The parking is conveniently located. Julian assisted us with parking, patiently explained everything, and was very kind and friendly. Thank you for your help, Julian; it was nice to meet you!

WARNING!!!
THIS CAR PARK steal MONEY!!!!

yesterday, i park car there and leave them a key, when i get home, my cash on the car all gone and i call the car park for this reasson and they talking very rude. Now, we have to go straight to police station near by to solve that problem.

Please be careful guys!!!!
I’ve never had the urge to rate a carpark until today. The service received yesterday from the attendant was unexpected, remarkable and very appreciated.
Spots were super tight but the attendant was really hospitable.

Good option in a pinch :)
Enough space and car spots to find your next parking.
Not sure how this carpark is compliant
Super narrow driveway; columns and sharp corners

Not the cheapest if you wanna park more than 4hrs. Short term parking is pretty reasonable price. Really convenient spot right in the city. Carpark closes at 6pm.

Friendly staff but I will never park here again they had left my lights on drained my battery and needed a jump start. To be paying over $65 for parking just for my car to be drained is completely unacceptable.

It is a joke, don’t park here, massive queue to pay at the machines, often out of order, you can use a cc at the exit but no efpos. I can see 3 parking staff waiting around while people are lining up for 20 min to pay their ticket.

Do NOT enter using your bank card if you want $20 all-day parking. Please press the button and take a paper ticket. To redeem the $20 parking spend $1 at either Woolies, BigW, or Dan Murphy's, make sure you get a paper receipt. At the pay machines on B1, put the paper ticket in, then scan the barcode on the receipt and then pay. You must follow this order otherwise you will be charged full rates. The machine will give you a paid ticket that you can use to leave the car park. If you enter using a bank card Wilson will not help you, if you do the wrong order on the payment machine Wilson will not help you. I write this review in the hopes that other Melbournians can avoid being scammed by Wilson. Wilson is a greedy corporation that in my opinion is actively breaking the Australian Consumer Law.
This car park is not suitable for modern vehicles. The size of the car parks is just about manageable but the drive ways are way too tight and you can quickly get stuck! Terrible experience. Will never return.
Meh. Very tight spots and manouvering; several of the levels are reserved so it's a bit of a drive up to casual parking levels. Prices at the "high normal" level.

Rip off prices $50 for 2 hours. Cannot see prices before entering. Impossible to blackout without entering.
Decent carpark, but they have hand-amended the early bird conditions on the sign at the exit and threatened to charge me $80 instead of $21.

The website says exit before close, which it lists separately as 7pm. The sign at the entrance said exit by 7pm. The sign at the exit has a sticker over the 7 saying 6:30pm.

Too expensive when I parked there on a weekday evening. I could have parked paying parking meter on street for cheaper. When I returned, the code they gave to open the door didn’t work. Had to call to get the door opened.

Great location situated literally I the middle of the city. Cheap early ird rates and safe. Rates are very reasonable and cars are safe with camares and security patrolling.
I have a small car (Corolla), but even so struggled significantly to navigate the very tight spaces in this car park. Parts of the car park were one way, so that meant for lots of jams and time to practice patience. I did however manage to find one spot on a Saturday afternoon. Will not be attempting to park here in future and will opt for parking further from the CBD from which I'll walk in.
Three stars because it’s close to the hotel & convenient, but as a car park it’s awful.
The hotel offers a valet parking service or the option to self park for a lower price (currently $42 p/n vs $64). USE THE VALET PARKING!!! The extra $22 isn’t worth the amount of stress involved in trying to park in the tiny, cramped spaces, liberally dotted with supporting pillars! Especially when it’s a hire car you’re not familiar with. I can’t believe we didn’t take a photo of it, it was horrendous 😂 But we can look back on it & laugh now!
There aren’t many spaces, and the instructions via intercom were unclear - “Park on level 2”. Well, there are levels B1, B2 & B3, turns out level 2 was B3, as once we got down there, there was a sign stating Novotel only. We then had no idea how to get out, ended up exiting via a fire exit, which was quite circuitous. Some clearer instructions on how to use the parking service would be greatly appreciated.
Also, the only pedestrian access is via the vehicle ramp, which is quite steep - if you have poor mobility you won’t manage it.
Super friendly and helpful staff!! Amazing breakfast!!

Probably better than other city parking, i'd argue its easier to navigate, however some parking spots are smaller than others.
weekend and night flat rate are decent, otherwise go online to save some bucks. Near to most things in the area.

