I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I agree with other reviewers that can't believe these people stay in business. The lack of professionalism and the excessive rudeness made me instantly regret giving them any of my money! I wish I had read previous reviews before pulling in to that "waste of time"alleged business. Their tip jar is a joke . It must be dusty in there with cobwebs lol. Keep driving...you'll be glad you did.

Came here to post a review and I read the others, and am not surprised.
The rudeness and unprofessionalism of all the employees here is outrageous. I do not understand how they are allowed to stay in business.
1. There are signs everywhere (and on the ticket) saying to text to have them retrieve the car 20 minutes ahead of time. I did so, showed up, and had the employee repeatedly yell “no texting at night!” even though I was not arguing and had simply handed him the ticket already. There was no signs anywhere to say that texting at night was not the proper procedure. He then took over 15 minutes to actually get the car, and when he came back he stormed off yelling “you turn left and you go away!” As I stood there dumbfounded, and holding his tip which he ignored.
2. The day before, I had a reservation and needed to extend it. The employees proceeded to direct me to different kiosks, employees, etc all the while arguing amongst themselves about how I should make this change. They certainly were not motivated to help me in any way. In the end, they told me I needed to make a whole new (overlapping) reservation, meaning I double paid for an 8 hour period simply because their systems (or their understanding of their systems) left me no other alternative.
3. The day before, I saw the employees harassing another customer, asking her aggressively “where is your car?” To which she replied “you have it, and I have been waiting for 30 minutes.” Why else would they think she was standing there waiting?
4. Not exactly their fault, but be aware there is a foreign transaction fee and I saw nowhere on the website to make the reservation that this would be a foreign transaction.

This was a reasonable price for a parking garage in Long Island City. The car was ready and waiting when we arrived to pick it up, so it was an easy check out. The staff is helpful and kind. It was better than I expected for a overnight parking experience.

Was charged $5 for being there for entering. They claim I was there for “5 minutes” and proceeds to charge me even though they clearly knew I was instructed to come in thinking my parking reservation was at this lot.
Staff yelled and got upset with me for questioning this policy. Refuses to give me her name and tells me to call 311 to ask for her name.
I still don’t understand why she refused to give me her name if she’s “doing what she’s told”.

Excellent service! The monthly parking is so worth it, as there are never parking spots available in this area. Gustavo, Milton, & José are absolutely wonderful attendants!

Great lot , very convenient to court square. The cost was $11.25 for about 4 hrs. max parking is $20/ day. The entire lot is managed well and clean .

I wish I can give no star. This place is one of the most unprofessional mismanaged parking lots I've ever had the misfortune of using. They had the audacity to give my car key (card) to another customer who left. Manager was no where to be found and NO ONE wants to help at all. They messed up but did nothing to rectify the issue. If I did not have my key linked to my phone, I would have been left stranded and god knows what they would do to my car since it was parked blocking in multiple cars in the lower level of parking lot. I had to go to retrieve my car myself by unlocking it with my phone. No refund, no "I'm sorry" no nothing. I left the lot fuming.

Most of the crew are great. However, the guy named Ramos who works at night, lied about the malfunction of the door and the key box. He even had an attitude and threatened the customers.

Every time I came my car is not ready. Once they could not find the key, our key was locked, or they couldn’t find my car. Zero star!

It's a fine parking garage, conveniently located near Court Square subway entrance. I was caught off guard thinking there was free parking on a public holiday (Memorial Day) but nope, had to pay that day.
There is very little signage describing the hourly rates. Additionally, I'm pretty sure the lady who took my cash payment didn't give me the right amount of change back (was missing $0.50).

One of the guys here has been extremely rude to my girlfriend and I. No idea what sparked this, but every time we pick up our car he yells at us for asking for our car as if we’ve inconvenienced him. Kinda your job tho my guy. Just today, my girlfriend requested for our car and he yelled at her because he was not used to seeing her as the one driving, even though we have always been together to retrieve our car. He then yelled at her to inspect the car, but without much reason or explanation. Very strange behavior, unprofessional, and extremely out of pocket.

