I have been live in this building for many years.
Great condo management. Ms. Pamela is very nice and helpful.

The management here at delcondos is absolutely incompetent-
1. The spa is out of service most of the year
2. One elevator is down most of the year (total 4 elevators. One extra down elevator means 30-40mins of waiting, it’s very frequent).
3. Thieves broke into cars in P2 recently (P2 is residential parking with fob access only, security is zero)
4. The current maintenance is $870pm as of Sept 2024

Elevators break down all the time and stairs are awkwardly laid out. They haven’t bothered fixing the spa for months and give no updates.

Otherwise the building management provides decent updates and info about other things through emails and buildinglink.

But For what you pay to live here, you’d expect better. No bench press, squat rack, late A/C, and huge deposits for everything including the bbq

I am one of the unit owners and whenever I need help I will reach out to Pamela. Pamela has always been extremely helpful and addresses any issues I have thoroughly. Whenever I write an email or leave a voicemail she makes it a priority to return them.

This building has some of the best management in the city and probably in the GTA, and the security is top tear.

Worst condo management EVER. Garage door that has never been maintained over the years. Crashed on top of my car when exiting and the management told me it was all my fault and I would have to pay for any garage door damages. Refuses to send me footage of the incident even when they have it. Get out now while you can. Worst experience of my life.

I deal with many Property Management but I experienced that the staff at Chicago Condo are amazing. The Property manager & the staff at "CityTowers Property management" are very responsive, fast and ethical. They are patience and try their very best to help out. This is what we like. I purchased my unit at Chicago Condominiums before it was actually built. I'm an original owner and I'm proud of out. Pamela Goodman has been a joy to work with. She is very professional honest and willing to help where she can. Pamela's efforts has made this building stay current and safe in all the possible ways. The staff here are helpful and consistent. A tenant shared this with me , she was looking to rent and move into a bigger unit, looking at many other buildings in the area she has decided to stay in the Chicago building , why, because and I qoute "this building is one of if not the best in the area it's safe clean and has beautiful amenities and a very efficient property manager".
Congratulations team ! and thank you for protecting our residence and keeping them safe .

The staff at Chicago are among the best in the industry, from property management to the cleaning crew. I would especially like to thank property manager Pamela for always taking the time to resolve any issues or concerns I might have and dealing with them in a professional and prompt manner and making my family feel like we weren’t just another unit number in the building. The entire staff at Chicago that I have encountered are very warm hearted, respectful , and always ready to greet you with a smile along with a helping hand if ever needed. One thing that I think may go unnoticed is how well kept and clean this building is. Thank you to the staff at Chicago because you may live in a desirable condo but if the people who run it and maintain it are less than desirable , this will make all the difference in living comfortably with peace of mind that outside your personal suite things are taken care of. As a resident of Chicago for many years, I am extremely pleased with the care and attention all the staff put in. I recently had a situation where I needed help. Pamela Goodman who manages the property was always available to assist me and updated me throughout. The concierges Brian and Abid were wonderful too. Pamela, Brian and Abid are extremely professional and helpful and make you feel like family. I am very greatful to have them at Chicago.

I own a unit in Chicago Condominiums. As I sit of a Board for another condominium I can recognize a well run building. Vadim and Pamela the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager run a tight ship. Every part of the building is constantly being maintained and updated. Even the walls of the underground parking and the lines in the pavement have been repainted. Brian Security Supervisor and Abid Afternoon Guard are at all times professional and efficient. In my view my maintenance dollar is being well spent at Chicago Condominiums and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and relatives to purchase a unit there.

We live in One Park Tower since many years. It's one of the best buildings in SQ1 area. We definitely love the Architecture and the location.

However, this review is to express our extreme gratitude to the management team for their hard work and dedication to make living in One Park Tower enjoyable, comfortable, and hustle free.

Special thanks to the new manager, Stephanie, the positive changes and many improvements you brought are showing in every corner of the property.

Love the new building, very clean and professionally maintained with 24hr security.Extremely well connected and busstop door step. Excellent amenities with outdoor pool.New LRT is being built at doorstep under construction.Good size apartments with extra big dens with big washrooms . Square one mall 5min drive. Many restaurants and big stores 5min walk.

I have been here for a year and half now and there have been constant issues with beg bugs and roaches. The apartments are spacious but that’s about it. Building amenities have not been operational since I moved. Not worth it!

The best place to live! Location is great, 5 minutes away from square one. 10 minutes away from 2 costcos, big gym, nice swimming pool. Absolutely love it! 10/10

Very well managed building. Super friendly owners and renters. My wife and I moved here 4 weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with this home.

