I visited the store with my daughter to look for a homecoming dress, but unfortunately, as soon as we entered, no one greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. It was not a great experience.
Super cute clothes and great prices! The 2 girls that were working were so incredibly sweet and helpful, excellent customer service. I really enjoyed my experience there today and will definitely be returning in the near future!
Such a cute store that has unique gifts for everyone! Great selection of kids books, clothes, mugs, signs and more! Plus the store’s owner is a gem!
I absolutely love this store. I don’t live in Louisiana anymore and every time I come back, I always find so many great things to take back with me to remind me of Louisiana.

Not only are the clothes super cute and great quality, but the customer service is incredible! The girls went out of their way to make sure I received my dress in time for an event. I will definitely be shopping here more often!
The owner of the store was working and sold me a dress for an event. She left the theft device on the gown. I went to wear it and could not so needed to send back. I was from out of town so I shipped it to her. She refused to give me a credit, even though it was her fault, and I live out of town. Sent me a gift card which I lost. Just happened to be in BR and went into the store to see if they had a record of my credit. They did not so money is gone. Basically, with a smile on her face and cheery attitude, she wants your money whether or not she provides you with something in return

One of my favorite little boutiques in Baton Rouge! I have been shopping there since 2015 and can honestly say I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. The owner, Abby, is an absolute gem. She truly cares about her customers, level of service, and integrity of her small business. Whether I’m browsing the store or popping in for a quick online pick up order, the customer service is always top notch. She even sold me the snake skin platform shoes that I wore for my wedding. We love you Abby! Thank you for providing such a great small business to the capital city.

My daughter and I loved visiting and shopping there last week. The cutest Saints and LSU tops and earrings. I love my tiger striped tennis shoes!

The manager Jessica is unfair and manipulative to her employees not to mention she creates a hostile environment that I personally will not be shopping in again.

Every time I shop at this location, the ladies are always very attentive. I love being greeted with smiles whenever I walk through the doors. It makes you feel welcome & most definitely makes my shopping experience a better one. Keep up the great work (:
Edit: I came in on 12/14/22 around 1:04-1:06pm. I was hoping they weren’t closed due to the weather because I desperately need to get a gift and give it to someone the next day. They were closed. However, instead of letting me walk out of the door, Anna asked did I know what I needed. I only needed to purchase a candle and she let me make a purchase. I’m so happy she let me purchase it because she really did not have to do that. Also, she is super sweet and has a great personality!

Cute boutique near other shopping. For die hard fans of Louisiana, LSU, and Saints this is a good place for neat finds. Visiting from out of state and saw she sells a brand of t-shirts that I like by Mr. Pee’s T’s. Got a great quality sweatshirt and decorative plate for my car. She’s got a good mix or things. Definitely worth the time to stop.

LOVE Moxi Boutique! The girls who work there are super friendly & attentive. They always help me find the exact outfit that makes me look and feel hot! Always find great accessories too! Lots of variety to choose from. Definitely one of the few places in town where I feel welcome & always have a positive experience. And the store is always super neat & clean. Moxi is always very clean, organized and offer many styles and sizes! I always feel very comfortable going into shop - whether I’m in sweats with no makeup, stopping in right after work in scrubs, or dressed up - I have always been shown kindness when I shop here! That is important to me. I love the clothes and accessories they offer as well as their prices, sales and rewards for earning points! Overall my favorite boutique in BR, hands down.
My roommate and I stopped by one day after class and fell in love with Moxi!! It fit our style so well, and the workers are always friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Clothing is good quality, although prices are a little high as can be expected from a boutique. Highly recommend!

Wanderlust is the most unique boutique I’ve ever seen! Anyone at any age can definitely find something here. I’m in college and I love the clothes here, but also I see stuff that my mom could rock! Lol!!! There are so many gifts if you are looking for a gift too. Also the prices are sooo reasonable. In Baton Rouge lots of boutiques are super expensive! At Wanderlust you can find great quality pieces for the right price. Also, the owner is the sweetest! :) Love WL!!!
Poor customer service, the owner needs to reconsider who they hire to work in their establishment. The employees act like they don’t want you to buy anything or even want you in the store. It was my first time visiting the store and I’m making it my last!!! Surprised their still in business with employees who treat customers that way.

I first moved to Baton Rouge 3 years ago, and was looking for a cute local boutique I could support while living here. I went here, there, and everywhere, then finally discovered Moxi! The owner was there the first time I ever went into the store (I didn't know she was the owner at the time!), and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, sweet, kind person to chat with me during my shopping. I still remember that day and am thankful for it! All of the employees there are incredibly helpful and sweet. Ever since then, I go to Moxi for just about every outfit I need for any occasion. Great casual, semi-casual, semi-dressy, and dressy clothing! Great price and quality. I have a little fluffy turtleneck tank top I wear in the winter/fall that I've had for two years from them, so I think that goes to show it's worth it!

