The director, Terri Provencher, is extremely unprofessional. The staff provided misleading information in regards to bottle preparations. I was told during enrollment I can bring the formula and they would prepare the bottles on site before feeding my child. Then once I enrolled my child, they changed the rules and stated I would have to prepare the bottles at home and bring them into school to be stored in the refrigerator. I provided documentation stating the formula company recommends against this practice The director, Terri Provencher, was very rude and told me my if I could not prepare the bottles at home, my children were not a good fit for the day care. When I asked for a full refund, she objected and wanted to charge me the registration fee plus three days of child care because I enrolled my children on a Wednesday. I told her this would be unfair due to the fact that I was provided misleading information upon enrollment and should not be held responsible. She then stated she would fully refund me for the disservice and even put it in writing that I would receive a full refund. Despite providing me with this in writing, she still charged me $193 for a day of child care. Terrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. Seems more like they make up rules as they go.
PLEASE READ DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD IN THIS SPECIFIC DAYCARE, THE PRINCIPAL IS SCARE OF THE TEACHERS IN ROOM 2 TO 3 YEARS OLDS. THE TEACHERS ARE THE WORST YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR KIDS WITH (MS. Tomorrow my daughter finishes a cycle of almost 3 years at StarrChild and I am just grateful for the time she has been a student.
My daughter leaves with a lot of learning.
She was very well looked after and guided.
The staff were always friendly.
Miss Wanda is always very attentive and detailed.
She knows all the students and that's surprising.
I only have praise and a lot of gratitude for the school.
Worst place I wish my child never went there and I am glad I took her out. Since I removed her from this place her new daycare has been great. I forgot about writing reviews because I should have written this 1 year ago. The teacher hit my child and nothing was done. The children are blamed for their behaviors after being mistreated all day.
The teachers and the staff are very supportive and kind, always open to help. My daughter loves going there.
My 2.5-year-old son had a dreadful two-week experience at this daycare.

On the first day, I spent around half an hour in the class with my son and noticed how unkind Ms. Gio was towards the kids. She appeared harsh when speaking to them, yet she smiled when addressing me. Ms. Gio would point fingers at the children while communicating and even pushed their beds with her foot while they slept. Despite lacking alternative options, I still wanted to give the school a chance.

This marked my son's first daycare experience, and initially, he was excited about going. On the first day, he cried for only half an hour and quickly adapted to the daycare. We were thrilled to witness his adjustment. By the second day, he didn't cry when I left him and continued to express happiness about going to daycare. However, from the third and fourth days onward, he started crying upon my departure. In the second week, he cried throughout the day, and the teachers' response was simply to leave him alone until he stopped crying. There was a noticeable lack of care, and when I observed the camera footage, the teachers seemed more like cleaning staff, with no interaction between them and the students.

I monitored my son's progress on the camera every day, realizing that the curriculum was a complete lie. The teachers did not follow it, and the kids were not learning anything. Throughout the two weeks, Ms. Gladys played with the kids only once for about half an hour, while Ms. Gio never engaged with them. I found some relief in Ms. Gio staying away from the kids, pinning my hopes on Ms. Gladys, but unfortunately, that didn't turn out well either.

As the weeks progressed, my son's situation deteriorated. Seeing him still crying at the end of the second week, with no improvement and no one caring for him, prompted me to call Ms. Vicky, the daycare director. I saw on the camera that Ms. Vicky went to the class and talked to the teachers. When Ms. Vicky called me back, she explained that the teachers were reluctant to care for my son because my wife had told them to do their best when picking him up. This offended the teachers, and they refused to take care of my son.

Despite Ms. Vicky's intervention, the situation worsened. Ms. Gio began fighting with my son, and the teachers continued to neglect him. During lunch, instead of offering him lunch kindly, Ms. Gio forcefully tried to send him to an empty table where he would sit alone. My son cried more and more, refusing to move from that spot. It became evident that Ms. Gio was punishing him because I had called Ms. Vicky. She yelled at him, shook her finger, and forcibly took him to a spot where I couldn't see him through the camera. I have no idea what transpired there, but my wife mentioned seeing Ms. Gio harshly holding a kid's hand and reprimanding them in a place out of the camera's view. This was the last straw, and I went to the daycare to pick him up because it was no longer a safe environment for my son. When I arrived, Ms. Gio was not in the class. I informed Ms. Gladys that Ms. Gio should never fight with kids. Ms. Gladys claimed my son had kicked Ms. Gio, and she was "protecting" herself from a 2.5-year-old's "harassment." This is what I heard from her, and it marked the last day at this daycare.

