Stopped in while staying at the nearby Indigo Hotel for Thanksgiving. This shop had so many unique and fun gifts plus a huge selection of cards and wrapping materials. I probably spent a good 25 minutes browsing with my parents, and we all found something.

We were welcomed when we came into the store and an associate helped us while we browsed. There were a LOT of items but it didn't feel cluttered.

If I didn't have to fly home, I probably would've bought a lot more gifts.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!!!!! This place was horrible. I ordered & they lied & said they knocked on the door/ring the doorbell to an loved ones home & they never did because she has cameras. My mom had to call & literally manipulate the owner into sending a nice delivery. She was talking about her problems & you can tell over the phone she has/had drug issues… It was BAD. There is no corporate so we Had to deal with this woman alone. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. She also offered a refund which she never pushed thru. We just called our bank & had the money refunded That way. Never again!!!!

My wife loves coming to this shop. She always finds so many cute crafts for around the house. Also a great spot to grab some holiday decor!

Great place. Store neat and well stocked. Very helpful courteous employees. Love the coupons sent to my email account. Cards are so expensive it’s the only way I can purchase nice Hallmark brand cards and items.

Outstanding shop. I've gone through this location several times and they are always friendly as well as efficient, and the arrangements are fresh, beautiful and delicious!! Highly recommend. Went through them again recently and they did not disappoint. They also have some of the best chocolate covered strawberries I've ever had!!! They're the biggest strawberries I've ever seen and absolutely delicious!! Thank you Edible Arrangements-Naperville!!

Huge Hallmark store where you can find nearly anything you may need. Tremendous selection of cards. Love this store...

Save your time, nerve and of course money, because they are definitely overpriced for the service they provide. Don’t ruin the special moments with your loved ones by giving yourself a chance to get a decent service from these people; I order a vase with a bouquet and approx 10 strawberries and paid for it $255. What I got it is an absolute shame; Instead of having an professional flower arrangement, for some reason they put in a plastic bag two separate 10 roses bouquets ($10 - $15 at Walmart) that were not fresh and the same story with the fruits - NOT FRESH! What are you guys doing??? You ruin the whole business reputation, not only your location. I used to order sweets from Edible several times before and never had any concerns. But, this time was the last for sure. Very disappointed!

It is so nice to have a place to shop locally for tons of unique gifts! The staff in the store is always so warm and kind. I literally can't recommend this small business enough!

Edible Arrangements is always my #1 favorite store. It’s perfect to get someone a yummy gifts from here. All of the fresh arrangements, chocolates, fruit platters, very pretty fresh flowers, adorable stuffed animals are really qualified. This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are really helpful, kind-hearted and friendly. I’d rate this store, at this location 100/10. I had the best experience with them. I look forward to going back :))

Received as a give some gigantic strawberries coated in chocolate. Beautifully ripe with lovely chocolate. Hit the spot. I'll be thinking about Edible Arrangements instead of flowers next time I send something!

Stopped in to browse and was eagerly greeted by the manager, I believe her name is Gina. She helped us find all the cute things we didn't know we needed, beautifully heat embossed a book and even gift wrapped it for us. She was the only one working, and worked her tail off to be sure that all were taken care of :)

Sophia Was amazing helped put together a wonderful picture for my daughter and my wife for her birthday, we Have been coming here for the past eight years would highly recommend Four beautiful gifts that last a lifetime

Melissa was the absolute sweetest employee in retail that I’ve ever had an experience with! She was able to help me work around a difficult situation with a return and went above and beyond what was required. Such a sweet soul. If I could give more stars, I would. Not to mention an excellent multi-tasker as she was the only employee working that shift at the moment. She said that she normally works at the Oak Brook location but since I encountered her at the Naperville location I figured I’d leave the review under this one.

I had the BEST experience ordering a delivery with them!!! I highly recommend!!

I placed an order for delivery for my daughter for this past Friday. I had to work a 16 hour event shift and was going to miss out on my daughters birthday completely! My daughter was sad about it and I had mommy guilt so bad! I wanted to surprise her with a delivery after she got home from school with something small that would let her know I was thinking of her and love her so much.

While placing my order I noticed that the business closing times clashed with my delivery time and didn't know if it would be possible to deliver to her. I decided to call the store to confirm and spoke with Tammy. She was so sweet!! As I explained my situation to confirm if delivery would be an option I had the biggest knot in my throat. Tammy understood me completely and told me she would make sure my delivery would happen and that she would have it under control.

