Easy to get in, good luck getting out after an event! Best to park away from the car park and walk if you can

Do not prebook parking here it's a scam. We were asked to still park on the way out. Then we were held to ransom to leave. The event was very stressful. Sydney Olympic Park is an embarrasement to Sydney.

Stuck in car park after the everasense concert. Waited awhile till they got things moving along the staff were the best. Kind, funny and well aware of there job. Thanks for a great night

You need to pay at the vendor machine and then you can get out of the parking lot. This one is the closest to the ARENA.

Went onto the Secure parking website to Book P1 but ended up with P4 even though we were on there site for P1. Beware if there scheme tactics. Never got to use this carpark and ended up walking 15mins from P4 to Qudos Bank Arena even thought we wanted P1 right next door. Really annoyed and disappointed with the whole booking system and the unclear booking details. Will never use any of these carpark agains. They won’t even respond to emails asking for answers. They just want the money don’t care about the hard working individuals that pay for it.

Really disappointing. We pre-booked parking and there was no one on entry to assist with this and we were required to print a ticket. When leaving again there was little assistance given we pressed the require assistance to be told the number on our ticket was invalid. Finally the parking attendant came over and inserted our ticket which showed a price is $18(I had paid $30 for the pre pay) the attendant then spoke to the rude voice in the box, finally we could exit. You would think with the large volume of traffic coming in and out of SOP, parking would be an area they would invest in, it was a terrible entry and exit experiance, especially as we had made the effort to pre-book as recommended on the website.

It took us over an hour to get out of the parking area. Some people tried pushing in front of other cars that had been waiting for a while, and someone didn't have any patients they kept blowing their horn as if we could move forward. Need to have staff around to keep the traffic flowing otherwise secure parking

P1 is the closest parking to Qudos Bank Arena - about 250m. The car entrance is located Edwin Flack Ave, the pedestrian entrance is via Level 3 that leads directly Qudos Bank Arena and the stadium. The car spaces are quite large which is great for bigger vehicles.
Pre-paid parking is a must for major events and tickets need to be printed. Escalators, open stairs and lifts available to each level. Toilets are also available on level 5 and at the pedestrian entry on level 3 (they may be available on other levels as well). Vending machines with snacks and drinks on Level 3 pedestrian entry.
Exiting the car park after an event can take up to an hour so patience, toilets and snacks are all good to have.
