I’ve had a wonderful experience at Zoom Room. They all keep a safe environment for the poochies while cheering everyone up! My relationship with my dog has improved since we started attending their classes. Definitely recommend it!

My dog has loved Train My Dogs…she’s always so excited when we arrive…she jumps out of the car and excitedly waits, wagging her tail, to go inside and join her friends for a day of fun!
I cannot recommend All Dogs Unleashed enough! From the moment I enrolled my 1-year old Vizsla, Charlie, into their program, the experience has been exceptional.

They tailor their approach to suit each dog, which made a significant difference for Charlie. They didn’t just focus on obedience and basic commands; they worked on building Charlie's confidence, reinforcing good behavior, and focusing on specific issues that he was struggling with (leash pulling, excessive barking at the doorbell, and peeing when excited).

I was initially nervous to be away from Charlie for 3 weeks, but Simon and the team constantly kept me updated and sent me pictures and videos throughout his stay.

Since returning from training, I am extremely impressed with Charlie's results. Most importantly, he still has his goofy and loving personality (but is much better behaved now!)

Overall, All Dogs Unleashed goes above and beyond. If you're looking for a professional, caring, and effective training program for your dog in Austin, look no further than All Dogs Unleashed.

We came to Kenny recommended by some good friends and we started training our puppy with him when he was only four months old. Kenny was great at communicating with us, and not only taught our pup basic obedience commands but also would have us practice and correct us along the way. His advice has been great and our dog loves going to his classes! We all learned so much with him and would definitely recommend to other dog parents out there.
We originally came because I saw an add on Instagram for a first time agility class for $10

My pup and I stopped by for the class and ended up loving it. My dog was having so much fun and learned a lot in the short amount of time we were there.
It’s a wonderful space full of dog lovers.
I am proud to say that Dog Training Elite is my 4th and final dog trainer. Persistent, aggressive and dangerous were all words that have been used to previously describe my dog, Elton. Strangers now approach us regularly, complimenting on how well-behaved he is.

Before discovering DTE, I had invested time and resources in training Elton since he was four months old (he is now 2). Despite my best efforts, his reactivity and aggression seemed to worsen over time. After a negative incident at a dog park, his reactivity heightened, causing extreme stress for both of us. Taking him outside, even for a simple potty break, became a source of anxiety due to his unpredictable behavior. My anxiety only seemed to feed his, but after numerous trainers I thought I was out of options. We resorted to tailoring our schedule to avoid potential incidents in my apartment complex, and I honestly thought making our world a little smaller was the only way to protect him and others.

Choosing DTE was a turning point. From the initial consultation call with Donny, I felt supported and heard. Instead of recommending avoidance strategies suggested by other trainers, Donny outlined the goal to bring Elton to "neutral" outside and towards other dogs (his main triggers). He even said by the end of in-home sessions, Elton would be riding in elevators with other dogs (I honestly had trouble believing this one). After the phone conversation, Donny provided an in-person consultation, and he remained confident in Elton's ability to succeed.

In just a few weeks of weekly home visits and trusting the training and guidance, there were significant improvements. Elton began looking to me for direction, and walks became more enjoyable. Previously, he made decisions on walks, driven by fear. Now, he was heeling more, walking safely off-leash at times, and sitting by a busy street in a down position. Instead of avoiding triggers, I began to seek them out for practice (passing dogs, bikes, etc). Over time, I was building trust in myself and Elton, because DTE empowered me with the control and confidence leading to these major improvements.

DTE's approach goes beyond dog training; they deeply understand both dogs and humans, and worked patiently with me to build confidence in myself and my dog, providing me tools to feel confident and calm in situations that were previously stressful and frightening. They were there every step of the way. In just a few weeks, they surpassed my expectations and ultimately Elton took an elevator ride with two other dogs - completely calm. The group classes haven't even started yet, and I can't believe how far we've come.

For anyone dealing with a reactive dog, the stress of avoiding triggers can take a lot of energy. The trust I’ve built in myself and Elton has been one of my biggest achievements, thanks to the tools and support from DTE. Thank you Donny for making this incredible impact on our lives.

We just completed a 6 week program with Kenny and we couldn't be happier! Kenny personalized each lesson to fit Benji (and us too) and gave us so much guidance during the training and also after, for he sends detailed emails that covers everything we went over during the training. Kenny is very personable, knowledgeable, and funny which made each training session very worth the hour drive we made from Johnson City. We learned how to go on pleasant walks along with the "place", "come" and "free" commands that have changed our household. We will certainly return for advance training in the future with Kenny!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Dog Training Elite Austin for my dog, Dena. Dena, a rescue, had always been a bit anxious and faced challenges in various situations, especially during our walks. From the start, Dog Training Elite Austin stood out with their approach. They didn’t just offer generic training; instead, they tailored a program specifically for Dena’s unique needs.