Let me tell you all, she made sure to deliver right on time and made it so special for her!! My daughter loved it!!! She even sent me a picture of the delivery via email!! She went above and beyond and cared about how special my delivery was!!

I highly recommend them! If you have a question regarding your order while placing it, call the store itself and speak to someone! They care about your orders and delivery! Tammy was AMAZING!! Thank you so much Tammy!!! 💖

What a wonderful gift shop! I came in looking for something very specific, and although the owner did not have it, she was gracious enough to make referrals and ALSO she personally called the owner of another small business to inquire for me. WOW! I was blown away by her generosity to take the time to do that for me. Thank you Occasions for amazing customer service! You are what small local businesses are all about!

My favorite guilty pleasure store to shop for gifts!

Occasions not only has a wonderful selection of gifts for the important people in my life — but I also often shop JUST FOR MYSELF! Perhaps the best thing about this adorable shop is the helpful and kind staff. Even when I walk in alone, I always end up feeling like I just went shopping with my closest friends. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic shop for stationary, cards and writing-related arts & crafts materials. Great staff; really helpful and friendly! A little pricey, but in line with what you would expect to pay at a brick & mortar store with the benefit of being able to see the items in person. The handmade cards are distinctive and a particularly good deal. Highly recommended.

Such a cool little shop, I went in looking for a specific item, they found it for me and were very knowledgeable about their products and so very helpful. I will without a doubt be going back when I need to restock my supplies(and maybe just because I like to browse). I really can’t recommend them enough if you need stationary or cards.

I absolutely love Hallmark for well made and unique gifts! I spend every visit checking out the entire store looking for new cute things. It's only about 25% cards and 10% ornaments with everything else being great gifts for any occasion.

This store is phenomenal. I stop in way more often than I should because I love all the products they have. The staff is incredible, every single person I've interacted with regardless of the occassion, has been nothing short of fantastic. Always clean store is a big plus too.

I just tried to have a nice surprise for my parents on Valentine’s Day. Well, I order a WEEK in advance. It doesn’t get there on Valentine’s Day, I’m upcharged $20 for delivery and it doesn’t get there. Not only have they ruined my Valentine’s Day but they stole my money. I also got an email saying it was delivered when it wasn’t. They will be getting a quite harsh call tomorrow morning. Not happy. I called twice and they assured me that it would be delivered and it wasn’t. I’m furious. Absolutely furious.

Perfectly decorated store and gifts for every holiday Occasion, no pun intended! Local business in South Naperville where their staff gives excellent service and are ever so friendly!

Occasions is my go-to store for gifts and a treat or two or ten for me. Whether you are looking for a birthday, hostess or holiday gift, they have a lovely selection. The staff is super friendly and who doesn’t love easy parking and complimentary gift wrapping. No wonder it was voted Naperville’s best gift shop!

I walked in not really having a clue what exactly I was wanting to purchase. But I was immediately welcomed by Brenda and she pieces together exactly what I was saying and made the amazing recommendations. Her personality is awesome go visit her.

Worst Customer experience ever.

I walked in between noon-1 pm, with a mask on my face, and sanitizer in my pocket. I had a small box i needed wrapped and that was it.

The store was quiet, and empty, which is fine, i understood because the Holidays were over.
I approach and greet the two at the desk, and ask if they could please wrap the small box i had. The lady at the register mentioned to me, in a condescending tone that she was busy and she had no time at all to wrap my gift, that it required a 24 hour waiting period.
The Store was completely empty with no other customers, except me. I needed to have it wrapped due to time constraints and i could not wait, nor did I want to deal with her attitude anymore. The lady next to her was silent the entire time.

I'm sorry, but when you tell a customer that you have no time, when it literally takes less than 15 minutes to wrap 1 small gift, and the store is empty of anyone else, it paints a clear picture that you do not want to help him/her, and you don't care.

I will not be returning back to Paper Source, as this was a waste of my time, gas, and effort.

I bought 3 ornaments from your booth at the Kris Kindle Market and I love them. The free personalization was great and my dogs name turned out great. Also the selection of wood ornaments was amazing so many to choose from. I will have to stop by and check your store out on my next trip to naperville.

Nice store but what makes it great is the employees. I visited this location in Naperville last Tuesday around 1:30-2:00 & the ladies working there were so amazing, helpful, friendly. It was evident they love what they do. Thank you ladies for your excellent customer service. Makes me want to apply for a job their. Their spirit is contagious!

Great place for some nice gifts/souvenirs. The lady was very friendly and even offered to wrap a gift without additional charge. I'll be back to check out the seasonal items.
