the owner graham has saved my skin.. i lost a very sentimental gold chain and pendent with it and somebody recommended graham to me. i sent him all the pictures of the chain and the pendent. and within 2 weeks i have it back and it’s like for like… absolutely amazing guy and when i was in there i treated myself to a gold ring. best jewellers in stockport or any i’ve been in… i’m gonna be a very loyal customer now.. thank you again x

Me and my husband went in here few weeks ago with a watch as we didn't knew how to change time on it and a can't remember his name but it was a young gut helped us with explaining how to change the time and date on that watch, he took his time and showed my husband multiple times how to operate the watch and even got my husband to do change the time by himself until he was happy that my husband knew how to operate this watch, this company needs more people like this who take their time and explain on detail and show how to do simple things like changing the time in this watch which we were struggling to do before we went to the shop. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Called for a brief bit of information on engravings. The gentleman who answered spend a good half an hour helping me with options. Even gave me advice on learning to engrave myself. All without trying to push a sale. Best customer service I've had... ever!

Absolutely outstanding service! I had a problem with my engagement ring not fitting and the manager arranged for a different size to be ordered to my home. He presented outstanding service ensuring if I have any more issues or it isn't right to go back in and he will help me to get it right. I can't express my gratitude enough for helping me. The customer service here is amazing. They really go out of their way to please. Steve and Sam always put a smile on my face and really don't push for a sale but I have so much confidence in the team I even had a customised ring made here the last time and I couldn't be happier with the results.
