The HR recruiter, Elsa Rothenberg, is extremely unprofessional and will not follow up. Will never apply to this company again. Did 3 rounds of interviews for the San Bernardino Job Corps location. The manager talked about how she was being ghosted by other applicants and how she thought that was very unprofessional. Then I was ghosted for weeks after. I followed up with a courtesy e-mail and was ghosted for another 3 weeks or so...

If you're going to do a 1-on-2 interview, with an analyst and 2 students, please train your BAs to not favor one student over another. The entire time it was extremely uncomfortable that one of your BAs (Brad) made over 80% of eye contact with the other student, and directed most of his interest to the other. At that point, he might as well just told the other student Censeo's not interested instead of using his body language. The interview process was extremely unprofessional. The other interviewer, however, was much more friendly and outgoing. She made the other students feel comfortable.