Now, my son detests daycares, and I'm unsure of what to do. Every time he gets in the car, he tells me that he does not want to go to daycare. Even when he sees places similar to his old daycare, he starts to cry and insists he does not want to go.

As a suggestion to Ms. Gladys and Ms. Gio: I recommend considering taking karate and taekwondo classes to "protect" yourselves from 2-year-old babies' "harassments".
They are excellent
The staff and the process of teaching kids is the best.
Thank you, so much to all of the staff. I truly appreciate and thankful to the teachers Ms. Karina and Ms.Rosa for doing excellent job in teacher my son and the also the Principal in doing a great job in keeping school safe and clean. Kiddie academy of hunters is truly a great and safe preschool to send you kids. 👏 ❤️😊
In 5 months, my daughter was mistreated by 3 different teachers. All of them got fired.
The teachers at Little Spouts are wonderful. Our daughter absolutely loves this place!
I scheduled a tour at this location via their website. Upon arrival I stood outside and rang the doorbell at least 3 different times. I could see through the window there were employees buzzing around, one in particular was standing around eating and not one time did anyone answer the bell or come to the door. I couldn’t give you a review on their childcare services because I never made it passed the front door for a tour. Wasted my time, my gas and my nerves for the first tour of a possible school for my daughter only to be completely ignored. I would have happily addressed the concern over the phone with this location but the phone number on the site took me to an answering service of which a gentleman answered that was unable to help with getting one of their employees to the door. 0/10 for first impression and I will gladly be looking elsewhere!
La Petite has cared for our three children over the last 5+ years. We are super pleased with the communication they provide us and the love they give our children. Now that our older kids have started grade school, LaPetite picks them up from school. We are grateful for all they have done and continue to do for our family.
Starchild Academy was a game-changer. Their curriculum is second to none. My son (who is now almost 10) started when he was 2. I immediately saw an interest in learning and he was exposed to a positive learning environment. When we had our daughter in 2017 I could watch the cameras and Ms.B was absolutely wonderful! She stayed there and loved all of her teachers (especially Ms. Daniella! When she graduated VPK. In Kindergarten, she was way ahead of all her peers due to the advanced curriculum Starchild provided her. We have a little one we are trying to register but unfortunately they are all maxed out due to their strict child to teacher ratio. Starchild really became family. The front staff (special kuddos to Ms. Wanda and Ms. Bernie) they are very proactive on any situations and maintain a positive learning enviroment my little ones couldn't wait to go to. The owner Vijay was exceptional and always had an open door policy. I am anxiously waiting for an opening for the 2 year old class to have availability because I couldn't imagine putting him in anyone's hands. This facility is by far the best daycare/summer camp a parent could wish for. If anyone has the ability to register their child I would 100% recommend the Hunter's Creek location. The staff truly cares for every child's development. 5 stars isn't enough to describe how much everyone goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a safe and healthy program from 6 weeks through VPK, this location is a no-brainer!

My children went to this day care for a few years, and it was a roller coaster. I was not sure what the standard was for childcare at the time [I do now], but I did know I was picky. I was difficult to please and they really took all of my feedback into consideration and fixed any little faults I found.

For example, I complained about not getting a notification for pajama day, which was more an IT issue or maybe it was a me issue [as my family picked up the kids some days, maybe the paper sent home went to someone that wasn't me]. I was upset because I cancelled my first work meeting to go to target and grab some new pajamas for my kids, I did not want them to be the only ones without. Forever after this, they posted a sign at the front desk for any special days like that, for people like me, which was so awesome looking back. Small things make a difference. There are a thousand more things like this.

Ms. Wanda truly is an amazing human who cares about every person that steps through those doors. The owner [wish I remembered his name but he is great regardless] is also super involved and you can tell he is in this business for the right reasons.

Ms. Kristin and Ms. Janette are caring and phenomenal teachers, along with so many others. My daughter went into kindergarten and tested in the 94th percentile, I know Ms. Bernie was in charge of curriculum and the homework was a lot but I am grateful for it.

I moved away and We are at another daycare with my second child, and it's true you don't know what you have until it's gone. This place is just amazing. They care about you and their curriculum is awesome and the people are amazing I can't stress that enough.

