Worst customer service ever I had a defective ring after 2 months and they offered me nothing but an exchange. Couldn’t even get a new warranty for the new ring without paying. The ring kept losing diamonds and was in the shop 3 times in 2 months that’s more than it was on my finger. I will never shop at this establishment ever again. They are great until you have an issue that is their fault. Below are 2 different times I lost diamonds.