What truly amazed me was their willingness to go above and beyond. They didn’t limit the training to a standard environment. Instead, they took the time to visit the specific areas where Dena was struggling the most. This hands-on approach made a significant difference.

The results? Nothing short of remarkable. Not only did Dena become more confident and less anxious, but our walks turned into enjoyable experiences rather than stressful ones. The follow-up group classes provided by Dog Training Elite Austin have also been incredibly beneficial, reinforcing what Dena learned and helping us both grow even more.

Thanks to Dog Training Elite Austin, Dena and I are now living a much happier and more enjoyable life together. I can’t thank the team enough for their dedication, expertise, and the personalized care they provided. If you’re looking for a dog training service that truly understands and caters to your dog’s needs, Dog Training Elite Austin is the place to go. Highly recommended!
I have been working with DTE since even before getting my in training service puppy. They have been wonderful and informative throughout the entire process and are really with you every step of the way. I am incredibly impressed at the progress points we're at even at still under >23 weeks. I look forward to completing our full service training and am super happy to have heard of them from a friend. I highly recommend DTE's training, from behavior, puppy, or service levels. Top notch!!
Very professional and amazing service. I took my mini doberman and she's so well mannered now. Great business with a great price.

We highly recommend this dog training business . They are professional, great communicators and put the training of your dog first . We paid for two weeks and they kept our dog an additional two weeks at no charge. They desired to make sure our dog had made the behavioral changes needed. This is money well spent !

We enrolled both of our Aussie Doodles in the 2 week training/boarding course. Both are very good dogs with lots of anxiety/ energy and would get overly excited when people came by (jump on people, nudge, excessive barking). We live on an 11 acre property and they would not always come when when they were to busy digging holes while hunting down ground squirrels. Also, when ever I had to take them to the groomers, I could not get them to jump in my my F150 truck and had to lift up both 70 pound dogs. We picked them up yesterday and went thru the owners training for 3 hours and were AMAZED at how well trained and behaved they were. They had mastered all the commands, Come, Sit, Place ( both with implied stay command) Okay, Walking, Heeling and curtailed the behaviors that were unwanted. And, they now jump in the backseat of my truck without hesitation! We are so pleased at how well All Dogs Unleashed and the team did. Can't finish this review without a huge shout out to the owner who patiently spent a lot of time with us and is building a wonderful business at the corner of 156th and Ida. It was well worth what we paid and we give the highest recommendation to anyone who wants to train your Dogs to have their best life.

I recommend Kenny to anyone and everyone. He is amazing with training dogs but even better with training people. I have brought both of my dogs here, and even though they are VERY different, we have had great success with his methods. As always, thank you for everything Kenny.

Thus is the perfect place to get your dog on the right track puppy or an adult. Simon was very good with communicating and updates. Mars was very informative with e collar and parent training. Double checked to see if we had everything down. Highly recommended!!!!!!!
My blue heeler LOVES this place. He's been going 2-3X a week for about a month. The staff clearly care for each and every dog. My pup comes home exercised, but not overly tired. I wouldn't trust our fur baby with anyone else.

K9 Kenny was great training our Golden Retriever 8 month old puppy. He explained everything and gave us the knowledge to be able to carry out the training at home. I recommend K9 Kenny for all your training needs. He was really able to understand what our pup needed to succeed. He has a great setup for training.
Been bringing our puppy to Zoom Room since she was 12 weeks old and only have great things to say.

It’s great that they have puppy preschool classes to bring your not yet fully vaccinated puppy in for some socializing. They make it easy to move up to the older groups as your puppy gets all their shots and is ready for more actual training.

Fully recommend them if you have a new puppy and our looking to get ahead of the curve with any future training needs!

My wife and I researched training programs for over a month before finding “All Dogs Unleashed”. They’re absolutely the real deal and the best dog training program available. Our dog trainer named “Mars” is incredible. She’s professional, assertive, and extremely empathetic. She understands how to treat both the owner and dog, and I could not give her any higher praise. Also, the owner of the establishment “Simon” was fantastic. These people get it, on multiple levels.

If you’re reading this, you’re concerned about finding a high quality training program for your dog. Go with “All Dogs Unleashed”. They are exceptional at what they do, but more importantly, they understand how to treat the dog and owner. Our sweet dog Layla is back at our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Easiest 5/5 stars I’ve ever given.

Thank you Mars, Simon, and the entire crew!
Jen was an absolute pleasure to work with, same with her teammate Aaron. Extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of dog training, communication with dogs, traits in dogs / owners / outside distractions and what it takes to really nail down the important pieces of bringing home and continuing to foster the improvement of an extremely well-behaved dog.

