This is a great parking lot. I stood in try is parking lot while waiting in line for a fa meetup with Chumlee, and was pleased to see how well the parking lot was maintained. I walked to the pawn shop from the nearest Deuce bus stop, and there was an abundance of homeless people and tents along the sidewalk leading up to the pawn shop. However, there were no homeless people near the pawn shop or at the parking lot. The parking lot also didn’t have any potholes and had new pavement, which was nice. I gave this parking lot five stars because it’s well maintained and doesn’t have any homeless people.