I live here

We lived here from summer 2021 until a year later. Shortly after moving in we were quickly counting down the days until we could move out. This building is nice from the outside but very tiny inside the apartments. Our unit didnt even have a linen closest and it was one plus a den. The den had no door, was very tiny and easily could have been a closet. The balconys are also very tiny. I have seen a lot of reviews complaining about the front desk staff and the construction. Sadly its true, the front desk are rude and unhelpful. We couldnt freely use the gym, we had to let the front desk open it and half the time they werent at the desk and many times we caught them fully asleep at the desk as well. Between the massive condo construction next door that will block most or all of the view some sides have (the drilling was so bad our furniture was marking the walls because of the rumbling) the LRT construction on hurontario and the constant traffic on that same road, this condo was anything but calm. Save your money and rent or buy elsewhere, everyone we spoke to agreed the units are small. They also hate dogs, they make it almost impossible for you to have one. Constant emails go out about rules, we had less rules living at home with our parents. Our neighbours were very loud at all hours of the day and night. If you do move here avoid the floor with the party room on it or a good nights sleep is impossible, kids running up and down the hallways. Screaming. We could go on and on, save your money and DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Worst building to live in all of Mississauga. A joke. Fires in the building. Elevators down getting stuck in them and waiting 20 mins for elevator. Tenants have no common sense or respect crowd and push into you in elevator even when it is full. Building staff accessing your unit every other month for inspections. Very loud construction right beside. The list goes on. Do not rent here

If you own a dog don't live here have to walk 2 flights of stairs and back up because dogs are not allowed in common areas rediciules you have to walk down 2 flights of stairs and back up and I have a knee injury wish We never moved in here can't wait to leave hated here managment should worry about people that smoke mariuana on there balcony can't even enjoy my balcony because of the smell and that sense comes through the wents to disgusting

What does security do during the night hours? Because I know it isn’t regulating the constant noise coming from the engine revving competition going on in the parking lot after 11pm. It’s incredibly disruptive to those who actually live in the condo and whose units face the parking lot.

Recently booked a cleaning service for our house which we’re about to sell. I’m very pleased with the work done since the staff was able to remove the left over debris from the renovation we just did. Really happy working with Brian because he was able to accommodate my requests. Would definitely book them for my regular home cleaning moving forward! Thank you!!!

I would like to share my experience as a condo owner living on the ground floor at One Park Tower. I have a small chihuahua and the condo is a pet friendly condo. However the rails on the gate is too wide and my chihuahua can run through the gate onto the Main Street. I found a solution which was to put very thin chicken wire at the bottom portion of the gate. This has been up for months and never an issue. It can be barely seen a few feet away. After they sent me a letter stating it is exclusive to the condo, I was recommended by the district manager to send an appeal email to the board. The board did not even give an explanation as to why other then that if they say yes to me they have to say yes to everyone, this isn’t true because that’s the whole point of an appeal. Also the chicken wire especially in the spring and summer will be hidden by the bushes anyways. They also did not send any possible reasonable solutions to show they’re willing to work with me. I’ve since then sent a follow up email further explaining why I need the wire and other possible solutions. I do not recommend this condo as a place to live and honestly I will be moving and renting it out as soon as I can. It seems like this isn’t a home but just apartment units.

Management is horrible. Every day new rules don't do this and that. Management behaves as if this is the only building in the whole world. You can't have wreaths at doors "due to potential fire hazards."

I rent on a penthouse and its so dusty. They hardly clean any vents. The security entered my apartment without knocking, just unlocked and came in, all because i had put wet blanket outside to dry and was dripping a little bit of water down. What happens when it rains?.. Other time i asked them to come clean the filter, they didn't come for weeks, i ended up changing filter myself. Other time i asked them if they can open the air conditioning, they didn't. They turn it off in the end of the summer and some days it gets as hot as 29.5c inside the apartment, its so unaffordable. The management do nothing to fix these issues. Quite disappointed with my stay. The other day someone in the parking was tailgating my car the whole way out and was getting aggressive about it. Its so unacceptable... 🙄

its inconvenient having no parking spots, one of the security told me to park in a fire route spot (I had no idea it was a fire route area due to poor lighting at night and I was visiting) & gave me a permit, I asked him if he was sure that this was okay and he said yes!, I came back at 6am and seen $175 ticket on my vehicle, management office took forever to speak to me and I got a hold of Caroline who didn't want to look into the cameras to witness the situation and took no responsibility regarding their employee giving wrong direction and falsifying information!

Other security staff like Nathan S and Andre are always on point.. they're who the one star goes to if anything.

Also there's other issues regarding the poor maintenance of the building, from the unbalanced temperature changes to the nasty unfiltered air ventilation, the security desk is dusty...
It's sad seeing how seniors who don't have the energy and time to deal with these situations have to live with such a unpleasant environment!!!

SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE PROPER ACTION!
I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here or taking direction from security.

It's always been a great and safe place for me. 👍

Lifts breakdown often which leads to waiting times during peak hours but overall nice condos. Good people and nice amenities. Stone throw away from MISSISSAUGA city Center.