Jen’s 3 week training program was perfect for my 6month old golden retriever and she ensured I was fully equipped with all of the knowledge I needed to continue his training in our 2hr go-home session… Was given updates throughout the session including great pics of my pup having a BLAST with the other dogs in training. Incredible fenced in backyard with ample playing space! I cannot recommend Lucky Star Dog Training enough!!!!!

Kenny was great with Duncan! I thought I had all the basics down but he helped me strengthen those commands to where it was more consistent. I also learned some new tips for off leash transitions as well as dog play on "what's play" and "what's aggressive-like behavior" so it made me feel more comfortable identifying it when I go to prevent any possible dog interaction issues. I would highly recommend Kenny with taking your pup to the next level!
My family and I adopted a rambunctious puppy a few months ago. In just a few lessons, he has learned so much thanks to the amazing trainers at Zoom Room!! Thank you, Zoom Room - we <3 coming for classes here!!
Fry and Hubert are becoming such distinguished gentleman thanks to Zoom Room! The availability of classes, only allowing 6 - 7 dogs per class, the variety of learning, the structure of the classes and the type of classes available are second to none in the area!

Almost every puppy or adult dog obedience classes I’ve found require you to come on specific dates and times and don’t allow you to make up any that you have to miss. Zoom room gives you options almost every day of the week at different times every day and you can pick as few or as many as you like! You never feel behind or like you missed something as they allow you to choose what you work on during class every time. With my busy schedule it’s been so hard for me to find a company that can work with my schedule but zoom room does it exponentially better than any other place! Plus they know my boys by name and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. My boys love coming to class every week and I look forward to it as well!

Oh did I mention that the classes are super affordable too?! It’s seriously the best investment you can make for your pet! I can’t wait to see what they can help my boys accomplish next!
We needed help with getting our 1 1/2 yr old Goldendoodle, Luna, to stop jumping and basically listen. We opted for the 3-week board & train. It was the BEST decision. Luna is so much better at not jumping. She heels. She sits and stays sitting when I leave the room. She does the commands! If you need help with your dog, I highly recommend Lucky Star Dog Training.
The obedience classes have significantly improved my communication with my 12 year old cattle dog mix and helped her socialize with other dogs and with people. The agility class is working her brain, keeping her from being bored. I highly recommend Zoom Room.
Donny and Jenny of DTE Austin have changed our lives! We have a very sweet and smart, as well as highly anxious, Australian Shepherd named Bean. We felt totally loss and like failures with Bean, given that we had no idea how to address her anxieties which often manifested into aggressive and stressed out tantrums. I dreaded taking her anywhere, even on local neighborhood strolls, out of fear that I wouldn’t be able to prevent her from losing all sanity at any given moment. Donny gave us the skills and practices to create boundaries, improve confidence in both us and Bean, and even gave us additional freedoms with Bean through positive reinforcement and with eCollar training.

It has been a long road (with no end in sight) filled with lots of work and often times self doubt, but to see where Bean is today in comparison to three months ago is all the proof I need to know DTE was the right fit for us. Even after our one-on-one training sessions had come to an end, DTE continue to help us with Bean. We can’t express our gratitude for DTE. Bean has never been happier, and this experience has truly repaired and even transformed the boud between me and her.

Everything DTE does is done with grace, kindness, and respect. If you may be hesitant to attempt to help your anxious furry friend, let this be your sign to absolutely go for it! Thanks DTE (:
I came here about a year ago and quit after a few classes. This is not a force free trainer (just so you’re aware what you’re getting into). I knew this going in but thought it would be good to do basic obedience regardless of the method. But then I was too uncomfortable to return.

I saw the trainer spray dogs in cages with water and yell at them to get them to stop barking while they waited for the owner to pick them up.

