My experience with Anna was truly transformational. From the first meeting, I really felt comfortable with her and just really liked her. Also, with her past legal experience I thought she could understand the difficulties I was having being a litigator and a manager and trying to shift back and forth as needed. However, I got so much more than this understanding and empathy. Anna was able to dive into my auto-responses in relationships, whether with direct reports, friends, or family, and help me identify blind spots that were having a serious effect on the success of these relationships. I was able to dig down deep, find the root, and work on solutions.