Good flat rate on a public holiday. I have been stung here before on a weekday. Can be very pricey if you don't read the signs properly.

Good rate for weekend parking. We arrived around midday and eventually found a few parking spaces available on level B3 after 10 minutes circling around. Great that each space is numbered.
Took us 20 minutes sitting on the exit ramp to leave via Little Lonsdale Street, should avoid this exit. Maybe Lonsdale Street exit is better?
- Taffic Light at Little Lonsdale and Russel Street intersection poorly timed, always blocking exit with street traffic.
- lots of Pedestrians coming across exit also causing stops.
- Customers using Credit Card to paid at exit and fumbling their cards also causes more hold ups. Quicker to pay at pay stations.

Park here if you want to damage your car.
Ca park is poorly designed deceptive in the sense that it looks like there is room for 2 cars going in opposite directions to pass each other safely, turns out no. Now the entire side of my car is scraped from trying to turn a corner without cutting in front of someone going the opposite direction. Cant believe I have to pay money to park here.

Worst carpark service I ever seen, after doing 10 hours shift, paid my ticket, car park roller door wasn't working, pressed intercom, person answered, said all doors are broken won't work, advised can't get hold of management and security is not available, after waiting 1.5 hours, we finally opened door manually, also advised it might take all night for someone to arrive to have a look, avoid this carpark because if you get stuck no one will help you!

This is the worst car park customer service I have ever experienced. Firstly, the guy over there asked me to leave my car and he will park it which is not the best thing because they can easily scratch it , but that wasn't really my issue. When I came back , I told him that I lost my ticket and it was less than 2 hours but he insisted to charge me for the maximum charge despite seeing me when I came and taking the key from me .
I aksked him to look at the cameras to confirm exactly what time I came but he refused saying that he doesn't have access to it although he is the manager ( or he is just claiming) .
Alao refused Refused to give me his name so it's not to be mentioned in the review
No wonder they have the lowest rating 2.5 *

Card pay machines on Level 1 & 2 not accepting cash or credit card. It does accept credit card tap at exit when you insert your ticket there at barrier arm. Not well sign posted. Hope this helps someone else.

This has to be the worst parking garage in Melbourne by far. One lane entrance & exit provides ample opportunity for traffic jams and all sorts of diabolical chaos. The garage is a nightmare to navigate, with parks seemingly placed at random leading you to be potentially boxed in. The ramps are narrow and the corners are blind so buckle up and hope for the best. I would definitely recommend keeping a holy book of your preferred faith on your person when visiting this parking garage (and maybe something for self defence)

AVOID AT ALL COST -one entry/exit only. This carpark is chaos. I didn’t read the reviews prior to using, what a mistake. It is one of the most stressful carparks I’ve used as there is only one gate to exit/enter via a one way lane and the parking spots are narrow as are the turning circle throughout.

The machine is not working. It's hard for anyone who don't carry cash. We are lucky today. Tap and go is not working in Level 1. Please fix it ASAP. ALL customers please do carry cash if you are interested in entering Level 1. The note says it's cashless and mobile payments not accepted. Too strange it actually accepts coins only. Card payment is not working. So do carry cash if you are entering Level 1.

The worst car park I’ve ever been to. After navigating the chaotic single boom gate for entry and exit, the car park was horrific. It was barely wide enough for one car to get through the tight turns and extremely steep ramps with low roof clearance. Once getting to the top level to find a park, the entire place was full and we had to start the terrifying drive to exit down. Save yourself the stress and scratches to your car and find another car park, literally anything is better than this.

Most ridiculous car park I’ve ever encountered. I and around 12 other cars spent 45 mins trying to get out of this crazy place, one boom gate for entry and exit is insane and traffic was queued up on either side, with no one understanding how the hell to get in or out and no room to get out of gridlock. Called the intercom for help numerous times with no reply and when someone finally answered was unhelpful and refused to come down to sort the situation out. Tiny parking spots and dangerous to drive up/down levels because it was so narrow.
Should be bulldozed.

Closes at 7pm and sign is hard to see when entering, we were dining in restaurant across so left at 10pm and the car was stuck in there overnight. We had to get public transport home and pick up in the morning. Fee is also high compared to other city parking, don’t waste your money.
Minimal signs on how to get out and what time they were operational. Branded to trap people in and waste their money, Maha restaurant is the only reason I was able to get my car out. Not worth the inconvenience.

