Loved being there, the atmosphere, the welcoming employees, but Doreen was amazing. Was very helpful, showed me multiple things that were more in my range, as well as answering all my questions, while being patient with me.

Dropped off my necklaces for a repair and did my regular inspection of all my jewelry including my wedding rings. The lady that helped me was very judgemental she asked how my chain on my necklace broke and told me that jewelry isn’t meant to be worn everyday she said it wears the gold down. She said that even about my wedding ring and I was like I wear my wedding ring all the time I do not take it off cause I’m scared to loss it and she said: well I can see that you should be taking it if for the night. Like why are they selling wedding rings if they aren’t meant to be worn everyday??
When I picked up my repair the guy that helped me was super friendly and not judging at all I wish I would have had the guy there when I dropped off my repair and did my regular inspection.
I think this store should really look at their employees and tell them to stop judging their customers.
If I pay thousands of dollars for a weeding ring I expect to be able to wear it all the time and not be judged when I bring it in for an inspection.

Bought engagement ring and wedding bands online. Pretty seamless and good quality. The issues start when you have to deal with staff in store.

When we went to pick up the wedding bands a few weeks after we were told they were ready the staff member refused to check if they were in, adamant that we would have been called. We kept asking her to check and when she eventually did, she seen we weren't contacted and had to back track.

A year later we went to get the rings resized as we had a lifetime guarantee. They couldn't find our details in the system and when we showed them the email showing the warranty, they still couldn't help. We had to call customer service while in store and waited on the phone for 45 minutes to do the job the store members should have been able to do themselves.

Again, the ring quality is great, price is good. Customer service is terrible.
