I think it’s a great space and fun for kids. Management needs to pay closer attention at the broken items and cleanliness. A few of the carts that go on the tracks are broken. Many balls in the ball pit are broken and should be cleaned and replenished and I would suggest to clean where you can see. Dust build up under slides and intern are not nice but all and all. My grand kids love this place!!
I was really impressed with this place. Brought my daughter here for a birthday party and the staff was very nice. Also the place was clean, and the kids had so much fun. The party was well-organized and the pizza and cake were delicious. I think the staff did a great job getting this birthday party set up. And you know what, they are fair and did give an announcement near the end of the party for kids to enter the party room so they could wrap up which is fair. You pay for 2 hours you get 2 hours. Those complaining are probably entitled parents that think they get to just linger around and let their kids continue playing. Respect the facility and the staff, everyone was nice and they are fair. Will bring my kids here again sometime to play, it's a great spot.
Very good place for children. It is very clean and well maintained. The only issue I have is they should have staff watching the kids running around. Parents usually sit on the chairs and leave the kids on their own. The older kids are usually rough and small kids get pushed around. I usually sit up by the slides so my daughter can play otherwise she will never get a chance.
A place with a lot of activities for kids … my sons loved it .. the staffs were humble and polite indeed.. makes us feel to come back again..
I just paid $6,99 for nuggets + fries to my son and after 40min waiting we got fries with 1 chicken strips cut in 4 peaces. I can’t believe how disgusting it is. I did not pay for fries with 1 nugget, was suppose to be the opposite. Never buy food with them!!!!! It’s ridiculous and abusive!!!! Btw they served a very spice piece to kids. Unbelievable!!!!!
I recently visited TreeHouse ClubHouse with my family, and it was an absolute blast! Despite its size, the high ceilings and clever design make the space feel expansive and inviting. There’s so much packed into this little clubhouse, from engaging activities for kids to ones that adults can enjoy too.
What’s even better is the pricing – it’s very reasonable, and they even offer free entry for adults accompanying a paying child. The cleanliness of the place is top-notch. The restroom facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
Overall, our experience at TreeHouse ClubHouse was totally worth it. I highly recommend paying a visit with your kid(s) for a memorable family outing!

An excellent indoor playground for kids. Lots of slides, tubes, and obstacles for kids of all ages. The obstacles are wide enough for grownups to go in as well in case you need to chase a toddler! The place isn't so huge but the high ceiling makes this space feel larger and open. There's a lot of seating for parents and they sell snacks at very decent prices. Washrooms are clean. Staff are friendly. They have a few party rooms on the side that are quite small and stuffy.
Went for a bday party but I was disappointed. The place is dirty and the ball pit had a bunch of broken balls inside. The equipment is filthy and gross. I feel like it’s never cleaned. The party room that was rented out was squished even though there were two rooms rented for the party. No space to comfortably walk through the rented rooms because of the layout and how they pack chairs in.
It seems like this place went downhill because they stopped trying since it became popular.

One kid got hurt because there’s not enough room for so many kids to run around & unfortunately he got bumped in the busy crowd of kids & fell back and hit his head on the concrete because the foam mats don’t cover enough floor space.

We've been to 3 or 4 playplaces in the last 6 months and this is by far the best for the age group of our sons who are 1.5 and 3.5! We love that it's all compact and easy for parents to see where your kids are. My sons loved the little race track with the cars to zoom around and the multiple slides and tubing 'hill'! Absolutely would recommend and will go again!
We love the facility here, the play structure is very nice. They have a tubing slide for kids to play, it's fun! This indoor playground can even cater a bit older kids like 9-10 year old. There's a climbing wall like structure too. My kids had fun. However, the staffs were rushing to hush us out at 5:19pm even our stay was until 5:30pm. Even we were still eating, they wanted to clean up already. I understand they would have other parties going on but still, when people were still eating, give a bit space? Moreover, stars were taken off because the washroom condition was extremely bad. I smelled the strong, foul smell even at the corridor of the washroom. I gave up changing diapers for my 2-month-old baby.
We had our eldest 3rd birthday at Treehouse Clubhouse this past weekend. We got the bronze party package and room. The process was seamless, stress free, and communication was clear and concise! He had an amazing time and everyone at the party had a blast!

We came to the TreeHouse ClubHouse for the first time for a birthday party.
There were a few party rooms and they put the kid’s name on top of the rooms. The rooms had some doors that could be opened to create one big space.
Our friend’s birthday party was at the room in the left and there were two areas linked together. So for the first time, after attending numerous birthday parties at different indoor playgrounds, there was enough space for the parents to sit down to have a bite!
The play area is also quite nice, with pretty good visibility of the kids (as compared to some other playgrounds such as Jump City in Scarborough where your kid can just disappear lol).
There is also an area for the parents to sit and watch the kids play.
The location is also quite accessible, close to the highway.

Very spacious playground with complex structures ( in a good way). Volcanoes, race kart, tubing, long slides, ball pool, many tube slides. My kids had a blast here even though we came during March Break. Though I might not be able to track the whereabouts of my kids continuously, I made sure they know where I sat so I can assist. The fact that there were only certain entry points and clear the crowd every 105 minutes makes the chaos more manageable. Washrooms were clean and there are many tables and chairs for parents.
A great indoor playground! Well kept, lots of snack options and drinks for parents and kids alike. Washrooms are clean. Doesn’t have the kids play ground smell which is a plus!! Came on a weekday in the evening and there were about five other families there leaving a lot of space for our son to play. The tubing slide is so much fun! Lots of party rooms available for kids parties as well.
AMAZING! AMAZING!! AMAZING!!! This place is a Gem. My kids had an absolute blast. Price was reasonable for entry. Prices for drinks, snacks and pizza were very fair. The climbers, slides and equipment were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive during the visit. Restrooms were clean. There were 4 parties happening at the same. All nicely decorated with name of the child on each room. I love this place and will definitely be back time after time. Kudos to the management! We will be returning.
