Tall and ugly building at the top of Blackfriars Road, which is also full of tall dystopian buildings making it a constant cold wind tunnel with no character.

The worst thing about One Blackfriars is that it reflects the sun onto every other building nearby depending on the time of day and blinds all nearby. All you ever see is delivery drivers going in and out providing cold food to whoever lives there and can’t be bothered to leave the house.

The main occupants seem to be rich oriental people, which says it all about the priorities in this country these days when housing is affordable and unattainable for the country’s residents. This complex offers zero value to the area.

Incredibly professional, highly skilled & experienced with the best project management & communication we have ever come across. Our project is a complex 6 month structural & gut renovation of a Chelsea flat & rear garden, its awkward, labour intensive & high spec Adrian & his team are exceptional everything is being completed 100% on time & with maximum attention to detail. We did a full audit of their company reviews (checkatrade etc) before we contacted them, spoke with previous clients etc and found everyone gave them 10/10 on all counts. This was the only alarm, how could this firm be that good to get such high marks - believe me they are exactly that. They 100% take the fear out of using a building contractor and restored our faith in using such firms. Our neighbours both sides have even commented how noise & skips were managed so politely & professionally one has even employed them on a roof terrace project already. Fabulous place. Glad to be inside this famous London Skyscraper, the interior design is mind-blowing, nicely done - it reminds me of Mandarin Oriental Hotel also Shangri-La Hotel.

The project involved building rear extension in order to create a spacious living space, which was completed to a high standard. They refurbished the entire house, installing 2 new bathrooms and kitchen, underfloor heating and flooring throughout.They were very professional handling the project. We were very nervous choosing a refurb company as we were new to London but Adrian and his team of absolute superstars took a run down tired old apartment into literally something like you would see in 5 star luxury hotels, they are clean tidy brilliant at sending pics and updates we are so please we chase these guys as we spend a lot of time in Dubai so could not get too supervise as it happens we didn’t need too do Property refurbishment London take a bow you are a brilliant company you are our friends for life and also what charitable things you do for the kids in Madagascar sums you guys up keep up the great work

Thanks Flavio, Rob, Fedele who have been assisting us beyond extra miles. We were welcomed by confusions and surprises, our property manager agent unfortunately made us clueless about the proper arrangements needed to be done before we moved in ( gas, heater, welcoming letter for induction of the amenities, leftover 'trashes' from previous tenant, not to mention that when Flavio checked the gas meter, we found out that there's overdue payment from 'previous' tenant.

Period property, two level flat, complete refurbishment and extension. Adrian, Julian and team were great builders this was a major piece of work and the quality and care they showed was exceptional. Great communication throughout. three new bathrooms, extensive flooring new electrics and heating, three steel beams and perior plaster work replaced.

They sent to teenagers to varnish our work tops and they messed it up, no kitchen for almost two weeks. Every job they try and fix they will make worse

The irony is probably unintentional.

Looks futuristic and luxurious from the outside, however it is a terribly managed residential building. You can wait up to 10-15 minutes everyday for your lift. Concierge provides no service at all. They wont open your door nor help you with your luggages. They are chatting among themselves and have no experience of dealing with problems in the flats. There are many defects in the building, when reported, customer service do not care at all. Overall a terrible experience. Remember, if you ever order food deliveries, you are required to meet your courier downstairs at the lobby with your pyjamas, even if you spent 10 million pounds on your 4 bedroom penthouse in London.

I provided them with furniture and they never paid me

You will pay 4 thousand pound rent per month and have to wait 10 minutes each time for a lift. That's about 1 hour waiting for lift each day. In a week day, that's pretty much a quarter of your active time in the apartment you are going to spend waiting lift!!! They tell you there's only two lifts and one of them is for delivery staff and almost never available to residents. So basically it's 150 households sharing 1 lift. Occupancy rate now is only 40 percent...

GM maintenance were able to advise us to make our plans better. Amazing job in our bathroom. Polite always clean up properly after themselves every day. Very happy would recommend and use myself again. Tariq Raja.

A fantastic new mixed use development with great amenities, however, it's easy to get lost in the building as more signs and labels are needed. The apartments are decorated to an impressive standard and have excellent views of the City of London and River Thames.

Themis did an excellent job on our apartment. I was little bit sceptical in the beginning, but it was well worth it. Reasonable price and outstanding results on our project. I'm so happy with the updates we did. Thank you GR Maintenance.
