Wonderful service, prompt and expertly handled my issue! I had unique issue where a metal belt I ordered was too large. I brought it to DRS NY and they were accommodating of my unusual request and promptly and expertly shortened my metal belt for me and reattached the metal accent at the end. I will be recommending them to any of my friends with jewelry repair needs and coming to them myself the next time I have a more typical repair need for my fine jewelry!

Taka and those at Tokuyama Salon are the best! My hair looks amazing not only the day it is cut, but also a month+ later as it grows in. I found them after trying 4+ other salons around the city at similar price point and was quite disappointed until I found this place and have never looked back! I have never had a bad experience and have been going for years now. I have sent coworkers, my husband, and his friend who was missing her stylist when she moved back to the states from Japan, and Tokuyama Salon was a great experience for them all! If you want a fabulous haircut, whether it’s going for something short or long, highly recommend this salon.
