We went as a family, our stay was amazing. Service from reception to house keeping was excellent.
It would be very convenient and helpful if they had a buggy management system similar to JBH. Where there’s a concierge of sorts that communicates with the buggy drivers, resulting in minimizing the wait time for parents with kids waiting to go to the water park in the sweltering heat.
Small problem. Rest was excellent.

I think this hotel is more than 5* tbh. Rooms were excellent, service all round from the bell boys to cleaners was top notch. Breakfast was amazing. The pools and service at the pools was excellent. You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel, would come back in the future.

The Palm Tower reception team doing a great job. Cleaning staff do well job too.
But bar at the pool team is joke in uniform. Waiting time to order is 20 min , food is not good quality. Smell from restaurant is disturbing .kids under 5 years old go to adult pool, water is very polluted. Complaining not work. In rooms so much humidity because in building problems with plumbing. In some room have termites and insect.
So many my friend move out fast and not recommend.
Go to the beach was free before I rented and now is 300AED not include F&b and shuttle not alow to use.
This tower is big disappointment

We were 3 persons and stayed for 10 nights and had two suites. It was probably the best hotel and service we had ever experienced. Everyone without exception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a delight, as was the tea time and dinner in the lounge. There is a good selection of excellent restaurants in the hotel, and there are more in the nearby Atlantis Palm. The rooms are large and very well appointed, but the highlight is definitely the staff, starting from the drivers, to room service, the cleaners and to the butlers. We will definitely go again.

We booked this hotel because of its location and we were not disappointed. Easy parking, easy check in, Dani was very helpful, kind and also upgraded us, during our stay she was always smiling and offering to assist.
Our room was beautiful, great sea view, comfortable bed and nice balcony.
Peaceful night sleep. The breakfast buffet was very busy but had a lot of staff so it was perfect, lots of choice, great coffee and a nice view.
We went to the beach, again, the staff were very helpful, they put towels on our bed and kept giving menus and checking all was well. There are many beds. What a great weekend stay, the hotel is very well managed but it's definitely the staff that make it great

They are just give discount offer to residence( rich people) but on the same time they are not giving offer to bike delivery Riders security and generator( poor people)

I have bad experience while I have visited a resident at the north or at the south Fairmount Resident were staying at the short term, I was trying to park my car for a while to drop food up to the apartment which i have visited and the security was so helpful, gave me plot to park and i should return to my car to remove it some other place, I shocked after someone whom speaking Arabic was sitting at his car talking on the phone afternoon time, with normal clothes not work uniform, coming around me shouting and raise his voice and remove your car I am the manager which the security has accept o give me nicely the access, it was very bad attitude and followed me to lift and keep talking not in the right way, while other receptions and others 2-3 security was there and saw the bad behaver and totally wrong attitude he made. This happen 2022. Summer time July- August, I wasn't have the time to make complain about what happened but because the scenario never forgetting and it is really hurts deep inside this happens in Dubai UAE while here the most highly grateful low. Thank you

Absolutely amazing experience, breathtaking views. Unbelievable what they achieved here and was nice to hear the history about the area and how they managed to undertake such an enormous project. The tour at the palm tower included a short film documentary and museum to give some in-depth knowledge of how it began, before taking the lift up to the observation desk. There was no time limits and we spent around 3 hours here, we ate at the cafe which was delicious and made the most of the views. One of my favourite visits on our holiday to Dubai.

The most modern and state of the art residential/ commercial area of Dubai.

I really loved living here until West Beach opened. All of the beach-side bars play loud music all day until late hours. We tried everything to get the sound at an acceptable level - police, in-person complaining, addressing the issue as a group of tenants, ... - unfortunately the loud music always comes back.

Besides the noise, the prices (gym, swimming pool membership, bars, restaurants) also sky-rocketed. I really miss the old times!

We spent some time walking around The Palm Tower on Sunday 22/01/23 before heading up to the spectacular views. The Tower it's self looks amazing from the ground floor with it's solid modern look. Highly recommend a stroll around the tower structure before heading up for the views.

Beware! With the recent opening of a number of nightclubs on West Beach, these apartments now suffer from noise late in to the night. Even with all windows and doors closed, you can feel the bass in your apartment. Noise complaints from residents are ignored. West beach has become a party place, not a place for people to live!

Beautiful homes. Great view. Some homes looked like a palace. Homes are huge. Would love to see the inside of the home.

One short male in employee in the gift shop was extremely rude. He really did understand English and was screaming at the top of his lung.

Those who designed this urban complex really have something to be proud of. Everything is done at a very high level - transport infrastructure, an abundance of restaurants and cafes, a general view. The buildings in the area are a separate story. The variety of forms, buildings, the view of the evening JLT is impressive. It really is a place where you want to come back.

The View of Palm Jumeirah is breathtaking.

52nd floor! It’s entrance is from Nakheel Mall.
Requires tickets, which are little expensive for sunset time (4.30pm-7.30pm). But it’s a view one of its kind, totally worth it. Don’t buy fast track, it’s rarely required (unless you don’t mind spending that extra cash).

If you are ready to spend 100 AED for normal hours, better to spend 158 for sunset as it’s the best time.

There is a nice cafe on the top, do enjoy a coffee there with the best views of the palm. Consider spending at least 2 hours taking photos and enjoying a drink.

Fantastic location with great views towards Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa in the distance. Surrounded by the Palm crescent and associated hotels. Great for a stroll on the beach in the winter months.

The apartment needs a revamp. A the washroom is due an upgrade. Toilet didn't flush very well.

The spare toilet was quite smelly when we first moved in.

Outdoor pool, beach and restaurants. However you will need a re-connent access card to use the gym, some outdoor pools and beach facilities.

The apartment balcony door had no key available. Safety hazard for children and whilst staying in the apartment we lost power for most of the day.

There is on site parking available and a supermarket close by which resembles closely to the lidil or Aldi.

AC/Heating available in all the rooms.

WiFi, a bit weak in some of the rooms.

Rented the apartment during our vacation.

Just 8 minutes walk from DMCC metro station. Its a residential building with 30+ floors, restaurants and businesses at ground floor. I dont think theres wheel chair accessibility because I had to use the stairs to get to the first floor where the elevator is.

One of the best

Very far from most tourist places in Dubai. Would be better to stay downtown or Bur Dubai. Only near to the Walk and even that's not walking distance. And if I wanted to go to a beach, I would go to a beach resort not to JLT. We spent half of our vacation trying to reach places on time because of the distance. Finally gave up on the metro too. So to say the metro is just nearby but when you actually walk it is a minimum 20 mins walking distance.

Stayed in a great apartment. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Metro, the marina and JBR also within a short walk. Great views at night

Bista solutions DMCC office in JLT cluster F. It provides business solutions for enhancing the quality business. Provides unique business and customised solutions.

Not good for residential and also no maintenance. The management of Building management is not cooperative I do not recommend housing where the inconvenience so bad due to the non-soundproofed windows

Plus it's a paradise for foodies, restaurants serving all around the world cousins.

Metro is at walking distance.
Taxis can be found at doorsteps.

Evening walk around the lake is best place to be.

The only way to pay for parking is by SMS and for non Dubai drivers you have to create an account in mParking by RTA, register your car and SMS then.