The summer program is worth every penny and has the kids doing so much more than any other daycare I have seen during the summer as well.

I would pick this place again in a heart beat, thank you for everything you've done.

Great teachers, my son started reading, adding and subtracting at 4 and a half years old, also they teach them sign language. He had homework 4 days a week since he started Pre-K
We did not enjoy our tour here. We arrived and they were not prepared with any information. Seemed like they didn't know or forgot that there was a tour scheduled. Could not find the pamphlets regarding curriculum or tuition but wrote it down on a sticky note from her memory. Because of the time we arrived, it was very busy at pick up, we were trying to be understanding of that. The school is very small, she showed us very little of it. No key fob to enter, not always someone at the front desk. Anyone can come in and leave.. I received a call the next day from the director stating that I missed my tour and I told her I did not that we in fact came and expressed why we were not impressed. She was apologetic but didn't seem too concerned. I then received an email requesting to reschedule my tour (which I did not do), then another email thanking me for rescheduling and they look forward to seeing us soon... and then it continued over again until I unsubscribed from the emails. Very unorganized and unprofessional in my opinion.

Putting our son here was truly a blessing from day one. Staff and faculty will care about your child in every single aspect as well ss including parents in the thousands of activities that they prepare for the entire year.

Please, do not hesitate to enroll your child at this school since you will see how your child progresses and he/she will be very happy to wake up and go to this Starchild location.

I cannot thank enough everything they did for my son and I will be forever grateful to them. I will cherish every moment that we had to opportunity to spend and rest assure that, without naming anyone in particular, they will forever has a special place in our hearts.

Fui a buscar información para inscribir a mi bebé de dos años pero si así tratan a la gente no me imagino como lo harán con los niños!!! 0 puntos de todo! Ni loca lo inscribo aquí! Tengan cuidado con sus pequeños!// I went to look for information to register my two-year-old baby but if they treat people like that I can't imagine how they will treat children!!! 0 points for everything! I'm not even going to write it here! Take care of your little ones!
Amazing!!! The teachers are super loving and caring. I never encountered any issues with the school. Staff went above and beyond in the care and educating my daughter they were like family. I wanted to ensure my daughter was given the best preschool possible that provided proper education and be Christ-centered. 1pavillion kids Academy provided the care and teaching my daughter needed.
Great service, my daughter first day care she is 3 years old and she love it here. I’ll recommend to anyone that its looking to have great care to their child.
My son went here after having a not so good experience in previous care center. Here they were patient, knew how to manage his 3 yr old temper tantrums. They are loving, caring and nurturing, professional and genuinely care for the growth of your child. He was only here for 2 months unfortunately we had to move to California but I would of kept him here for ever if I could .. they are really extending the healing ministry of Christ I can’t say enough about them.. give them a 10/10.
I highly do not recommend this place. They withhold information regarding outbreaks in their classes just so they take your money. They don't treat the kids equally. My son was there for 2 days and they completely ignored him and was flinging him around like he was a rag doll. One of the teachers was extremely rude when I asked basic questions about the class. It was like she was upset I was inquiring. Also, they gave me another child's bag but put a piece of paper over the other child's name and wrote my child's name on it. This is very unsanitary especially since we are currently in a global pandemic. If they are short on supplies I could've gave them a bag. I had the WORST experience ever for a first time Mom and first time my child has been to daycare.
Las maestras y el personal administrativo es muy profesional y atento. Mi hijo llega y sale feliz del lugar. Y el nivel de aprendizaje es excelente.

