My dog is almost 9, I let them groom my dog since 3 months old. He has serious ear infection for both ears recently. The ear wax and debris covered his ears and I was so frustrated to handle it by myself. They did an amazing job! I am very impressed and always trust their service. Highly recommend to everyone.
The absolute best group of people I have taken my dog to meet, they are so passionate and trust worthy my dog couldn't have been in better hands. It's doggie wonderland.
Eden especially has been amazing as she's given wonderful advice for my puppy(bully breed). She's so respectful she given me wonderful advice as a first time dog owner, and her ability to read animals are something out of a movie !

We have been bringing our dog Kovu there for a while now and they always do such an amazing job. The staff there is very friendly and truly take care of your pets and have them fresh, clean and looking cute!
We have been going to Lupita for many years now and have always been extremely happy with the quality of care and skills she has displayed when caring for our dogs grooming needs. She is genuine, skilled & very fair in her pricing regardless of how much extra time she puts in to ensure the best end result. Our dog confirms to us he feels the same as he jumps for her when he sees her as apposed to running away! lol … Thank you Lupita for caring for our dog as if it were your own 🐾💙

My dog, Goofy, has been going to iPet Grooming for several months now, and it’s been amazing!! Goofy is always happy to go there and he usually doesn’t even want to leave after. He’s been having such a good experience there and comes back looking so clean and handsome! I consistently get lots of compliments following the grooming from family, friends, neighbours, random people on the street, and my vet!! Angus and Josie are both really good and always a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them!
We had a naturopathic consultation with Michelle for our pup. His liver and kidneys were failing. He had become so sick that our vet felt strongly that he should be euthanized. With round the clock care and the supplements that Michelle recommended, we were able to nurse him back to health. Four months later, our little 16yo old pupper is still puttering along happily. Michelle was empathic, detailed and thorough with her assessment and we will forever be thankful for her care.
My apologies. Bollywood is always amazing and we are happy with are baby’s grooming every time. He has been a regular for over three years and counting.

In the spring of 2019 Kashi wasn't at her best. She was overweight and had some health concerns. At one of our visits Michelle suggested that we visit a Holistic Vet that she recommended. In addition she suggested that we consider a raw diet. We followed Michelle's suggestions and with her help Kashi's health concerns were solved!
Fast forward to December 2022. A new set of Health concerns prompted us to contact Michelle. We scheduled an appointment with her. I'm happy to say that Michelle's recommendations resolved Kashi's health matters.
To sum it up. We are super thankful that we know Michelle. With Michelle in our lives, Kashi is living her best life! Thank you to Michelle, Doug, Zuleika, and the rest of the Woofur Markham team!

The nicest people. So welcoming and friendly and helpful. They tell you exactly what are going to do when you get there and tell you exactly what they did when you go to get your pup. They welcomed and took great care of my little maltipoo. The take pictures after they are done and send them to you as well which is great. They did a fantastic job with her grooming.

I love this place because they are very professional and can make my Oreos look the way I want. They can do Japanese styles, Asian style. I love so much. The groomers received him warmly every time and he went home happy. I recommend this store ~

Great staff!!! Bright my 2 year old German shepherd to get his nails trimmed (as he's not a fan) the staff got his nails trimmed (although he wasn't happy about it) but they did it and we're happy he's no longer click clacking around the house. Will def bring him back in a few weeks for additional "care"!!!!
Excellent service by Yota. She did a fabulous job grooming, she really takes exceptional care of my dog.
We've been a customer here for almost 3 years but have noticed a decline in cuts since new groomers took over (I.e. uneven and choppy trims around the face and throughout the body). Despite this, we continued to come here due to the convenience. However, in our last 2 visits they cut my dog's nails way too short and he started bleeding after leaving the groomers. After our most recent visit, the pain was so bad that it hindered my dog's daily activities. We are incredibly disappointed with their lack of attention and will never return.
I used this shop for my dog for sedation-free teeth cleaning for many years. I would recommend this service to all dog owners. Good job on the shop owner!
My dog has been going to ipet for years now and has never been to another groomer. We have been with ipet since their old location on 16th Ave. Angus is the greatest! Always so cheerful and friendly. My dog always comes home very happy and handsome. His fur cuts are always on point. I always pre book my dogs appointments to make sure he gets in because they are quite busy and popular in Markham. I highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to Woofur for almost a decade now and I will never go anywhere else for grooming, training or food and holistic nutrition. Michelle is absolutely amazing with her extensive knowledge on food, supplements and even training practices for your fur baby. Even if she’s not there, her staff is amazing and very well trained with any questions you may have. I bring my dog for grooming and Georgie always comes home with a smile on his face. The front staff always listen to the requests you may have with the cut & style and even suggest what would work the best for your pet. You can’t go wrong with bringing your fur baby to woofur!
My Samoyed had been here more than a year and it’s such a hard and long task for grooming but Pawllywood always delivered and we love the care and results. I do suggest bringing your dog for grooming during weekdays if you can because they are very packed on weekends. I will come back anytime!
We've been taking our 3-year-old toy poodle,Nala, to Pawllywood for 2 years now, and our furry friend absolutely loves it there. The excitement she shows every time we arrive is a testament to the fantastic care she receives. Aney, the groomer, is not only skilled but also incredibly accommodating. She listens to our requests with kindness and patience, making sure our poodle looks her absolute best. We couldn't be happier with the services provided by Pawllywood. It's a place we trust and highly recommend for grooming and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Our 5 month old puppy went for his first professional groom here and they did a wonderful job! It was done in about 2 hrs which was great time for a 30lbs goldendoodle. I couldn’t recognize Cooper when we saw him, in a good way. He looked like a different dog and smells fantastic. All the staff was super nice and friendly. I appreciate the little finishing touch of a cute bandana. My whole family is very happy with the result and would recommend Pawllywood to other dog owners.
The owner Michelle is quite manipulative when it comes to dog owner’s training. She will just judge you on the outside even though she has no idea of person’s financial situation right now.
You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to train your dogs. AND there are variety of ways to train your dog based on their personality. Every dog is different. Just because they are from a certain breed, doesn’t mean they will be exactly like that. My German shepherd is the sweetest, she is gentle to everything, from little dogs to little kids. I trained her well even though I’m not certified.

