I sent my beautiful David Yurman bracelet off to have the clasp repaired, they all the info I needed to ship, then let me know when they received it as well as have an online link to update on the process. I received it back today, not only was the clasp fixed but the bracelet was polished like new. Thank you, I will use you again.

I cannot say enough about their great service. Unfortunately my bracelet /cable cuff got caught on something and a piece of the gold caps broke off. The staff at David Yurman was very attentive and helpful. I had stressed that I really wanted to wear the bracelet to a Wedding event this weekend and their repair team made sure that I had it on time. I appreciate a good business like this!

I was gifted an expensive David Yurman bracelet. The woman who gave it to me had it for quite a few years and it was given to her by her then husband. The woman didn't want it anymore. The bracelet is sterling silver and 14 K gold with a large Amethyst stone in the center. The bracelet has a type of chain link to it that was severely kinked. I turned the piece in to DRS NY JEWELRY for repair and the results were STUNNING!! I NEVER new the piece could shine the way it did. Both the gold and silver on the bracelet were incredible. It looks brand new. It was so BEAUTIFUL it brought tears to my eyes. The bracelet was completely refurbished and repaired. I can't thank DRS NY Jewelry Repair enough for the INCREDIBLE work that was completed on my bracelet. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for all jewelry repairs to include your HIGH END PIECES. I will attach photos, but they don't do the work that was completed on it enough justice. I'm trying to show the kinks in the bracelet and how the kinks messed up the one side of the bracelet (by using blue arrows).

Wonderful service, prompt and expertly handled my issue! I had unique issue where a metal belt I ordered was too large. I brought it to DRS NY and they were accommodating of my unusual request and promptly and expertly shortened my metal belt for me and reattached the metal accent at the end. I will be recommending them to any of my friends with jewelry repair needs and coming to them myself the next time I have a more typical repair need for my fine jewelry!

Locally, there are no longer any watch repairmen so I was pressed to find a jewelry store that could accommodate my needs. I was referred to DRS by a local jewelry store. DRS made the process very easy. They supply a shipping label, insurance for the to/from shipping and communicate with an estimate prior to doing the repair. Once done, they ship your watch-piece back, ensuring it’s properly received with a signature. End result was my beautiful watch came back to me looking brand new and working properly. Outstanding repair on my bracelet. After 30 years, the clasp was broken. That only did they repair the clasp, they cleaned and polished it so well it looks like a brand new bracelet.

I just purchased a gift for my sister to pick up. It's a major life moment for her and I live out of state. They made it super easy to be able to share in this special moment with her. I am very happy with the quality and service.

Very bad experience. I went to get a item appraised and he quoted me price, then next thing you know the employee who I was working with gets on the phone to another man says "it's a go" he says the guy is coming to the office and now im waiting for him to arrive. When he came he was very arrogant, he yelled at his employee for offering me a price prior to him seeing the item after he already agreed to it on the phone with his employee. He said my piece was brown. I think his eyes must be brown! I've had other experts see it and they've said that the piece was almost perfect. He's days "they don"t know anything, I run the industry"Then he asked me if he could follow me around to see what others were offering me. I didn't feel safe It was a very scary experience for me and they are not to be trusted especially when he wanted to follow me when I had valuables on me, that's harassment.They wanted to follow their potential client around and probably wanted to take me in an ally and kill me for my belongings. Did not honor the price after the second guy looked at it, they were definitely trying to get my item for nothing.

I was feeling pretty bad because I had lost my 42-year-old engagement ring and it was pretty worn out but I thought I would look to see if I could replace it. Fortunately the 47diamond district company came up with a ring that was almost identical. I was so happy to be able to make an offer and it being excepted and then having it sized and sent out to me in Canada. It took less than a week to be delivered! Everything went smoothly and the seller was a complete gentleman, lovely person and very helpful. I will buy from him again.

I was super happy with this purchase!!!! I first bought some diamond stud earrings from another dealer only to find out they were FAKE! Luckily they let me return them & I got a full refund. So, when I started shopping again, I was very skeptical & had lots of questions. 47 Diamond district was very patient & answered all of my questions & when I received the stud earrings, they are exactly what I expected!!! so Happy!!!!!

I had a warranty issue a diamond went missing on the band and so I shipped out our ring with USPS and it was suppose to arrive 2 days later and now it is 8 days later and they still do not have the ring. So I sent in an email and Steve immediately jumped on it and helped me on the phone. He just assured me that all is going to be okay because I did insure the package. But Steve has bent over backwards to help the situation. I see now 47DD should be receiving it today. What a nightmare with USPS. It was great to hear from someone at 47DD to help calm my nerves. This is a lifetime warranty with the ring and I love that.

amazing place, i have bought many pieces from yuri, a couple watches and many custom made pendants and rings. he always gave me the best customer service, made sure all the details were correct before continuing onto the next process.
