A huge site. There is excellent information posted at each major temple and site. It is very hot but there are trees and places to sit down. Take water and sunshade.
The ancient stone ruins are wonderful and the Temple of Concordia is immaculate. The telamons are huge and wonderful.
A full 4 hour walk.
This is a beautiful place and a must see if visiting Sicily. There is a huge carpark with great hourly or daily rate. Be aware though, that this is a huge park so visiting during the hot season maybe problematic for some(although, there is internal bus service available). There is plenty of free water taps to refill bottles so make sure you carry some flask or bottle with you.
An impressive site, with great views, stunning temples. Well worth the 15 Euro. That being said, I give fewer stars to the organization of the site, which lacked information and was somewhat disorganized at the west entrance.

Absolutely unmissable if you are anywhere near Agrigento. The remains of the temples are exceptional, the views are incredible... this was a tick off the bucket list and I highly recommend a visit. The walk is moderately easy (there is a shuttle for those who need it). One of the best places to visit in the whole of Sicily.
Smooth visit around 17:30. Great time to experience day and night view. You can reserve a ticket but need to stop at the ticket office again. The staff were super friendly and speak English. The parking in east entrance was really smooth and costs 3,3 euro for the whole visit. We just visited the vally and not the gardens and we thought it was sufficient.
We could see the ruins as we drove up to it and that got everyone excited. We bought the combo ticket for the ruins and the museum up the street for €20.

The ruins are protected but you can climb on some of the old walls and fallen stones. We had 2 hours to spend there and that passed by too quickly. Wish we had another hour at least.
They do have a small shuttle for €4 per person for those with mobility issues.
An absolutely stunning place. Quite a long walk from one end to the other, give yourself plenty of time and take water with you. The cafe half way is very welcoming and sensible prices.
The remains of the temples are simply incredible, the best I have ever seen.

This park was amazing !!! We went just before sunset, the temperature was perfect & the sun setting behind the temples was beautiful! Don't take the shuttle through the park, that's just a waste of money. We spent 2h30 in the park. Parking was €1 an hour. There are shops for food and drinks and a toilet. I would 100% recommend
We were here exactly on March 17, when the locals had a holiday, so there were a lot of people everywhere. Thanks to that, we spent some nice moments here and experienced very nice performances. Interesting to see that Greeks also lived in Italian Sicily. I recommend. Otherwise, we had to park our car at the bottom of the hill, they took us up by bus
Historical and very great ancient landscape.

This archeology park was great. Very little shade so might avoid in July. March was great. Spent 2 hours here.
The Greek Temples were constructed in the 5th Century BC on high ground gazing towards the Mediterranean Sea. The sedimentary rock used for construction was quarried nearby. The Temple of Concordia is a masterpiece of Greek history and one of the best preserved in the ancient world. Nearby are many abandoned tombs, graves and a necroplis.. There is also a large excavated town or city on the preservation area and a Greek theater is currently being excavated that might of accommodated 30,000 people. This is certainly a place not to miss during your visit to Sicily.

Ticket- 13 euro for adults. Time spent there -about two hours. We walked about 3km viewing the park. There is a bar where you can buy snacks and drinks. Very nice place to visit. Relaxing and amazing.

The Temple of Juno is truly awe-inspiring, serving as the first striking landmark upon entering the expansive park. The park itself is vast, adorned with impressive ancient ruins and magnificent views of the valleys.

Einfach eindrücklich, wie gut alles noch Erhalten ist. Da verblassen andere Orte mit griechischen Tempeln.