This place is so cute! The ladies there were very helpful! I needed help picking out a secret Santa gift! And they did more than help! If you were ever wondering where to go get some unique gifts, this is your place!!!!! It was such a fantastic experience for me! You won't be disappointed!!!!
Very nice women's Boutique. Sales assistants were very professional and nice. I went in to shop for gifts and they were all very helpful. I have been back since several times to buy more. Lots of selections and everyone always loves their gifts from Apricot Lane.
One star for beautiful clothes, a second for nice employees. Only carry size XS and S. MAYBE size M but not one large to be found... Business advice? Carry more sizes.
So I live in Austin, I bought a piece of jewelry from Mimosa and had it delivered to Abby for my brother to pick up before he traveled to be with me for Christmas. He is a Physicians Assistant and works long and weird hours and was unable to pick up my order before he was suppose to leave. I reached out to Abby hopping for a Christmas miracle and boy did she deliver!!
She graciously agreed to meet him after he got off work, on a day the store was closed and it was late AND she JUST HAD A BABY! This woman is a Godsend, an angel, a selfless soul walking amongst us! Thank you Abby for your selflessness, thank you for getting my package to my brother so my sister had something to open from me on Christmas morning, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Merry Christmas!

Awesome place! Abby has the best taste and it shows through all the different things she sells. Of course, being a guy, I don't buy anything for myself from here, but my daughters love it!
Stopped at LOVE at 5:40 pm and was told when I walked in that they had cleaned up and were closing, even though they close at 6 pm. At least 1 of the 3 sales associates looked up from her phone long enough to speak.
This has happened two times to me. I walk in the store and they do not even speak to me but the clothes are cute. This was two younger people who just sat on the couch by the dressing room. I had to ask if I could try the clothes on and it took them 2 minutes for the them to respond. I loved a pair of shorts and a dress.i refused to buy it. They have terrible service. So disappointed

My friend is getting married so we took her around Baton Rouge looking for the perfect outfit. From the second we walked into Love it was a total buzz kill to the excitement of the day. They treated us like we didn’t belong there because we were in workout clothes. My friend had no limit on what she could have purchased but after the way we were treated we left. I asked three times for help and no one budged. One of the ladies that worked there was breathing heavy and rolling her eyes at us. She unlocked the door for us to leave and didn’t say a word besides to be rude to the lady walking into the store. We spoke to the lady in the parking lot and her first 10 second experience with Love was so bad that she said she would never return again.
Stop being rude and judging people and actually do your job. I brought friends from out of town to your boutique that could have been lifetime customers but you treated all of us so poorly that for the first time in my life I took the time to write this review.

I love this little store! I always find the prettiest necklaces here and they have great, unique gifts like crawfish-print pajamas and red beans and rice socks! I usually buy everything online but this is the one store that I’ll gladly shop at in person!
I stopped in on my through to New Orleans looking for a few new outfits. The cloths were amazing but not 1 of the associates greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I walked around for about 10 min before leaving with nothing. I was very dissapointed in the customer service.
Walked in to find an outfit for my birthday and while the clothes were nice, there seemed to be an extremely limited supply of mediums and larges. Not the biggest deal because that seems to be relatively common in boutiques so I still decided to try on a few items. I was shocked to discover that the dressing rooms don't close all the way. The curtain that closes off the dressing room stops about 3-5 inches shy of the end of the doorway, meaning that anyone that walked by could easily see in whether they wanted to or not. Added to this, there was a huge mirror outside the dressing room, reflecting out into the store to make sure no one can miss seeing you inside this dressing room. I ended up leaving empty handed just because I didn't feel comfortable getting undressed when any passerby could see that it was laundry day and I was wearing the ugliest underwear I owned. I would just expect that if I'm going to be looking to spend $200 on a dress, I would at least be able to be comfortable while trying it on.

I came across this store a couple of months ago (I haven't lived in Baton Rouge long) and love it. They have some great local apparel and jewelry (as well as shoes and other accessories) for really reasonable prices. I'll definitely be going back!

The clothes or okay, however the customer service is horrible. I walked into this store immediately behind another customer. There were about 3-4 workers in the boutique, one working the floor, and 2-3 at the cashier's desk. The girl working the floor immediately greeted the customer who walked in ahead of me and began helping her. I walked, walked around the store, even passed by the cashier's desk. I was not greeted, I was not asked if I needed assistance. The other customer left the store after not finding what she was looking for. Again, not even the girl working the floor asked me if I needed help. I hate to bring race into this, but given the circumstances, one has to wonder.....Anyway, I would never purchase a thing from this store. I went across the street to Eros and gave them my money instead, lol.