My second or so class, the trainer took my dog to show how to force her into a heel. My dog, who is wary of strangers, was extremely uncomfortable and desperate to get back to me and then jumped on the trainer. Big mistake apparently. The trainer was ROUGH, continuously leash popping and yanking her down to the floor. All this did was continue to agitate my dog which, in turn, resulted in worse behavior like more jumping on the trainer and pulling away, towards me. My dog was the most nervous I’ve ever seen her with a stranger, continuously trying to just get away from this person and NOT understanding what the trainer was asking her to do at all. The trainer was also extremely agitated, almost angry, about my dogs behavior and told me she was misbehaving on purpose. For a beginners obedience class, the trainer seemed upset at dogs that were misbehaving, which is bizarre given the context. Overall the entire experience made me feel guilty for my dog and extremely uncomfortable and we didn’t return.
My partner and I have thoroughly enjoyed the Zoom Room experience we’ve had with our dog, Lacy. Not only has she learned a lot in the group classes, but we’ve been able to stay on the same page with our training tactics using the phenomenal advice from the amazing trainers at Zoom Room. From the moment we had our orientation, we knew the employees had a passion for what they do & would be easy to work with on our training. Each class has built on the previous one, even if we weren’t with the same trainer. We’ve learned many things that will help us be great dog owners, and we’ve always been encouraged for our efforts outside of class too. All in all, there is nothing negative to say about the Zoom Room location off Anderson Lane. We will gladly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality training in a supportive environment.
Cannot speak highly enough of DTE Austin. We were recommended to Jenny and Donny by friends for our goldendoodle puppy Noodle. Their training is one of the best investments we’ve made in recent memory. Both Jenny and Donny are excellent with the dogs they work with and their handlers. We have so much more confidence and freedom taking Noodle out and about. We ALWAYS get compliments about how well-behaved he is and it makes our lives so much easier. We love DTE Austin!
Lucky Star truly is incredible! Jen and Aaron are such wonderful people and trainers. I had high hopes sending my dog Birdie to them and they beyond exceeded them. I have full trust in their methods and results. Truly has changed mine and Birdies relationship and her happiness and life as a dog! So thankful!!
My experience with Dog Training Elite (DTE) and their skilled trainer, Donnie, has been nothing short of exceptional. Donnie's expertise and dedication have truly transformed the behavior of our two dogs, Oliver (6-year old Aussie mix) and Bean (3 year old pure bread Aussie). I am delighted to share our journey with DTE, which has empowered us to overcome our Beans’s anxiety, given us the confidence to take her out in public, and allowed us to enjoy peaceful, long walks together.

From the very first session, Donnie exhibited a remarkable understanding of dog behavior and a genuine passion for his work. He immediately recognized our Aussies anxiety and provided us with effective tools tailored to her specific needs. Donnie's patient and compassionate approach made it evident that he truly cared about our dog's well-being.

The progress we achieved under Donnie's guidance was astonishing. He equipped us with techniques to help our anxious Australian Shepard gain control of her emotions, providing her with a sense of security and trust. Thanks to Donnie's invaluable training methods, our once fearful dog has blossomed into a more relaxed and confident companion.

One of the most significant achievements of our training experience was the newfound confidence we developed in handling our Aussie in public settings. Prior to working with Donnie, taking her out to busy places was a nerve-wracking experience for us. However, through gradual exposure and Donnie's support, we now confidently take her on outings, knowing she will respond positively to various stimuli.

Additionally, Donnie's guidance has greatly enhanced our dogs' leash manners, particularly during long walks. Both Oliver and Bean have become better-behaved on the leash, allowing us to enjoy leisurely strolls without the struggle of pulling and tugging.

Throughout our time with DTE, Donnie exhibited professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for our pets. He always listened attentively to our concerns and tailored the training to address specific challenges we faced as pet owners. His commitment to our dogs' progress was evident, as he continued to follow up with us regularly, even after our formal training sessions were complete.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Dog Training Elite and Donnie enough for their outstanding dog training services. They have given us the tools to transform our once anxious Aussie, instilling confidence in us as responsible pet owners. Our dogs, Oliver and Bean, have benefited immensely from their expertise, making our time together more enjoyable and rewarding. If you're seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable dog trainer, look no further than Dog Training Elite and the remarkable trainer, Donnie and team.

Thank you, DTE, and Donnie for making such a positive impact on our canine companions and our lives!
Donny and Jenny have been with us since before Day 1, aka Keva’s gotcha day! They sat with us and discussed our needs and wants in a service & therapy dog and helped us choose the breed, breeder, and training program that would be right for our family. We have spent the majority of our time at DTE training with Jenny. Jenny is kind, patient, generous, and understanding. Her unconditional support helped me so much as Keva and I grew as a pair. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done 🐾💙 It is also worth mentioning that Jenny & the DTE team have helped me gain confidence to travel with Keva and bring him to essential appointments and my work. Thank you for all you have taught us and for helping us get this far!

I recently adopted a new dog and was having trouble getting him to adjust to life around my house. My little guy's behavior was all over the place before I came here to All Dogs Unleashed, but after the training, the results were astounding! It's almost like I had a whole new dog! Thank you so much to this eastablishment for helping me be able to better take care of my furry friend! Definitely recommend.

K9 Kenny is amazing!! From the moment I walked in, it was evident that his was a space designed for dogs and their well-being. He has set up his garage and backyard for training, which shows his dedication to his craft!

What truly impressed me was K9 Kenny's extensive knowledge of dogs and their behavior. It was clear that he had a deep understanding of different breeds and individual personalities, as he immediately tailored his advice to suit my dog's specific needs. He didn't employ a one-size-fits-all approach but rather adapted his techniques to bring out the best in each dog he worked with.

