Walk out of the airport , cross the street and onto a bus into the city . 4 bucks pre paid , takes between 20 mins and half an hour depending on traffic . Much easier and cheaper than a taxi.

Good price to get to airport €5 each that you pay onboard in cash to driver. There was a room on the bus for luggage and just two drop offs so was quick.

Hat sehr gut mit dem Bus funktioniert. Gerne wieder, auch wenn der Bus sehr voll ist und man sich ca. 15 bis 30 Min. anstellen muss. Lieber mit dem Bus fahren der klimatisiert ist, als mit einem aufdringlichen und schimpfenden Taxifahrer. (Auch wenn das bestimmt nicht auf alle zutrifft.)

I used this bus already many times. The only thing that could be much better is the signage from the airport to the bus.

Top price, Bus is fast and you get to the City Center in a few minutes. Please make the sign for the stops bigger and add them to Google maps! Just to find you easier!

April the 30 : we took the Alibus at the Airport to go to Napoli Mollo Beverollo. It was a soccer game Day for the Napoli team.
We paid 15 euros for 3 persons and asked if everything was ok. But without any explanations the bus left at the train station not the stop it was supposed to leave us. Everyone was asked to get out of the bus. No reimbursement of the tickets, nobody told us what was going on. Thanks a lot.

There are many different ways to travel between Naples airport and Napoli Centrale train station. Instead of taxi or Uber, I chose to take the dedicated bus. It's a proper full size city bus and it runs on schedule. I was able to follow the very good signage in the airport and then the marked walking route to the bus stop.

On boarding, the drive accepted €5 for the fare using my card as he did not have enough change to break the €50 I got from the airport ATM. There are seats and luggage storage but the bus was full enough that I was standing at the back with my rollaboard.

Ten or so minutes later, the bus made its one and only stop outside the train station. Super easy, super convenience. I'm not sure if there's still a discount for purchasing online as Lissa mentions in her 2015 review. As I won't be using the bus for the return, I didn't check.