I don’t really like this place. They didn’t do anything I asked properly. I will never be returning. They didn’t have the best service and they didn’t cut my dogs hair properly. They need an improvement in their services. Before you take your pet, check with what they are doing. The groomers seem new and they aren’t fully experienced. I would double check with which employee you go to before you ask for a hair cut for your pet.
Brought my cat for a comb cut but they recommended de-shedding instead based on the photos I sent and I am SO happy with their suggestion and work. The staff is nice, the groomer is specifically a cat groomer so understands their behavior, fur and how to groom cats properly. It's difficult to find good cat groomers so I am glad I found Woofur!
This is a go-to grooming place for our two dogs. We used to send Max to the daycare before. He loves the daycare. Once we have our Arya as his accompany, we send both of them here for grooming. The staff is super friendly. They did a great job grooming them. Thank you Izumi! They also provided the report cards. Thank you for all the details and will definitely visit you soon!

We were bringing our dog here for the past year. Always great service and amazing haircuts. I love how they remember what style to cut our dog so we don’t need to explain it every time! Their prices are also very reasonable. They do take around 3 hours to finish the cut, but that shows the time and effort they put into the cut!

Helen has been cutting Mulan since she was a puppy! Mulan moved to Oakville so she’s been getting her hair done at home. But recently visited the new location in Markham and the experience was excellent as always!
My puppy loves this place. Honestly it was a great place to send him to socialize. I have people telling me that my Doby is a kind pup. He's always very excited to go and it definitely helped him in a part of his growth. Also they send frequent photos of the pups time there which are really nice. Thank you Dogeden!
Friendly and informative staff. Went there to get my pups first cut and advised me to not get a very short cut due to her developing coat. Never knew this was a thing but thankfully they told me how the process would go. Clean stations and a friendly environment. Will always go to this local grooming shop.
I took my Cockapoo, Yoppee for her first grooming in March 2021. She was greeted by a very sweet lady who took care of my pooch! They did a great job and I loved the Teddy Bear cut that I had requested... my baby looked so cute and she smelled great!!
Discovered them when I moved to the east end of Markham. Always the best service for me and my little Layton (miniature schnauzer). Layton is a handful too but they always manage to make sure he’s comfortable and safe when groomed. Josey is amazing at what she does and Angus always provides me with feedback on how the grooming went.

I respect their service during the tough time that everywhere else is shut down. Staffs are friendly. However, I wish they could be more informative before shaving my cat completely.

I can tell my little boy came back home disappointed. He keeps sitting under the table with his head down. No moving, not eating nor playing. It will takes a while to get this poor little boy to re-build his confidence.

This review is long overdue but we have nothing but amazing things to say about Dogeden. Our frenchie, Ollie, has been going to Dogeden since he was 13 weeks old and he absolutely LOVES it there. I’m honestly not sure if he loves the dogs or the staff more! All the staff are fantastic and send photos and videos throughout the day. They honestly treat the dogs like their own which we really appreciate. The best part is how exhausted he is when he comes home.
Our corgi loves coming to Dogeden. We just moved to Markham and are very pleased with this daycare. Porgi always has happy ears and wiggle butt when he comes to daycare. The staff are super friendly. They also did a great job grooming him! It was his first time getting groomed so I was a bit nervous but everything went well and he looked so handsome after.
I've been bringing my dog, a bichon frise, to iPet for over a year now and have loved every groom Josey has done. Our family is very specific and particular of how we like our dog groomed and Josey was able to accommodate to our requests. Great customer service from friendly staff.
We took our very large dogs, Bella (Bernese Mountain Dog) and Mika (Great Pyrenees) here to get groomed. It was Mika's first time at a professional groomers and Bella is a nervous dog, but they were incredibly patient and nice to our dogs. Both dogs came out so beautiful and super soft. We will be taking them back and working on Bella's nervousness with her paws! Thank you to Angus for your helpful tips on working with our dogs at home as well as your wonderful service!
Love this place! They did an outstanding job on cutting my little fur baby :) She smells great as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!.. they let my dog roam around freely, without caging them like they do at Pet Smart :(
We took our dog Soju in for his first grooming session since we adopted him and he came out looking great! He looked much better than we even thought and were impressed that they were able to groom him given how timid he can be around strangers. We will definitely be coming back.

Came here to get my dog Tofu groomed. The owners Josey and Angus are so friendly. You can tell they genuinely care for the animals. Josey does such a great job, I would definitely recommend bringing your dog here for grooming.
I went here with my 6 month old puppy because of the 5 star reviews. They really work with the dogs so that it is a stress free experience. It took 2.5 hours for my puppy to get his wash, blow and puppy cut. What an amazing job they did. Also price is amazing considering the job they do working with the dogs temperament. Thank you!
My 4.5 month old cockapoo had her first grooming experience today and it was fantastic! Mochi looks adorable, smells great and feels so soft! More importantly, Lupita and Gabriel took the time to answer my questions and made both Mochi and myself feel at ease.
Mochi does not like going to the vet and is scared of other dogs so I was very worried before speaking to Lupita and Gabriel. But after speaking on the phone with them and meeting them, I was confident that Mochi would be fine in their care. And she was! She was happy and comfortable when I picked her up. She enjoyed snuggling in the doggie bed too.
We will definitely be back.