During the training session, I was amazed at how attentive he was to both our dog and to us. He patiently explained each step of the training process and answered all of our questions with a smile. It was evident that he genuinely cared about our dogs' well-being and our success as pet owners.

What really set this trainer apart was the follow-up emails he sent after our session. They were comprehensive, detailing everything we had discussed and the specific training techniques we had practiced. It was a fantastic resource to have, as it ensured that I didn't forget any of the valuable advice he had provided.

The progress my dog has made since working with K9 Kenny has been remarkable. Not only has she learned essential commands, but her overall behavior and confidence have improved significantly. I can't thank K9 Kenny enough for his dedication, knowledge, and personalized approach to training.

If you're looking for a dog trainer who truly cares about your dog's well-being and tailors his approach to suit your furry friend's personality, K9 Kenny is the one to go to. His home-based training space provides a comfortable and positive environment for both dogs and owners, and his expertise is second to none. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking professional dog training that yields fantastic results.

Mochi has been coming to Train My Dogs since February of this year. I wasn't happy with his first daycare as it was a mass free for all of what looked like a mosh pit. His second daycare wasn't a good fit due to their space or lack thereof and a few other happenings. They say the third time is the charm, and it definitely is with finding Train My Dogs in my daycare research.

I will admit I did do an intake of breath when I saw the price compared to what I had been paying. Then I looked at everything that was provided. The increase was only a $13 difference to what I was paying. What I was gaining with this price increase was priceless! I loved how on the first email exchange they sent me photos of the facility to squash my concerns due to my prior experiences. They do positivity training with Mochi when he is there, and he only goes twice a week. It's like valet a dog since they don't have a reception area. I call they come out to get Mochi in the morning and bring him out when I call to pick him up! I love that every time he goes it's like bringing home a new dog with everything he has learned, and it's always a surprise on what he likes to show off what he can do!

The staff is absolutely amazing! There is constant communication, and I'm talking real communication not the blasé “he had fun today at daycare....” where you wonder if they even noticed your dog.

Mochi suffers from FOMO so when he's not waiting by the door on Monday's and Thursday's his daycare days, he is trying to convince me he needs to be going more often. This typically is done in a more dramatic fashion if he was Facebook Famous that week.
Zoom Room has been great learning experience for myself and my puppy. He spent a few classes in puppy preschool and it was a good opportunity to get him focused on me and provide him with controlled socialization. We are now in puppy school (4-8 months) and this class has helped us go about learning basic obedience commands. I like that they ask if we have specific things we want to focus on in class because it feels like we are getting more personalized training in a group setting. Izzy is the best when working with Rhys. The class is very treat heavy so I would recommend timing it with a meal and breaking down treats into tiny pieces for those smaller pups
Jen did an incredible job with my one year old puppy, Sage. Sage was a very rambunctious dog that had any sort of discipline on her mind. After three weeks with Jen, she took my sweet and smart but very much in need of training dog and turned her into a extremely disciplined best friend. She is still her same rambunctious and energetic self, but with a focus on me as an owner and on her training that I wasn’t sure was possible. We can now effectively walk anywhere off leash, she commands effectively and is looking to please me and our relationship has grown because of what Jen has done for Sage.

I couldn’t more highly recommend her and her services for anyone that is in need of training. I travel for work often, and the discipline that Jen instilled in Sage has done wonders for both of us.
I absolutely love Zoom Room! All the trainers are awesome, helpful and very knowledgeable. The website is easy to navigate, making it a quick process to sign up for classes. 1 dog graduated, I moved him up, and have now started beginning obedience with another dog. They offer a variety of class times to accommodate everyone. Thank you Zoom Room for all that you do for our fur babies!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about to Dog Training Elite in Austin. Donny did amazing job training both of our dogs Sophia (8 years old) and Levi (16 weeks old). Both two complete different dogs who we had separate concerns with. With our oldest dog we’ve previously were told that she was “not trainable” due to her old age and that her separation anxiety/aggression was not going to change. For Donny this was not a problem. He was able to be fully transparent and reliable throughout or trainings and allow us to set realistic goals for both our dogs. He helped our dogs gain confidence and security in us as well as in themselves. We can now walk confidently with our dogs in multiple settings, as well as have guest over with peace of mind. Training our dogs has been the greatest investment we have done in our home.

Thank you Donny and Dog Training Elite Austin for helping us give our dogs a better life.
Jen is an amazing trainer! Can’t say enough positive things about Lucky Star - highly recommend. Enrolled my German shepherd to her three week board and train (as he was very reactive, and got distracted easily in public). After her training, he is a completely different dog! Extremely well behaved in all situations and listens extremely well. Super excited as now I have the confidence to take him anywhere knowing he will very well behaved. Have already had numerous people come up to asking how I got him trained so well.

