The quality and variety of merchandise do not align with the high standards expected from Harvard Business School. Additionally, the staff is slow and unprofessional, which makes the overall experience disappointing.

Family Libraries is a great company. Helping children from all walks of life through the love and joy of poetry, writing, story telling, literature, and literacy. 🥰💪🏾👍🏾
A small one but enough for your HBS merch needs.

A great find for book lovers!
A huge variety of new and secondhand books including some really unique and unusual finds.
An ideal place to buy a souvenir.

For a bibliophile this shop is a little piece of heaven. From the courtyard next door filled with books to the rows to peruse inside, there is much to discover. I have to get on a plane so cannot indulge in buying a lot of books. I had a great time checking out what was on the shelves. Such a diversity. There is a whole section about Massachusetts and Boston specific as well. If you are in the area you should definitely stop in! You can smell the books when you walk in the door😊

Very cool store! Lots of books at a sale price from $1-$5 while also having a good selection of higher end books. If you are a vintage book collector or a big reader for sure the place to check out when visiting Boston!

Incredible experience. The bookshop itself is a piece of art, and collections are great to explore. I even found a bunch of nice books in Persian with low prices. But the most enjoyable part was just to be there and enjoy the ambiance.
📚 One of the coolest 😎 book shops I've been to. Three stories inside, plus an alley full of books. Fairly priced. Used. Old. Rare. Antiquarian. Decorative. A lot of categories. Very fairly priced. Some great "deals" out there too. Helpful staff. Loved this bookstore.
Unfortunately to my preferences the quality of the goods are extremely low. This is a shame to me that such a low quality goods are sold under HBS brand. Bought recently a steel termo cup and this a disaster. Tshirs as well.
One of the Oldest book store in America! 1825

Books every where. Outdoors, and there floors indoor. Rare books on the 3rd floor.

Great prices!

Incredible bookshop - so much selection including very rare and special books. Store is three stories plus outdoor space filled with books to pick up. So happy I made time for this gem when I was visiting Boston.
The review picture is not correct, the one on western avenue is a very small gift shop, instead of a bookstore.

Do they even need another review? Awesome selection with a great and helpful staff. The shop is the sort where you feel like you’re going to find hidden treasure and when you do the prices are pretty affordable. I made straight for the rare books on the third floor and found a stack of cool things. I really enjoy the hidden staircase feel of going up there and the wide range of stuff to satisfy all of my areas of collecting. Already said it, but even with the rare books the price isn’t what limited me, it was the size of my suitcase.
Good experience, I hope they had more chairs to browse the books. Expensive cloths if you want the Harvard logo, you have to pay the price. I enjoyed it!
Damn fine ivy league book store. An excellent source of knowledge & clothing apparel.
Everything you need to show your Harvard support.
Lots of new editions. Great place for reading too! Nicesu!
