who was the manager , the nice lady pointed out to the lady that had greeted me before. I ask her why I can’t try on cloth we still had a hour before the ayote closes. She said she wanted to leave on time and that’s why she close the fitting room early. Because that guy had to come out and help to clean in the sales floor…… I work in the Retail industry as well and I understand it gets hectic, but this is no way to treat customers. I will never return to this store.

Overall fine. Staff where willing to help me find everything I was looking for.

Good selection of clothing. With reasonable prices.

Had a few coats etc I’m guessing normally catered towards those who are visiting the area.

Only issue I had was the cashier didn’t understand the Simon malls coupon. Cause it said 20% off 150 or more OR 10% off the entire purchase they didn’t understand that the 10% was applicable even if you didn’t spend $150. That took way longer than it should to help them understand. Probably something this store should train for.

Great sales prices. Maria made every effort to find the sizes I needed to make the sale. She was friendly, helpful, and courteous. I will be back.