Also highly recommend their daycare program. A great way to socialize your dog in a controlled environment!
We’ve been taking our young dog here for several months and we absolutely love it! All the trainers are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Shout-out to Rachelle who has been both our group and personal trainer. She’s a wonderful trainer and person, and we can’t thank her enough for all the advice she’s given us.
A lot of people incorrectly assume that "obedience school" is only for misbehaving dogs. However, my pup is incredibly well behaved, he just gets bored easily. So we signed up for a class package at Zoom Room and he loves it! He loves to "work" and get all the treats. I especially LOVE the force free training approach. My and my pup's bond is stronger than ever. He is less reactive to other dogs, walks better on leash, and frequently reminds ME that it's time to practice, lol. Now we're seeking other skills to try like agility and scent work. I had no idea that regular classes like this would improve our relationship so much, and I highly recommend it to everyone to try for themselves!
If you’re on the fence about this board and train program, consider this your sign to do it!!! We picked up our 8 month old corgi Napoleon last week and couldn’t be happier with our little man’s new skills! Like most puppies, Napoleon had a few naughty habits. Our biggest concern was his lack of recall- if we didn’t have treats, there was no chance he’d listen. We wanted to feel comfortable taking him to all the new places to explore, and wanted him to be an off leash dog wherever he could be. After training with Jen, Napoleon is well on his way! His daily walks went from being a huge headache with constant pulling, eating everything he shouldn’t be, and car reactivity. Now, he is an absolute pleasure to walk and remains in a heel when we tell him to be (yes, even off leash!) He now has zero car reactivity and no more trash eating now that he understands the command “leave it.” Cooking and eating dinner was another area where Napoleon struggled- he wasn’t happy if he wasn’t in on the action. Now, he happily remains on “place” when instructed to and is very content to watch from afar.

Overall, I can’t recommend Jen enough. Having a well trained dog absolutely changes your life for the better. Reinforcing the behavior at home that was learned in training is a major part of this, but if you’re willing to do that, you and your dog will be much happier for it!

Another thing to mention is Jen’s communication is top notch. Jen scheduled a phone call with us to go over her entire process and answer any questions we had after we first reached out to her. She really took the time up front to understand what was going on and what we were looking to achieve. This made us really comfortable with her and her skills from the very beginning and made the process of leaving him for the first time so much more comfortable for us as his owners- we truly new he was in great hands with Jen and Aaron! While your dog is in training, Jen sends regular updates and pictures and is extremely thorough in her take home lesson when you go to pick up your pup. She checked in daily his first week home and was always willing to answer or explain anything that came up. This made his transition back home very smooth!

We love that Napoleon still has his spunky and social personality, but the difference is, he now knows there are boundaries and we mean what we say. We feel like this will continue to build trust between us for his whole life. We’re so grateful for Jen’s hard work and help! Napoleon will continue with Lucky Star for weekly daycare and occasional boarding so he can see his besties Jen and Aaron and all his pup buddies there!

Our golden retriever developed some reactive tendencies after our move to Austin, so we enlisted help from Train My Dogs. We worked with Michael for 10 sessions, and each time we strengthened our relationship with our pup. Michael was professional, kind, and very responsive — he even took us to different locations to help us get to know Austin. We learned so much as first-time dog owners that we'll be able to take with us for all future dogs, and I'm so thankful for that.

Our pup Harry was obsessed with Michael and was always excited to see him, whether it was at training or daycare. I highly recommend working with Michael and sending your pup to daycare on occasion.

Maverick and I had an amazing experience with Kenny. He takes the time to tailor the training sessions to your needs while still covering the essentials (depending on the package). Maverick is 6 months, so we did the puppy beginner sessions. There has been a lot of improvement on my boy’s end. Kenny not only has experience with training your fur baby, but he also focuses on the pet parent. There’s no point in having a well trained dog if *you* haven’t broken your bad habits as the dog owner. I can go on and on about how helpful Kenny is, but don’t take it from me. Sign your pup up and experience it yourself.
Thank you Kenny!
Friendly, pleasant facility.
Jolynne's dog handling class is a fabulous opportunity for both dogs and handlers to gain experience in the basics of handling and showing dogs in the ring. She's knowlegable, respectful and very good at instilling both handler skills and confidence in the dogs. She's a valuable resource to tap into if you want to learn about showing dogs.

I called last week and explained my situation to a trainer. While I know that this is a unique situation, I explained everything very transparently. The trainer stated with the time frame I have in mind, it may not be possible to get my dog perfectly trained, but that we should see some improvements, which I was very fine with. She recommended an initial training session that I did schedule to have the following week. Fast forward to the day of this appointment, I call for clarification on where training will happen…i get a call back to hear that my appt was cancelled and they could not help my dog. Nobody called to let me know and I had cleared many things from a busy schedule to accommodate the time they had available. It would have been really nice to know ahead of time or at the time I made the appointment, not me hunting you down to learn it was cancelled. Also, just the general tone the trainer used to inform me that she refused to train my dog was pretty rude and abrasive. I do not recommend this company.

