Staff lied about saving more money up front by getting a membership. They said it can be canceled within a month. They make it sound easy, it is not. You will be charged even after cancelling.

I took my kids here on a public holiday, and everything was great except for one thing - the pricing. There was a clear sign advertising a standard single day entry for $27.99, but when I went to buy the tickets, the cashier refused to sell them at that price. It was frustrating because they had the advertisement right in front of the cashier's desk. In the end, I ended up paying $95 for two kids, including two pairs of socks, even though one of my kid is 4 years old.

A great place to take the kids during a cold/rainy day while relaxing in the massage chairs (alot to choose from). Your kids stay busy while you can shut down your mind and relax. There are great member rates in place, but the one day admission seems costly from what I last remembered it. It's a bit messy, but with all these kids, I cannot blame anyone for not being able to keep up.

Went to a birthday party here. Lots of trampolines and various other play areas. They have a neatly decorated private or open space for birthday parties.

Great price and Nice arena quite big alsolasers are accurate, waiting time is high and not many things to do as the arcade section is small and not the best games. Didn't try the food

I recently visited Sky Zone Trampoline Park and had an incredible time! The moment I stepped in, the vibrant atmosphere and enthusiastic staff set the tone for an amazing experience. The variety of fun activities available ensured that there was never a dull moment. The trampolines offered exhilarating jumps and flips, while the foam pits provided a safe and exciting landing. What truly stood out was the delectable food options available – a pleasant surprise for a trampoline park! The friendly staff were always ready to assist, making the visit even more enjoyable. Whether it was bouncing around, challenging friends to a game of dodgeball, or simply indulging in the tasty snacks, every aspect of my visit was top-notch. Sky Zone Trampoline Park definitely exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another round of fun.

I just brought my son and his best friend to play and had a terrible experience. One of them got hurt (accidents happen) and couldn't play the second laser tag game I bought for them. I asked if we could come back another day to play the second game and they said no. They were offering a pass for the injured child for a future date, but were requesting the other one to play on his own, which of course was a non-starter as they came to play together, not by themselves.
I thought the situation was handled very poorly and do not intend to come back here. Not to mention that they didn't even bother to ask how the child who was injured was doing. Some common sense and empathy would have been appreciated.

My family has had fun here for several years now. This place gets packed during cold months. They made changes recently, adding 2 slides where the kids use a mat to slide and fall on the air bag. Plus, changing a trampoline area to a soft sports court.
We had my child's birthday celebration there. They have 3 different party packages. It was really worth it. The kids had a lot of fun, and I barely did anything. We had a designated party host.
There's wheelchair access. They sell snacks, slurpees, pizza, sodas, and recently, socks with fun designs. Most of the employees are teenagers and young adults.

WE ALWAYS HAVE A FUN TIME AT SKYZONE! My boys love jumping into the foam pits, sliding down the slides that launch them onto a giant air bag, and trying their hand at Ninja Warrior style obstacles. Dodgeball is epic... when there are sufficient balls. The arcade games and massage chairs offer an outstanding respite from the physically demanding act of trampolining. Atjle5oc apparel recommended. Wear shoes you can slip on and off, the bathroom floors are yucky. Makes for an EPIC BIRTHDAY PARTY VENUE.

This is seriously one of me and my children's favorite places. We also had a birthday here! It was amazing! The staff engages with kids. They always have events for VIP members. It is all around a great experience a definitely a great investment if you have small children. We love skyzone!

We did a walk-in with six kids on a Saturday night and they were amazing! Reasonable waiting time and very attentive to us. Overall it was a fun experience!

Fun for birthday parties. My daughter and her friends had a good time. Arcade is a little light on games and heavy on claw machines. Note that if you're doing a party, you need to be on a schedule because they work it in with other activities (walk-ins, etc.) so you can't postpone the laser tag much, if at all.

All in all worth it for a fun party.

Our daughter had her fourteenth birthday party here. She and her friends described it as the best party ever!!! The happiness on the face of each and every young person was enough to warm every parent's heart!

Went here for a birthday. Staff ran a good game and the kids had a great time. We had trainee staff for explaining the kids first game and running our party room. Both trainees were pleasant but we're not up to running these things by themselves. Would recommend if they have new staff they pair them tighter with older staff.

Spectacular! The service here was easily on par with Disney. This is one of the most family-friendly entertainment options out there. Small children and teenager can participate simultaneously; that is a rare thing from my experience. I had fun with a teenage son, who easily bested me in this game, without traveling to an amusement park. I have also seen parties and groups here; the experience is the same. The laser tag attraction itself is the key. It is just so much fun to play “tag” with a toy gun. We often did this as kids, but the technology is so much better that you really must try it out. I don't know if every day is this great, but the experience I had today was unbelievable. The staff was simply stupendous. They made sure that each guest felt like family, and that the safety rules were followed by everyone. The technology also performed flawlessly, which is always a rarity in any venue. Overall, it is just a great way to spend an afternoon with your family or friends.