A massive thank you to the man working at the Little Collins entrance on Thursday 2nd December around midday. You were so helpful and considerate and really made what was a stressful day a little bit easier!! Thank you ☺️
Wins the prize for WORST communication ever. No signs whatsoever when carpark pulls gates closed at 7.30, so no way to work out how to exit carpark, although late departure is allowed. Thanks to Maha restaurant across the laneway for advice on how to use hidden scanner, located in darkened alcove, with no signs whatsoever. Another 4 customers assisted, who like us, were completely befuddled about getting their cars out. Please add some basic communications/signs.

We parked our car in Greenco car park on Saturday 19 June 2021 around 10.45 am and went shopping in the city. At 5.45 pm I received a notification emails informing me that the “Find my phone” service had been switched off on my Ipad and the apple ID password had been changed. I suspected trouble and we hurried to our car. My Ipad was left in the car, as well as that day shopping items and our personal things: chargers, clothes, perfume, other house and car keys etc. We had expensive shopping and other things in the car as we were going for an overnight trip. As soon we reached the car I saw that driver side window got opened and all our staff were stolen. We called the police straight away and they advised us to call the car park management and request to retrieve the video. We dialled car park management and informed them about the theft. The staff was rude and mentioned that they do not have cameras everywhere. We asked if they have cameras on the same floor we parked. The answer was, that they have many multilevel car parks and none of them has cameras on every floor. We raised our concern that a lot of things are stolen, instead of advising anything, the staff mentioned that it's our liability and the rules are stated when entering the car park. Additionally, the car park staff rudely declared that, if the police wants footage they have to send a formal request by email.

This was our first parking experience in this place and it was shocking. We didn’t expect the car park to pay us the loss, but at least be considerate, that our things were stolen in their premises, and be helpful or maybe advice us what to do next.

Overall conclusion about this place: this car park has unprofessional and rude staff and it is an ideal place for robbers and thieves to steal from cars, as there is a good selection of cars to chose from and no enough cameras and security whatsoever.

I parked my car in an early bird parking spot and had to leave at 1 pm. I didn't know they had changed the system again and had to pay the full price of 60$ for 4 hours even though I left at 12:30 pm 2 weeks ago and I paid 18$. They should have informed us that they have changed the rules again to leaving at 2:30 pm for early bird parking holders. I called the attendant and talked to him but he kept on repeating that either I should pay the full price or wait till 2:30 pm. He didn't understand anything at all
Fairly disappointed as I liked the car park and was going to be a long term customer but apparently they don't care about long term customers and are after quick money
Central Melbourne CBD car park (off Flinders St) which is easy to get too coming off M1 freeway/King St/Flinders St. First 2.5 levels are reserved and non-reserved parking spots are VERY tight; your parking must be centimetre perfect or you'll have to suck in your tummy to squeeze in and out. This carpark does provide free parking for 3 hours if you donate blood at Red Cross (Lifeblood in Optus Centre), which is great! 🙂

One of the best parking lots in the city. Great location, and great facilities. You can also get discounted/free parking if you buy something at QV (needs validation). Manny was working at the validation booth during my last visit, he was very helpful and provided great service.

Ridiculously narrow ramps & tight corners, harrowing even for an experienced driver in a little 3-door hatchback. You are just asking for your car to be damaged getting in or out of this place if you are not exactly spot on - the many scratches on the ramps and corners are testament to that. Do not park here unless you're driving a dodgem car or POS you don't care about
Very nice city hotel

Poor service and unapologetic staff. Upon exiting the carpark, we attempted to make payment at the boom gate machine. The credit card was swallowed up and we had to repeatedly ring for assistance. When someone eventually answered, we were told our options were to cancel the credit card (what a ridiculous suggestion) or to wait for someone to be called out.

After a 20 min wait, a gentleman arrives to take the card out. Instead of apologising for the inconvenience and the defective machine, we were told this situation was our fault for putting the credit card in incorrectly. Even if the card was entered in the incorrect way, the card should never have been swallowed up by your machine. Fix your machines or provide free parking for the inconvenience you cause your customers.
Convenient, reasonably priced, helpful staff member.

Utterly ridiculous car park. The ramps are so ridiculously tight it forces you to crawl at a snail’s pace and even back up a couple of times. We’re talking just centimetres away from a serious scratch in the paintwork of the car. The ramps are scratched badly from cars failing to negotiate the turns properly. Would never park here again.
Best location to explore Melbourne in many ways. Experienced dynamic city culture.

Entered 8 minutes past the cut off time for early bird without realising. The guy working was understanding and created a new ticket for me. Other parks would never bother. Great spot to leave your car if you're in the city. Best price and service