Kenny is the absolute best!! I’m a first time larger dog owner and my dog Loki and I both needed training! Loki has made a complete turn around. The progress I’ve seen with Loki is amazing. Before training I could barely walk him on a leash due to him pulling and now I don’t even have to hold it. Kenny helped me a lot also, he goes in step by step detail for at home exercises! Kenny always puts the dogs needs first and is super informative and helpful. Loki loved his training and was always so excited to see Mr.Kenny!! I highly recommend him for your training needs. Will definitely be bringing my next pup to him. We are so thankful we found him!!
Awesome place!!

We take our Silky Celeste there for both obedience training and doggy day care. Miss Julie is a phenomenal doggy and doggy parent teacher. We've done basic and beyond basic classes and are eager to continue Celeste's learning.

In addition, we take Celeste normally 2 times a week to doggy day care. It's very affordable and they're flexible with pick up and drop off times. The staff is great!
Prior to discovering Jen’s business, my boyfriend and I were struggling with our 8 month old Aussiedoodle named Sugar. Some of her bad habits included counter surfing, jumping (or side tackling at times), barking incessantly, bullying her older siblings, pulling while walking, tearing up trash, etc. She was and still is extremely energetic but she is also extremely intelligent. All we can say is thank goodness for Jen!!
Jen is truly a pro not only when it comes to dog training but she is also fantastic at training us owners as well! Jen took our Sugar bear for a 3 week board and train and completely turned Sugar around. She taught her so much in such a short period of time, and now Sugar is thriving at home. She is 100% off leash, we have a much better relationship with her, and because of Jen we also know how to care for Sugars needs much better than before.
Jen takes the time to get to know your dog and she knows how to communicate with them in a way they will understand. Not only did Jen put in the time with our Sugar but also with us fur-parents as well. She spent hours training us after we picked Sugar up so that we were well equipped to continue our training at home. She answered each and every question we could possibly think of. She even continued to communicate and check in with us for over a week after training was over!!
If you are considering Lucky Star Dog Training our recommendation is to GO FOR IT. You will not regret it!
My dog loved his time at Austin Canine Central! The moment he got out of the car he'd run to the front door eager to see both his canine and human friends. Staff here are kind, gentle, and very professional. The place always seemed clean and organized. We moved out of Austin and have been trying for months to find a doggie daycare half as good as Austin Canine Central.
Jen is amazing! I have a one and a half year old German Shepherd who was very skittish, unsure, and reactive towards other dogs (even if they were a good distance away). After doing a little bit of research and seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to contact Jen to give Lucky Star Dog Training a try. Jen really listens to all of your concerns and she is very honest and straight forward when it comes to training and what to expect, which is great. I decided to go with the board and train option for 3 weeks and after it was finished there was already so much improvement with my dog!
Not only am I now able to have people come over without worrying about my dog barking nonstop, I am also aware of how to make my dog more comfortable in situations I didn’t understand before. I’m also able to confidently take my dog on walks where there are other people and dogs present without her excessively barking at every dog we see, and it feels amazing to be able to do that now! We are still working on improving her behavior every day but I couldn’t have gotten this far without Jen’s help.
Jen genuinely cares for your pet and you can trust they are in good hands with Lucky Star Dog Training. She’s very good at following up after the training is completed to see how things are going and answer any questions you may have to help you feel confident in continuing the training yourself. You can tell she really does want every dog and their owner to be successful and live a happy, stress free life. I would recommend Lucky Star Dog Training to anyone.
Excellent experience here every time I have gone both for myself and for my pet parents with my breeding business and this really is a n excellent place for dog training and all things dog behavior, all the staff members are very helpful and knowledgeable.

We are breeders of eight beautiful and perfect furry family members, and we're constantly trying to grow and develop as both pet parents and as teachers and educators.
It isn't always an easy thing to do, as dachshunds are a Very stubborn and manipulative breed (meant as fondly manipulative) and they definitely have a mind and an agenda of their own!

The one thing we didn't quite have mastered though, is behavior, some separation anxiety with one fur baby, Blue and a few others that were very reactive to other dogs (and cats and squirrels) while walking, and also getting down certain commands consistently with our little ones. Especially those related to safety.

Fortunately, Austin canine Central came right to the rescue! I was referred here by a fellow dog lover, breeder and trainer who also trains and raises her dogs for shows and she talked very highly of them, and rightfully so.

They are not only all very professional, knowledgeable and experienced but also extremely patient and kind as well.

