The Palm Tower reception team doing a great job. Cleaning staff do well job too.
But bar at the pool team is joke in uniform. Waiting time to order is 20 min , food is not good quality. Smell from restaurant is disturbing .kids under 5 years old go to adult pool, water is very polluted. Complaining not work. In rooms so much humidity because in building problems with plumbing. In some room have termites and insect.
So many my friend move out fast and not recommend.
Go to the beach was free before I rented and now is 300AED not include F&b and shuttle not alow to use.

Absolutely amazing experience, breathtaking views. Unbelievable what they achieved here and was nice to hear the history about the area and how they managed to undertake such an enormous project. The tour at the palm tower included a short film documentary and museum to give some in-depth knowledge of how it began, before taking the lift up to the observation desk. There was no time limits and we spent around 3 hours here, we ate at the cafe which was delicious and made the most of the views. One of my favourite visits on our holiday to Dubai.
Amazing view! we saw from the top everything perfectly! I recommend to go when the sun is not so strong or take your sun glasses.
We spent some time walking around The Palm Tower on Sunday 22/01/23 before heading up to the spectacular views. The Tower it's self looks amazing from the ground floor with it's solid modern look. Highly recommend a stroll around the tower structure before heading up for the views.
Beautiful homes. Great view. Some homes looked like a palace. Homes are huge. Would love to see the inside of the home.
One short male in employee in the gift shop was extremely rude. He really did understand English and was screaming at the top of his lung.

The View of Palm Jumeirah is breathtaking.
52nd floor! It’s entrance is from Nakheel Mall.
Requires tickets, which are little expensive for sunset time (4.30pm-7.30pm). But it’s a view one of its kind, totally worth it. Don’t buy fast track, it’s rarely required (unless you don’t mind spending that extra cash).
If you are ready to spend 100 AED for normal hours, better to spend 158 for sunset as it’s the best time.
There is a nice cafe on the top, do enjoy a coffee there with the best views of the palm. Consider spending at least 2 hours taking photos and enjoying a drink.

Dont stay more than 1 hour ... Omg the head ache after staying long was terriblem

For lowe levels it 180 per head bu the view is different with long glasses
You also have a restaurant and souvenir shop at the deck !!!