Wish I never had put my child there! Took my 2 yo son to this daycare for his first day. First, they took him to the classroom and made us stay at the front desk finishing registration for cameras and the notifications app. Meanwhile my son was at the class looking at us through the glass and crying all the time because he was seeing us there. Couldn't they have made us do that before his first day? After we left and started watching through the cameras we saw some of the staff trying to comfort him while he was in the classroom. When they took the kids out to the playground they completely started ignoring him. He was clearly alone crying by the door to try to go back to the classroom because he wanted to look for us and yet they did not try to engage him with the other kids or to comfort and distract him. It was his first day ever being away from us! What did they expect?! He was alone, crying, by the door next to what looked to be a trash can and we saw the teacher passing by him twice and not even looking or talking to him. At that moment we knew that we had made a bad choice and went to pick him up right away. He was there for 1 hour and I truly wish it had never happened. You don't ignore a child crying, you don't teach anything to a child by letting him cry out alone. They probably just made him feel more alone and scared than anything. My husband went to pick up his stuff after and to inform that he is no longer going to attend the daycare and received an attitude from the lady at the front desk. They talk to you about how they deal with this and etc making it seems like what they think matters more than anything. I truly don't care how many kids you have taken care of before. I don't care if they think that letting him cry alone is the best education method. I don't! I expected much more from this place knowing that it was his first day ever in a daycare and away from his parents, I expected some compassion but what I saw was truly cold and insensitive. Honestly I do not wish this experience to anybody.
As a first time mom, I was incredibly nervous to make the transition from family and friends caring for my daughter while I'm working to a preschool — but La Petite Academy has put so many of my fears to rest. The program director, Ms. Acosta, has been remarkable, as has the entire staff. Everyone has been communicative, professional and warm and welcoming to both my daughter and I. Furthermore, I appreciate that I'm able to receive daily updates from her teacher (who is kind and adaptable) through their app and even watch my daughter interact with the other children through a live stream. I'm so glad we found La Petite Academy!
Don’t like our experience. We started this daycare after I saw so many good reviews. Than we brought our 3,5 child for one to two hours for a first day for the begging and I saw on the cameras that she was crying all the time, she following teacher , longing her hands to her and teacher don’t even look. There is not much toys available and circle time consisting of the jumping basically. Second day nothing changed . Also Staff is pretty pushy- trying to explain our child crying only when see us pick her up and it’s normal transition when you move states, which I agree, but I also I clearly saw that she was neglected. Since we had different experience in other facilities before, we just found another place where she goes happy as early as on a her SECOND day there.
My daughter is so happy at Kiddie Academy! Her teachers are the best and everyone is super professional and friendly, place is also always clean!

Great school, just wish they would open up kindergarten next year pleaseeeeeee! The teachers are amazing everyone is, my daughter loves it
I give them 2 stars since when my son started for the first 2 months it was everything relatively ok. After getting more kids, it's when everything started to go downhill.
- Kids do not do what their curriculum states, they pretty much play around all day and after 3:30-4:00 pm they do not do anything else and teachers just wait with the kids until their parents pick them up (no activities, no games, nothing)
- A couple of times my son was manhandled by ine of the instructor, which according to them was prepared and trained and it was clearly not.
- After telling them that my son was in the autistic spectrum but he was in therapies and the doctor recommended him to go to a regular school, they pretty much stopped paying attention to him and put him aside in every activity. All the other kids were doing something and the instructors do not have the pedagody to deal with a large amount of kids or how to manage kids with different skills and preferences.
- They are not in touch with you unless something happens with your kid or about payments.
-At some point, my son did not want to go to school anymore and the only person that's worth giving a shout out is Miss. Alejandra which I believe, as a professional in education, should be the one in charge in the school since she is the only one that knows how to integrate all kids in the class.

I give you this review after enrolling my kid in a different school and the difference is HUUUGEEE! From instructors to the CONSTANT communication that they have with parents that it only took my son a couple of days to feel welcomed, loved and accepted in the group.

Please, you are dealing with people's kids and not numbers. You are dealing with kids' development and not just assets for payroll. Take this business seriously.

My recommendation: keep looking for different schools since Kiddie Academy is just a name and a nice infrastructure.
Terrible place to have your children. I have joint custody of my son and I am listed as his parent and legal guardian for pick ups. I showed up 15 mins before 5 pm and was told that because his mother wanted him in school until 5 I was not able to get my son and needed to wait. Jackeline Munoz is unprofessional when I asked for information to corporate because I’m sure she can’t keep my son from me especially if I have identification, she told me just take him out of the school if this was an issue. Not sure how you treat parents this way especially when they are able to prove who they are! ENROLL YOUR CHILD ELSEWHERE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
This school is amazing. My 3 boys are very excited to be part of this family. The staff is very welcoming, especially Ms. Jackie the director. She is great, respectful, and very sweet with the children. The facility is brand new, clean and well organized. I highly recommend the school. 👍👍👍👍👍
I love them !
A1. Las mejores... gente profesional. Educada... etica... amable... preocuada !!! Muy agradecida con Dios de saber que mis hijos se rodean todos los dias de gente tan buena y calificada.
Great spot for early childhood care. Great staff. I recommend them