Awesome experience here, I cannot recommend these guys (and ladies) quite enough!
This is the first google review I’ve ever taken the time to write because I HAVE to give credit to Simon and his staff at All Dogs Unleashed Austin! Although I love our pup, Norah, we were starting to get overwhelmed because we didn’t have the time or knowledge to properly direct and train all of her puppy energy. Simon has completely changed our relationship and communication with Norah. We live in Houston but visit Austin often, so Simon took the time to come to a location we knew in Austin to meet us, have a consult, and pick Norah up. During her 2-week stay with them, Simon kept us posted on her progress and sent pictures and videos to us every time we asked. This was our first time away from her so he was understanding and very kind about us checking in often (maybe a little too often haha). He was always quick to reply and made us feel at ease. After the two weeks, he met with me at a neutral location and took as long as I needed to walk through all of her new equipment, markers, and schedule. He reviewed it with me verbally, demonstrated himself, and then had me practice with Norah until all three of us felt comfortable with it. He answered any questions and concerns and practiced with me in the home as well as outdoors. He provided me with treats and all of the equipment he used during Norah’s training in the program. Since my girlfriend was out of town and couldn’t attend in person. He also offered to meet with us again so she could get in-person training with Norah. Meeting with him a second time, he took us to multiple parks around Austin and we were able to experience working with her off leash at a dog park. Simon is someone who trains your dog like it is part of his family. He was as overjoyed with Norah’s success as we were and took pride in watching her succeed. He even took these AMAZING pictures of us with her as a bonus! He connects with your pup and is amazing at what he does. The program is an investment, but it is WORTH IT for a lifetime of happiness and trust in your pup! They offer a lifetime of assistance and you get so much out of it that I’ll be bringing our next puppy to Simon too!

WORD OF ADVICE: the program doesn’t stop after the 2 weeks and it’s not a magical cure. Like school, you have to keep up the homework at home. Simon and his team help create the foundation, but it only stays strong if you keep building on it. So you get out of it what you put in! Don’t skip the homework and the results will AMAZE YOU!!

Thank you Simon for all you’ve done for our little family!
Bery grateful for this place! They were very quick and detailed with my difficult and arthritic Border Collie. They were able to fit me in this morning after at frustrating visit to a chain store (#golocal).
Mandy was very friendly and welcoming and Terry helped my dog my carrying him instead of picking him up and putting him down which would be hard on him. They definitely went above and beyond and have very reasonable prices and great lil treats!
A+ service! 🖤

I have taken 2 classes at ACC, both taught by Ann. I love that there is experienced and knowledgeable staff that lead the courses, and they have experience at a high competition level, not just "companion" behaviors.

Great place if you are hoping to trial with your dogs.

Highly experienced, fantastic trainers here. They run their day care with trainers, and I always knew my pup was in good hands. We’ve since moved out of state, but I feel that the time he spent here set him up for a lifetime of success. They also did a great job of reinforcing skills that he was learning from other trainers. And the pricing for all of this was unbelievably modest - I didn’t really pay more than a few extra dollars a week to have my dog cared for by experts!
I reached out to Train my Dogs to get their take on some specialized training for my, 1 year old, 80lb dog, Loui. Who loved to jump when greeted, pull constantly when walking, and had pretty bad anxiety in some situations. Had some private 1x1 training sessions with Heather where I was taught how to handle/work with Loui to improve these situations. It’s been about 3 months since we started the training and the improvements have been amazing in all of the areas! After the sessions we decided to try him in doggy day care, and he loves it there! Seeing pictures on their Facebook page of the dogs at daycare makes it that much better (: You can tell that Jeannette and Heather both genuinely care about the dogs and that they have their best interest in mind. Which means a lot when you see how much they care about your own dog. I know he is in good hands when I leave him there and that his training is still being applied. I’m so glad I found Train My Dogs Austin.

Over the summer I adopted a rescue pup. Shortly after I was deployed to Texas to support hurricane Harvey relief. I didn't want to board my dog during this prime time of bonding and training. Beyond that leaving the family for many weeks I wanted the companion support! I looked at a few options and noted that Train My Dog would have pro trainers working with my pet on a daily basis. After I met with them for the trial day I could tell my dog loved the place and the staff, so I immediately signed up. They were phenomenal!! The staff became like my little friends at the end of the day telling me about who my dog was friends with, what he had been learning, tips for how to work with him such as safely going off leash and helping him overcome his fear of elevators. Best investment I could have made. I'm leaving Austin, but my dog is graduating cum laude. I would return here in a heartbeat! Thank you for all who have been patient with my frantic schedule!

We've been working with Heather and she's been great. Our dog has already progressed after 2 sessions and we couldn't be happier with the advice we've gotten and the patience that Heather has. We definitely recommend them no matter what you're looking to train you're dog for.