Disappointed that texting to have your car brought up and ready doesn’t actually do anything. I texted at 11:00 am to have my car brought up with an ETA of 11:30 am. I found myself having it wait 10-15 mins upon arrival at 11:30 for the valet to bring down my car. Otherwise, the valet guys themselves are pretty nice and seem to care for the vehicles. The lot itself is huge and very clean.

Parking is a ripoff cashless which translate to they will charge your card multiple times for the same fee. Worth the trip to the college point Target where parking is FREE!!!!!

STAY AWAY!! The employees have no idea what’s going on. Sometimes they let you park there, sometimes they don’t. Eduardo refused to let me park in an open space and told me I was safe to park on the street while I picked up my girlfriend inside and 10min later I have a $95 ticket.

The parking attendants that work here are INCREDIBLY rude. They don’t accept payments on weekends and when I asked why because I was unfamiliar with their rules they both immediately began screaming at me for no reason! They should be fired for the way they treat people and should not be allowed to work in a city-owned parking lot.

I am a monthly customer for 2 years. All was good until they started filling as many cars as possible, expect dents, scratches every month since the cars are so obstructed and close to each other. The attendants look friendly but couldn’t care less about your car, I’ve seen at least twice when they hit the cars then walked away as if nothing happened. 3 star for I did have good experience the first year. 1 star for last quarter when they give me new scratches every month.

Even when you order a car an hour in advance, you will be waiting there for 30 minutes. I wish they were busy, but they just talking on the phone. When you ask where is my car, they , you don’t see, we are busy. So, should I request my car one day in advance? So impolite and and unprofessional.

Normally I will not leave a comment on a public website. However I had a really annoying experience with One Parking. After I remove my vehicle, I am still receiving their bills for over three months. I have contacted them numerous times, but looks like it does not work.

Very convenient and fair priced. Paid 14$ for 5 hours parking at night. There are elevators on all floors.

Quite competitive pricing for this area ($300 per month). But you have to reserve a spot online every month and go to the lot in-person to pay for it—I’m sure there are ways to be more efficient w/ everyone’s time such as paying online? Also, it offers semi-covered (vs. fully covered) parking, thus your car gets quite dusty in no time. The bumps by the entrance and exit of the garage a annoying but can live w/ them.

$10 for 12 hours is a steal here in NYC. Plus you have access to the 7 train which is a few blocks away. For all 5 years here I've been using my commuter card at this facility.
It was explained to me by the manager. The pay station window is for cash only transactions. However if you decide to use your card; you will need to just insert it into the ticket machine at the exit. It's very simple. Place your ticket in and it reads you the amount owed. Then place your card in the machine and the machine will return your card and print a receipt. Once that happens the gate opens and you can leave the facility.

I parked at this parking lot for almost 7yrs and had no issues until now. I understand you have to increase your price but to almost double it is insane. They are taken full advantage of the growth in the area.

Parking is okay. But charges too much for too little time. If there were employees more at the register and faster workers then I wouldn't mind. Basically you have to rush in there to shop and hoping you did not forget anything. You're lucky if the self scan machines are empty or there's no one at the register. I am talking about Target but this goes to all the stores in this mall and also goes how to the Queen Center Mall. They should at least give 2 hours for the price that they charge for 1 hour of parking.

It's a great place for parking. Either ways they've very reasonable prices then other nearby parking garages. So I'm glad about having the advantage, and there services.

they will rip you off whenever they can. Went in at 8 pm in night, leave at 2 pm the next day, they charge me for 2 whole days of parking. All the Spanish lady told me is that "its the rule". I'm not sure what planet you are from, but on earth 8 pm to 2 pm does not count as 48 hours!

The guy who runs the place at night gets mad at very small things. He has practically nothing to do, yet when he finially had something to do he starts complaining and pointing fingers at people. The place only accepts cash but doesn't say that anywhere. The staff is disgusting and the business is run poorly.
